Crossing to the doorway
I look out at the people
Crowding through the hallways
Begging for attention
Look at all those people
Trying so hard
To leave their mark on the world
They end up scarring it.
Screaming, shouting, singing
Pushing at each other
People need attention
Gather dust if they're not needed
Fragile little people
Slightest thing will break you.
