i got back into the house and stared at Erika cleaning the broken photo of me and Charlie up. i ran upstairs to another photo on instagram, this time from Darcy

I couldn't believe how sorry everyone was. and the photo Darcy had chosen was my favourite. the one at the christmas market when that randomer took it for us. I couldn't leave Winterbourne Academy.. or Bristol for that matter. everyone meant so much to me.. I knew what i had to do.. i began to type,

then i text Charlie

i ran into the bathroom and got the hair stripper. brunette maddie wasn't me. none of this was me. soon enough my hair was back blonde.. this was me
