I carried the blue hedgehog to the kitchen in the ARK, going down a different corridor than to the one that goes to the main room in the space station
I glanced at him as he looked around, I'm not entirely sure if I should believe what those two said...but the names felt right, but why 'Sonic' as a nickname?
We reached the kitchen to find Amy cooking, I rolled my eyes, she hadn't noticed us
" what are you doing Rose?" I stayed slightly irritated that she had come along
" what does it look li-" she paused when she saw the hedgehog I was carrying
" awww isn't he just adorable " she squealed as she looked at him, I felt him tense up, he really isn't used to people...to he seemed to be fine with me and Silver...
" Amy please don't yell or freak him out " I heard Silver say with a sigh
" don't be rediculice, kids love me " Amy scoffed slightly, she is really starting to irritate me
" Amy we just came to feed the little one, and I suggest you don't get annoyed, it seems he rather be around Shadow and Silver than anyone else " Blaze stated, which I'm slightly grateful for, or I would of snapped
" here I made these for Tails and Knuckles, but I can make more " Amy shrugged and pushed forward a plate of chilli dogs, honestly I don't understand how they can eat is
I sighed, if he didn't eat it then I can just make something else, I saw Silver grab the plate and nod to Amy saying his thanks as we followed me to the table
I placed Sonic on a chair and saw he was too small, I sighed and put him on my lap, Silver placed the plate in front of him
" eat, if you don't like it then I'll make something else " I said to him, he hesitantly nodded
Honestly I'm surprised he knows how to eat properly, he had grabbed one and took a bite out of it, his eyes widened and he took another bite, then another one, until there was nothing left in his hands
Then he grabbed another one, after about 15 minutes there was nothing left on the plate...I just stared at the hedgehog who was finishing off the last one and blinked
" I think he eats faster than Knuckles..." Amy said as she grabbed the plate, surprising everyone he was next to Amy tugging on her dress, I just blinked again
" is something the matter?" Amy asked as she got down in front of him
He fiddled with his hands, but got frustrated when he couldn't do it right, or because Amy didn't understand
" I think he's still hungry..." Silver stated
" how?! He ate like 8 chill dogs in fifteen minutes " Blaze stated, but dot her answer when we all heard that rumbling sound again, Sonic tilted his head in confusion
" I'll go make more " Amy giggled slightly as she stood up and went into the kitchen part again
{Knuckles Pov}
I was walking down the corridor towards the kitchen, I had asked Amy to make me and Tails something to eat, considering we haven't eaten yet
But when I walked in, I paused when I saw a small blue hedgehog with bright green eyes going towards Shadow and climbing onto his lap
I also noticed an empty plate on the bench as Amy was cooking
" uhh " I was completely lost, everyone turned towards me, but I just stared at the small hedgehog, he looked familiar...
He tilted his head as he looked at me
" Guardian " Shadow greeted, the small ones ears perked upas he then looked at Shadow confused
" sorry Knuckles...but he kinda ate the plate of chilli dogs I made..." Silver said nervously, I blinked
" what?" I was even more confused...oh wait, so he ate mine and Tails food?
Shadow rolled his eyes, but I blinked when I felt someone poke my leg, I looked down and saw the small blue hedgehog there tilting his head as he looked up at me
I looked up at the other with a 'WTF' look, and they all shrugged, I looked back down and saw him gone, I looked over to where Amy was and saw him trying to get up on one of the stools that were on the other side of the bench
" maybe he is your brother Shadow...because I think your the only other person that can move that fast " Silver stated blankly
" hey! We don't know anything, and I don't really understand any of this " Shadow scoffed
I was busy watching the small hedgehog to actually take notice in what they were saying, I blinked, maybe I shouldn't of done that, because when I did he was tugging on Silver's hand
I knew a kid with speed and an older brother when I was younger...but that was over 60 years ago, they had disappeared, their parents slaughtered and were never found...
" Maurice " I mumbled quietly as I looked in a random direction
Shadow's, Silver's and the small hedgehogs ears perked up, like they heard what I had said
'How do you know my name?' I saw the small hedgehog fiddle with his hands absent mindedly, I blinked and so did the three hedgehogs
My eyes widened as I realised who he was
" you don't remember?" I asked with a slight frown, now that I thought about it, it was him, but shouldn't he be taller? And older?
He shook his head, I frowned deeply and then sighed
" you...know him?" Silver asked slowly
" yeah...but I haven't seen him or his brother in over sixty years " everyone stared at me
" wait? Did you just say..." Blaze was blinking
" yeah I did, I'm 69, the Master Emerald made me immortal, I thought everyone knew that " I rose a brow
" apparently not " Blaze stated, I felt another poke on my leg, I looked down and saw him there
I got down on the ground to get lower, I fiddled with my own hands
'It's true, you used to appear out of nowhere when we were kids, you always gave your parents and brother heart attacks, my Dad would always tell them that you just popped up out of nowhere' I chuckled as I saw his eyes light up, he understood everything, but still didn't remember
" when did he and his brother disappear?" Shadow asked as he looked at me
" well when he was 5, you were like ten or 11 at the time " I answered, everyone blinked
" I guess Mephilies and Iblis were telling the truth " Silver sighed, I blinked at him
" what? When did they speak to you?" I asked
Amy went to the table with a plate of chilli dogs, and my mouth watered at seeing them, I stood up and walked to the table, I was about to grab the one on top, but Maurice beat me to it
I tried to grab another one, but he grabbed the plate and glared at me slightly, I blinked and sighed in defeat, and sat on the chair pouting
" and to think I was always the one to intimidate you, but then again you would always push me into the lake when you were annoyed with me " I chuckled lightly
Everyone was confused and I just shrugged
" I'll explain everything later, but I don't really know that much about this, but I do know that Silver is your cousin and that the three of you are demi gods " I stated as I sat in the chair, everyone blinked at me
Maurice was just too focused on eating to even realise what I said, how long exactly has he been here? Or how long ago he lost his memories, I'm not even sure he'll get them all back...
{Eggman's Pov}
I was back at my lair, annoyed I couldn't find this weapon my grandfather had written about, said to be in equal power to Shadow
I had a small device in my hand, half if the journal was used to hide it, I examined it and found it was like a controller, much like that for my robots
There was also a tape in we're the small controller was, I have watched it over and over, apparently Shadow wasn't created, but born, and had a little brother locked somewhere on the ARK, if only I had more time to find where exactly that other 'ultimite lifeform' was
" sir, we have footage from the ARK at this current moment, and it seems there's a blue hedgehog there, no older than 5 " Orbot stated as he appeared next to my chair
" a small hedgehog you say?" I think I just found what I was looking for, I smirked to myself as Orbot played the footage from the dinning/Kitchen area, and there was a small blue hedgehog eating a plate full of chilli dogs, while sitting on Shadow's lap
I smirked and chuckled, I'll wait for the time being, to see what this hedgehog can do exactly
