richie, you've made this past year and a half the best year and a half of my entire life. starting this band with you, and growing as a person with you has made me feel so much better to be me. i'm so thankful to work with such an amazing, hard working, passionate guy such as yourself. the band isn't going anywhere, this was a mutual decision that was discussed openly for weeks. there were no issues, it was all clean. i cant wait to discover new things that i love about you, only now about the way you give your friendship. i love you more than you know.
