"Omg" I screamed, as I cuddled under Izzy's arm while we watched this scary ass movie. "Can we just turn this off"
He chuckled, "It's just a movie"
"I told you I hate scary movies" I said, peeking from under his arm. "DON'T FUCKING GO IN THERE" I yelled at the tv."This stupid ass bitch"
"If she don't go in there, they don't have a movie to put out" he said, laughing. "Oh shit look" he said tapping me.
"No..." I said, grabbing the remote off the table, turning the tv off. "Fuck that"
"You really a lil baby" he said, pinching my side.
"I don't care, I don't do scary shit" I said shrugging my shoulders. "Either you pick something else or I'm going to bed."
"You pick" he said, standing up.
"Where you going" I fake pouted.
"To the bathroom... you wanna go?" he said laughing.
I giggled "Bye" I said, as he walked off towards the bathroom laughing. I turned the tv back on and began flipping through the bullshit selection of movies on Netflix, as my phone began vibrating. "Hey boo" I said answering the phone.
"Umm hey Ash" Mani said through the phone.
"Whats wrong?"
"Nothing just calling to make sure we're still on for tomorrow" she asked.
"Yeah, you sure thats still.." I started.
"I'm sure" she cut me off.
I sighed, not really wanted her to go through with it, since she didn't seem too confident. "Okay" I said shrugging my shoulders. "I'll call you in the morning" I said.
"Okay" she said. "Thanks again Ash"
"Always" I said, as Izzy came walking back into the room.
"You still ain't pick a movie?" he said, flopping down on the couch next to me. He looked over at my phone that was up to my ear, "Who that?" he semi whispered. I showed him the name on the phone, since I didn't want it to be awkward not telling him who I was on the phone with. "Damn she call you more than she call me"
I chuckled, "She likes me more"
"Tell him I said hi" Mani said, through the phone.
"Nah don't say hi to me, talk to who you called" he said being petty. He grabbed the remote from my hand, and began to search through the movies.
"Don't act so salty" I said, nudging his head.
"I'll talk to you tomorrow Ash" Mani said.
"Okay boo" I said, before ending the call.
"My sister really like you huh" Izzy cut his eyes over at me.
"At least she does, cause the other one... " I said shaking my head.
"Thats just Bella, don't take it personal" he said. "She's like that with anyone I bring around"
"She's way too pretty to have such a bad attitude though"
He shrugged his shoulders, "Don't all y'all have bad attitudes, I thought that was part of being a pretty girl"
I chuckled, "You got jokes" I said. "I mean, its to a certain extent you can't just be nasty to everybody from the jump"
"She need to hear that" he said. "Maybe you should try talking to her.."
"What so she can say a bunch of fly shit to me... nah i'll pass" I said, scrunching my eyebrows
He chuckled, "Nah, I just think you could help her calm down a bit"
"Me... calm her down" I repeated. "You just think that, cause you ain't seen my crazy" I said laughing.
"You crazy but you ain't crazy crazy"
I made a face, "Don't try me"
He cut his eyes at me again, "Don't try you huh" he repeated. "I'll try not to" he said laughing. "Lets watch this" he said, picking a movie that I didn't even bother looking up to see.
"I'm lowkey sleepy"
"You always leaving me hanging when we watch movies" he said, leaning back on the couch as I laid my head on his chest.
"I be sheepy" I said in a baby voice. "Can we lay down"
"You can lay down, i'm watching the movie boo" he said, I looked up pouting. "You annoying you know that" he said. "We can lay down here, cause I wanna watch this"
"Thanks bae" I said as he turned sideways fully laying back on the couch, and I crawled up, laying next to him with my leg over his. There else more comfortable than cuddling up next to Izzy, taking in his scent and his random forehead kisses. I laid there next to him, as he caressed my booty, knowing that always put me straight to sleep.
"You got something to do tomorrow?" he asked.
"I do.. I have an appointment in the morning"
"After that?" he asked.
"Hmm, Nothing" I said, looking up at him. "Why, what you got in mind?"
"I wanna take you out"
"Oh you wanna take me out" I said, laughing.
"Don't ruin it" he said, laughing. "But yeah, I wanna take you somewhere nice"
"Look at you" I said, leaning up kissing his chin.
"That ain't no kiss" he said, leaning down towards me, passionately kissing my lips. He continued to rub my ass, while kissing me and I ran my hands up his chest and over his neck. "Save it for tomorrow" he said, pulling away from the kiss.
"Oh so you confident you getting some tomorrow" I said, laughing.
"Nah, but if it happens I'd definitely wanna save it for then"
"I never would've seen you as a save it for later type of nigga"
He chuckled, "I'm not, but I think you worth saving" he said, kissing my forehead again.
"You always being so mushy with me" I said laughing.
"I fuck with you Ash"
"I fuck with you too" I said smiling up at him.

Next Day
"You sure you wanna do this Mani?" I asked, as I sat in the car with Izzy's little sister. She looked over at the building, before nodding her head. "Once it's done, you can't take it back.." I reminded her.
"I don't wanna keep this baby...." she paused. "I can't.."
"You can, if that's what you wanna do though" I said.
She shook her head, "Izzy would kill me"
"It's not about him though, he'll probably feel some type but he'll get over it eventually" I said. "But even if he doesn't, it's your decision... nobody else's" I said, turning towards her.
She shook her head again, "I just can't.." she paused. "It wouldn't even have a dad..." she paused again. "Just like I didn't"
"I'm gonna be honest with you, you can't worry about that, it's too late" I said. "You think about those things before a baby is made, and I know mistakes happen but thats why it's best not to lay down with someone you couldn't see raising a kid" I said, in the nicest way possible. I didn't want to be harsh or mean, but it was the truth that she needed to hear, especially making a decision like this. I watched as tears dropped from her eyes, and she threw her head into her hands. I reached over, pulling her closer to me into a hug. "As long as I'm alive, you'll always have help if you choose to keep it" I assured her. "Do whatever makes you happy, Izzy will have to understand what ever decision you make"
"I just don't want to disappoint him Ash" she said, crying into my chest.
"Doing what you feel is right for you, is never a disappointment"
"But how am I gonna tell him" she asked, sitting up wiping her tears.
"Take your time, tell him when you're ready" I said. "Just know you can't hide it for long, it'll only make it tougher to get through"
She nodded her head, "Can we leave"
I nodded my head, before starting the car and pulling away from the clinic. I looked over at her as she laid her head on the window, as she looked out the windshield. I wasn't against an abortion if thats what she felt was right, but I could tell from the urgency and how she acted, that this wasn't really what she wanted to do. She was more so scared about how her brother react really.

"She good" I responded. "Thats what fucked me up the most, I don't know what I would've done if shit turned out different, you know"

"Charlamagne thats so inappropriate" Angela said laughing.
"You know he never know what to say" Envy added. "Why it gotta be about her sex, why it can't be just he love her"
"I mean that too, but come on.. the box plays a big part in a relationship" Charlamagne said.
I shook my head, and chuckled "Yo this dude wild"
"Y'all got kids together right?" Angela asked.
I nodded my head, "Two girls and two boys"
"Everybody's been tryna solve this mystery East" Charlamagne said. "Where'd these kids come from, we only remember your girl being pregnant with the youngest one, Kairi"
"It's a lil complicated" I said. "All of them family in different ways, but circumstances before weren't to my liking so I take care of them like they my own"
"But one of them came from when you was caught up in that paternity war like last year right?" Charlamagne asked. "I thought it came back that he wasn't yours"
I nodded my head, "Again it's complicated.. that's my kid though"
"I would've never thought of you as being so family oriented, and you and your girl, Milan are both pretty young right?" Angela asked.
I shrugged my shoulders, "They family, leaving them hanging wasn't an option"
"How does your daughter Kairi react to the other kids in the house" Angela asked.
"Well they were there since before she was born, but she loves them" I said. "She not even one of them kids that wanna sleep with mommy and daddy, she wanna sleep with her sister" I chuckled.
"I think it's dope you got such a family oriented mind" Envy said. "You know it's not too many rappers that's like that"
"That is dope" Angela agreed. "So East I was scrolling down my timeline the other day, and came across something" she said laughing. "Did you know someone made a IMVU character of you, its so funny" she said, looking through her phone.
"A what?" I asked laughing.
"IMVU" she said. "It's like some virtual game where they create characters, but yours is hilarious" she said, handing me her phone.
I busted out laughing, "They even got the tats" I said. "Nah that's wild" I said, still laughing.
"Yo people really sit around and do this" Charlamagne asked.
"Maybe East is their favorite rapper" Angela said laughing.
"You gotta send that to me, shit is funny" I said.
"Angela always finding some funny shit" Envy said laughing. "But East you got any new music hitting the streets soon? Anything we should be looking forward to?" he asked.
I nodded my head, "You know Im always working" i said. "I got something coming within the next couple months"
"You holding out.. can we get an exact drop date" Charlamange said.
I chuckled, "I ain't got a date... a few months"
"He don't want any label troubles" Angela said laughing.
"Exactly" I said laughing.

"I cooked a lil something" Lani said, as I walked into the kitchen. "Hungry?"
"I'm always hungry" I said walking towards her. She spun around wrapping her arms around my neck, kissing my lips. "How'd the interview go? I didn't get a chance to listen yet, i'd rather watch the video"
I shrugged my shoulders, "Same how every interview go" I said. "Asking a bunch of questions trynna know our business" as she turned around to make my plate. I walked over to the sink, washing my hands.
She giggled, "I've been turning interviews down, I don't think they're for me" she said. "People be a lil too shady for me"
"You could do it though" I said. "Don't answer shit you don't want to"
"If you sign up for an interview, you can't not answer questions" she said.
"Shit.. run circles around them bitches, next thing you know.. new question" I said laughing.
She chuckled, "Nah i'm good on interviews" she said. "I did get asked to do a few photoshoots though"
"You should do it"
"I'm thinking about it, I just don't wanna step on Ash's toes, you know" she said, sitting the plate of food on the counter.
"You wouldn't be, she doing her thing and you doing yours"
"But you know, modeling is her thing" she said. "I don't know, I just don't want her to feel some type"
"Don't worry bout that" I said. "You can other shit besides makeup, you fire so of course they gonna want you to be the face of some shit." I said. "Just like the Boohoo shit, if s clothing line come to her with an offer, i'm sure she wouldn't turn it down, nor would you expect her to"
"True" she said, sitting a glass of grape soda on the counter next to my plate. "Maybe I'll just do it, and talk to her about it" she said shrugging her shoulders.
I walked over to her, "You care so much" I said kissing her forehead.
"Am I not?" she asked, laughing.
"I just think it's cute, you care about everybody's feelings and shit"
"Did you ever talk to Rell?" She asked.
I nodded my head, "I talked to him for a hot sec, but I talked to moms and she said he was with her, so im sure whatever it was she was handling it" he said. "I guess he picked up on who go to around here"
"He can come to me, he knows that" Lani said, sitting across form me.
"It's different" I said. "He don't wanna feel like a kid coming to us"
"So he go to grandma" She said, laughing.
I chuckled, "Don't sleep on moms" i said. "But nah, as long as it not us he won't feel childish"
"Well i'm still gonna talk to him when he comes home"
"You should" I said shrugging my shoulders. "Where the rest of them?" I said seeing it was little too quiet.
"Theater room" She pointed towards the door. "Watching CoCo"
"The always taking over the damn theater room" I said laughing. "I don't think I watched a movie in there yet. "Every time I'm in there, here come one of them talking about what they wanna watch"
"Life of having kids" she shrugged her shoulders. "Can't have anything to your self"
"Facts" I said, shaking my head.
"I'm gonna go get in the shower, now that you're here and they're quiet" she said, hopping down off the stool.
"I be up there in a min, imma go fuck with them for a sec"
"K" she smiled before walking out of the room.
I sat in peace eating my food, while giving myself some time to think. I couldn't help but think how lucky I was to have my family. No matter how they got here, they were mine and I wouldn't take it back for the world.
After eating my food, I rinsed my plate before putting it in the dishwasher. I walked over to the theater room, pushing the door open, seeing the lights off as the kids all sat in the front row watching the movie. I walked to the front where they were, seeing Kai, cuddled up with her her build-a-bear, sleep.
"Daddy" Lay said, jumping up in the chair. I reached down hugging her, as she jumped up on me.
"What y'all doing?" I asked.
"Watching this corny movie" G said, doing something on his Ipad.
I chuckled, "Why you watching it?"
"Cause me and Lay made a bet"
"A bet?" I said laughing as I sat down.
"I bet that mommy was gonna cook chicken and G said she wouldn't.. so he lost" Lay said, shrugging her shoulders.
"And this was the punishment?" I asked and she nodded her head. "But it doesn't count cause he's not even watching it"
"Lay you so petty" I said laughing.
"Dad can I leave" G asked.
I shrugged my shoulders, "I don't know, you lost the bet" I said, laughing.
"Not you too" he said.
"Hm" Lay said sticking her tongue out.
"Y'all crazy" I said. "How bout this, I'll watch it with y'all so then maybe it won't be so bad"
G made a thinking face, "Still corny"
"Well forget you" I said nudging his head.
I sat back in the chair getting comfy, knowing now that I was here, Lay was gonna start this damn movie over. It didn't matter though, these were the moments I loved the most. You never know how different kids change you until their yours.
