The main field of the Operation Base was occupied by the Nightmare Striker's remains. Eve's team had removed the biological parts of it so that she can observes on it.
"I can't believe they take down Striker! How cool is that?" Tae said, as the S7 cadets are watching it from afar
"I heard that they used the Lightning Formation!" Hagumi peeps in
"Lightning Formation?" Arisa asks
"Yukina-senpai said that was the highest level of Jaeger teamworks, and I never see that move before," Kasumi said, shrugging
"Hey, I wonder what's in there... I heard that it wasn't piloted by humans..." Saaya said
"I know! Why don't we take a look?" Kasumi raises her suggestion
"Y-You shouldn't go there, Kasumi-chan, if you don't want to be in trouble..." Kanon said
"That's fine! We can sneak in and sneak out! Let's go!" Kasumi said, hurrying her friends

As Eve is investigating, according to Aphrodite and Maelstorm reports, that this was the Kaiju brain probably from the last year of Kaiju War.
"That's odd... It was the same as the brain I got from the first year..." Eve said to herself
' I know that Kaiju can cloning themselves, but they never came out from the Breach for the past year... Which mean, someone is behind this...! ' Eve thought
"Wakamiya-san," a familiar and strict voice calls her from behind
"Sa-Sayo-san! You surprised me!" Eve said
"Oh, sorry. So, I am here because of Commander Shirasagi asking for your report..."
"Ah... Tell Chisato-san that I can only conclude one thing from this," Eve said
"Tell me," Sayo then narrowing her chartreuse eyes
"That if Kaiju never cross the Breach for the past year, then someone is behind this. It's a man's doing," Eve said
"A man's doing? What do you mean?" Sayo asks, her suspicion grew wider
"Yes. Like I said, people sold Kaiju parts back at the black market, and that draws the attention of the maker of the Nightmare Striker. But, the brain is the most expensive, so who could afford that?" Eve explains, ends it as a question
"It seems odd, but this happens also with the drone launching by Tsurumaki Robotics. Striker had taken down Commander Shirokane, and made us cornered."
"You mean, Tsurumaki Robotics was behind this?" Eve confirmed
"It could be. For now, I let you continue your research. The report file can be distributed later to Shirasagi-san's office," Sayo orders as she walks onto the door
"I-I understand...!"

Kasumi and the rest of the S7 cadets are now inside Striker's body. There were many electric cables hanging on top of their head.
"Wow... It is the first time I got into inside of a Jaeger body!" Hagumi said excitedly
"Be quiet, will you?" Arisa bickers her from behind
"Wait, Kasumi. Do you know this cable arragement right?" Saaya asks Kasumi, pointing at a dangling cable near them
The amethyst-eyed girl then observes the cable with the help of light from Tae. It was an odd arragement, and it was neatly tied together.
"That's odd... For a rogue, the cable arrangement was very neat! And no people can do this combination, because..." Kasumi said but stopped
"Because of... what?" Rimi asks, peeking from behind Tae
"Only Tsurumaki Robotics can do this..." Kasumi said
But then, a fluid of shiny blue runs down from the cables on top of them, and drops exactly towards Saaya's arm.
"Aaaaahh! My arm!!" Saaya immediately screams, drops onto her knees
"Saaya, hang in there!" Tae and Hagumi immediately drops to check on her
Rimi and Kanon run away to find someone, and Kasumi only stood, unable to move. She feared the most because of what she did. And, most of all, Yukina will kick her out.

Kasumi was locked into a room. Apparently, she got everyone in S7 in trouble, but she insisted that she causes this. Then, the door is opened, revealing her adored ranger.
"Yukina-senpai, I'm so sorry—!" Kasumi immediately stood up, but then stopped, seeing Yukina is holding an envelope with a red signature
"—Y-Yukina...senpai?"
"I'm sorry, Toyama-san. But, after what you did about sneaking in without permission and harming your S7 teammate, Commander Shirasagi decided to dismiss you," Yukina said monotously
Kasumi's eyes widened. "I-I'm really sorry, Yukina-senpai! I promise I wouldn't do it again!"
Yukina was silent.
"H-How's Saaya... Is she okay?" Kasumi asked
"Yamabuki-san is alright. She is in the clinic for now. Toyama-san, I know if this is only a short period for us to meet, but, I grateful to meet you," she said
Kasumi then ran to hug her senior tight. She bursts into tears as she said, "I guess you can see me again at my hangar... If it's still there..."
"Mitake-san and Moca already got it covered. Go find them there," Yukina reassures, secretly thanking her two friends out there
Then, Kasumi, escorted by the soldiers, were packing her belongings. The S7 cadets are watching her packing, they were really sad.
"Be careful, Kasumi-chan," Kanon finally said
"Make sure to watch us from the bay, okay, Kaa-kun?" Hagumi grinned, Kasumi only giggled remembering her childhood nickname
"Kasumi, if they not gonna return Stardrive, make it again! I wanna see her in action!" Tae said
"Oh, I will have it more advanced!" Kasumi give the lime-eyed girl a thumbs up
Saaya just came back from the clinic in time, bringing a paper bag filled with choco coronets. "Kasumi, make sure to eat properly, okay?"
"And, please don't forget us, okay?" Rimi ends the farewell
"Oi, Kasumi. Next time if Minato-san brings you back again..." Arisa said
She then hugs her and said, "Don't be such an asshole."
The twin-tailed girl immediately let go and Kasumi waves to her friends before she gone for good. As the soldiers take her to the helipad, they witnessed five white drones are being delivered.
Hina and Ako were watching for the arrival, seemed worried. "Well, I guess this would be the end of us, right Ako-chan?"
"The evil princess of hell is always ready for any kind of challenge! Bring it on, and I'll take it with the power of darkness—umm, Hinachii, is that okay?" Ako acts, but then stops when she saw the drones was wriggling
"Hinachii, run to Chisato-chan, now!" Ako said to the younger Hikawa, and she sprints immediately
Back at Tsurumaki Robotics HQ, Maya and a group of scientists were watching the arrival the drones from camera. Maya is smiling, but it has many meanings behind it.
Suddenly, the screens beeping red. The scientists immediately trying to solve the problem.
"Yamato-san, the drones are out of control! What should we do?" one of them asks
"Then, try to solve it! You are scientists, so solve this problem immediately!" Maya orders them to start working
Peeking from behind the wall is Eve, she is ready to bust her dear friend, because she knew who is the people behind Nightmare Striker.
' Get ready to witness hell, Tokyo Operation Base... ' Maya said, smirking at the moment
