Chapter 14
We walked through the building doors to see the hall full of black people. There was atleast 22 people, I know that's how full it's suppose to be but it just looked really, mad.
We sat down by a bunch of girls, they said hi and then kept silent. I couldn't help feel like I was the cause of the violent silence. You could hear everyone else conversing loudly amongst themselves whilst us girls sat in silence.
Some boy walked over smiling at us
Him-hello, hello, hello... Who's this Nyah" The boy looked around 17
Nyah-Zahra and she's 15 so back off!" he laughed giving me a hug
Him-is this your first time coming here" I nodded smiling
Him-aww she's sweet, what are you doing with these jezzy's" Shannon slapped his head and he bit her hand
Her-animal.
Him-not exactly, but I'll be if you want me to be" he said winking at her, she rolled her eyes
Nyah-Ezekiel babe, go away."He then got up pulling her with him walking out of the hall into the hall way.
Shannon-Awww look there's Nathaniel, my gay boyfriend" she said ecstatic over his presence within the room.
Me-he's gay?" I asked disappointed. He was really hot
Ella-no, he just throws on the act for her because he "loves her"
Shannon-he's my shopping buddy" she said getting up skipping over to him.
Ella moved closer towards me almost sitting on my hip and leaned over to whisper in my ear.
Ella-What you doing here?" I looked at her unsure of her questions
Me-what do you mean
Ella-like, how comes you are here?" I stared not knowing how to answer her question
Me-Nyah invited me
Her-so." I looked away getting the feeling she really didn't want me there
Me-so what you want me to go...
Her-no no, it's just" she leaned over again
Her-They're skets, why would you want to hang out with them?" I looked ahead confused. Erm isn't she hanging out with them, so doesn't that also make her a sket?
Me-they invited me and I just didn't see the problem and plus you hang out with them
Her-well I've known Nyah since primary school, she's like family, but you, you have no excuse" she said looking at me waiting for what I was going to say and with that I said nothing. I just looked away not getting into whatever she was playing at. If she didn't want me there too bad because I didn't travel here to go back home anytime soon.
Shannon-Zahra come!" I got up walking towards her
Shannon-okay bigheads this is Zahra, our new member" she said smiling
Her-if you touch her I'll slice your balls off okay?" I lightly laughed as they nodded slightly scared
Her-good now that's out of the way, start mingling love" I looked at her and thought "mingle?" I came here to chill not hook up.
Boy-we'll I'll show you around" he said grabbing my hand pulling me to the side of the room.
He sat on a table and I done the same feeling uneasy.
Him-relax man" I laughed nodding
Him-Zahra yeah?

Him-yeah
Me-me too" I said smiling

Him-Half Egyptian half Indonesian
Me-nice nice" He had a nice head shape (thank god) with smooth looking hair nice light brown Chinese looking eyes with mixed coloured skin. He sort of looked half black but I don't know, it's probably down the line of his generation or something.
Him-so what your parents are strict yeah
Me-yeah something like that" he nodded
Me-what about yours
Him-let's just say my dad don't mess about init" I laughed slightly relating to what he was on about.
Me-I understand
Him-always taking it too far kmt" I nodded in agreement
Him-anyways how old are you b
Me-15, let me guess your 16? Or 17?
Him-turning 17 in hmm 4 months. I'm an august baby init" he said smiling showing his left dimple. I then cooed smiling in his face. He looked away fixing his jeans
Nyah-ANYWAYS GUYS! You uninvited hoes please now leave. And yes I'm talking to you" she said facing a group of girls.
They all kissed their teeth walking out loudly cussing her
Nyah-that's nice sweetie, don't forget to call your dentist on your way home" she said smiling at the last girl as she walked out kissing her teeth
Her-skeen after you some any tea bag face criss cross toothed bitch" she said a lot quieter.
Her-anyways now what activity should we do?
Breh-21 dares" he said grinning

Another breh-that game when you go into a cupboard

Carim-Ny we might as well go with Marcus's idea you know that cupboard game don't sound too bad" all the boys agreed as us girls rolled our eyes.
Nyah-no! Zahra got any idea's?" I shrugged

Nyah-boys?" they shrugged now really caring
Nyah-okay that game it is. Anyone wanna be it?" silence swept through the room
Nyah-Fine Marcus, Shannon and Ezekiel"
Everyone then stood still waiting for the curtains and windows to be shut. Nyah and a few girls tied some material around their eyes so they couldn't cheat and adapt to the darkness. When done we all looked at each other and the lights suddenly turned of making the room pitch black. I stood there like an idiot not knowing what to do since I didn't know where anything was.
Carim-Come" he said pulling me behind a counter
Shannon-you lot's done?
Breh-Chirp" everyone sniggered at the boy's idiocy and the three turned around.
They starting running around like idiots, well Marcus was, Shannon was listening to our laughs using her senses smartly.
Carim grabbed my hand and pulled me to the middle. He lightly pulled on shannon's hair, she quickly turned leaning forward trying to grab him but failed. He then went behind and whispered in her ear "it's jook time" The whole room started laughing as every began running around to find a new hiding spot.
Shannon-you idiots you're supposed to be quiet
After a long 40 minutes everyone got caught, we were all just sitting in a big circle now playing spin the bottle, there was at least 26 of us. This could be an epic fail. Some girl span the bottle and it landed on Ella

Everyone-Lips Jerome!" I looked at everyone confused at why they all had the same idea

Breh-suck my toes" I lightly laughed
Breh-serious talks" I shook my head at the thought looking at Ella
Her-there's disgusting and then there is repulsing" she said screwing him
Him-Kmt my feet are cleaner than your pussy, ediat" I looked at her as she ignored him fully. Why are all the boy's picking up on her
Me-how about we start simple

Nyah-like urmm Lick the floor" Ella's facial expression went blank

Ella then breathed in tacking a swab of the dirty floor using her finger and quickly licking it

Boys-yeah yeah
Nyah-alright, Nadine spin the bottle babes
The bottle was spun again, it landed on Marcus
Shannon-lips Nadine for 10 seconds, nice a simple" they both shrugged crawling into the middle and doing their thing. Marcus then spun the bottle and it landed on Carim
Nyah-Hmmm, do I have a grudge against you?" she said thinking hard
Carim-nah you don't
Nyah-alright, you guys decide
Some girl-Take a backshot from a girl?" all the girls laughed
Carim-suck your family." He said casually
Nadine-fine is it a disgusting dare then?
Carim-no.
Nadine-then what
Marcus-I think we should do that cupboard thing
Girls- No Marcus!
Him-fine.
Nyah-nah we should you know, it's gonna get dry soon.
Shannon-agreed.
Nyah-okay you have to do the cupboard thingy then
Some girl-with who?
Nyah-urmmm... Zahra!" she said looking at me. I shook my head
Shannon-it has to be done, now you both get up and go in that cupboard you have a minute and you have to voice record it, plus it has to be in the dark, helps the awkwardness" he then got up not minding the dare
Ella-get up then" I got up following him into the cupboard whilst his boys cheered him on.
Everyone was on the other side of the door, he took out his phone and got his voice recorder ready
Her-one two three, go." He pressed the middle button starting the recorder.
I sat down fairly close to him not knowing what to do
Him-soo.." we both laughed
Me- I don't want to say anything with this recording everything" I said whispering
Him-for real
Nyah-49 seconds.
Him-come" I moved a little closer, he obviously wasn't happy enough so he then pulled me closer going on top of me spreading my legs. I lay there not knowing what to do so I just went along with it.
His lips then connected with mine opening my mouth slowly, he sucked slowly on my top lip letting go to kiss his way down my neck. I always liked it when Julian kissed my neck.
I sighed wrapping my arms around him...
Nyah-19 seconds left" He then began sucking on my neck, sending pleasurable tingles from my neck down to my stomach. I breathed in, breathing back out onto his neck
Nyah-7 seconds left
He then pulled away pecking my lips once more standing back up. I wiped my neck standing up fixing myself quickly.
Nyah-time up!" he then stopped the recorder and the door was then opened.
We both walked out walking towards where we were seated before not trying to give anything away.
Nyah-muahah, the moment of truth, play that recorder" he played it aloud using his hands to help it echo louder.
We all sat there waiting for any sound, we could hear us whispering slightly but the words weren't really that clear. I sat there hoping they couldn't tell what was going on. You could hear a rustle here and there but nothing much.
Ella-shit you two were really quiet weren't ya
Nyah-shh shh, I thought I heard something" and then my quiet moan echoed through the whole hall. They all gasped continuing to listen and it happened again, I looked at Carim, he didn't seem that bothered at all. He sensed my eyes and smiled at me mouthing "don't worry". The recorder then stopped
Shannon-well well well... Someone had fun ey
Jerome-well done Rimz" carim just shrugged still seeming unbothered by it all. Okay I had no idea why he was acting so chill.
Ella-looks like you're not a sweet as you look" she said joking about, I hid my face lightly laughing...
It was later on in the night, I came home to my dad fast asleep, I was in bed laying down thinking about Carim, for some reason I was really starting to like him. After all that attention we got to know each other a little more and before I left he asked for my number. And with those looks he's flaunting I wasn't going to say no for sure.
Let's just hope he calls, I think it's about time I forgot about Julian. He's just such a bother, he's definitely not worth my worries or tears.
