Chapter 21 part two
Right before my father left I asked him if I could go to Florida with Charles in two weeks for Christmas he said yes; he gave me one of his credit cards to buy the ticket. Charles and I agreed that we would do the threesome a few days before we left to Florida. I wore the necklace that Charles gave me every day, even though I hardly wore any jewelry at all. Maygan and Mandy where still ignoring me, but it’s not like i cared it was better to be ignored anyways. I had met this new girl her name was Sadie, she was from New York her parents got a divorce and she moved here with her mom. Brian and Charles made up earlier this week. Charles has been acting very sweet with me ever since our minor break up. I was now on my way to Sadie’s house to hang out.
I left my apartment it was now 4:13 Charles’s car wasn’t there so I decided to walk to Sadie’s house which was like 30 minutes away she lived near Brian’s house. As I’m walking on the side walk I see a suspicious car driving about 15 feet away it had been following me since I entered the main street. The car approached me I picked up speed until I got to a four way street, the car blocked my passage. Out of the car came a male figure. It was detective Johnson.
“Hello Trinity”
“What do you need?”
“Nothing I just want to talk.”
“About? I haven’t done anything why can’t you leave me alone?”
“We’ve spoken before about Danielo Morris right?”
“Yeah. what about it?”
“You should really be careful. Look I gave you my card I would like to have a chat with you if you don’t mind.”
“I can’t right now I have somewhere to be”
“What about tomorrow morning? Can you meet me at my office?”
“Yeah sure whatever I have to go now can you move your car?”
“Sure see you tomorrow Trinity” said detective Johnson. I didn’t really want to meet with him tomorrow but, he would just keep on following me until I did. I got to Sadie’s house around 5:05 since I had a minor setback.
“Hey Trinity” said Sadie.
“Hey what’s up?”
“Nothing my mom just left so we are alone.”
“Cool she knew I was coming right?”
“Yeah, she said as long as we don’t invite guys over she’s ok with it.” Said Sadie taking me to what seemed to be her room. It was a cream color with white border line all around. She had posters and cut outs of female models.
“I see you like to collect cut outs”
“Yeah there my thinspiration.” She said with a shrug.
“So those are your role models?”
“Pretty much, I want to be like them.” Said Sadie. Putting some clothes away; Sadie had to be double my size, she was tall so it wasn’t that noticeable that she had a muffin top.
“Why do you want to be like a bag of bones?”
“I don’t know, I’m never going to get there though I’ve been fat since I was little.”
“You’ll lose it.”
“That’s easy for you to say, you’re perfect.” Said Sadie, I wasn’t necessarily perfect I lacked what she had. Her ass was huge and her boobs where way bigger than mine too. “Do you want something to drink or eat?”
“Some water would be fine.” I said.
“Ok, I’ll be right back.” She said walking away.
“So you like California?” I asked as she handed me a glass of water.
“It’s ok there’s cute guys here I can handle it.”
“I bet in new york there are good looking guys too.”
“Yeah, but most of the good looking ones have girlfriends or are ass wholes. “
“Oh, there are those to.” I said laughing.
“You have a boyfriend right?”
“Yeah his name is Charles.”
“Oh I’ve seen you with him, he’s cute and so is his friend.”
“Brian?” I asked wow someone actually thought Brian was attractive.
“That’s his name?”
“Yeah.”
“Well yeah don’t tell him though I don’t want him thinking I’m some type of loser or anything.”
“You’re not a loser; maybe he thinks you’re cute too. You want to hang out with him later?”
“I wish I could, but my mom said I couldn’t leave the house sorry.”
“Ok then another day.” I said. We talked for a while and I left her house around nine o’clock. When I got home I fell straight to sleep.
I woke up the next morning and took a bus to detective Johnson’s office I wanted to know more about danielo and his cousin and he was the right source. I didn’t want to tell Charles anything so I lied and said I was going to Sadie’s house again and he believed me. I arrived to what seemed to be his office building it had to be like ten floors. I step inside the elevator to suite number 4. I opened the door and inside was a waiting room with a secretary.
“Hi I’m here to see detective Johnson”
“Umm he’s busy right now he’ll be done in about ten minutes you can have a seat for now.”
“Ok thanks” I said sitting down on a chair.
“What’s your name mam’?”
“Trinity Nelsons”
“Ok, you can go in. second door to your left.”
“Thanks” I got up and walked up to a door and knocked.”
“Come in” said a familiar voice.
“Hello Trinity have a seat.” Said detective Johnson.
“Hi.”
“I’m glad that you came.”
“Yeah. So why did you need to see me?”
“It involves you’re safety Trinity. To inform you Danielo Morris and his Cousin Ramon Montenegro where involved with an incident last year with Jamie Torres. Ramon Montenegro is serving his sentence, and Danielo already served his which was seven months.” Said Detective Johnson
“Why did Danielo serve a sentence if Ramon was the one who shot her?” I asked.
“Danielo’s finger prints where on the weapon. And him being underage, he was not allowed to handle a firearm.”
“Than what does this have to do with me?”
“We seek to believe that Danielo Morris is the suspected shooter. I would like to ask for your help in this case?”
“I’m not going near that creep no matter what.” I said.
“You are currently seeing Charles Delion right?” asked Detective Johnson with a serious face.
“Yeah he has nothing to do with this though.”
“In deed he does, there was illegal trafficking at the time between Gabriel Montes and Charles Delion. And to my understanding there still is.They both could be arrested, but they are one of the main leads in this case Trinity.” He said.
“So I have to help you catch Danielo?”
“Not help but, you seem to be the only person that could get him to confess.”
“Would you leave Gabriel and Charles alone?” I asked, I didn’t want Charles or Gabriel getting busted.
“If you agree I will discard the case on them.”
“And if I chose not to?”
“I would have to resort to the case.”
“Alright I’ll do it, but they can’t know anything about what’s going on ok?”
“Alright, I would like to consider a confession sometime this month.”
“I’m going on vacation for Christmas; it would have to be after.”
“Alright, I hope to count on you Ms. Nelsons”
“Alright Detective Johnson”
“Call me Andrew.”
“Ok are you still going to be following me?”
“Yes it’s for your own safety; Danielo seems to want some sort of revenge. And you’re so far the lead in this case we can’t jeopardize that.”
“Alright can I leave now?”
“Yes just give me a call if anything, good day Trinity.”
“Bye.” I said leaving the room. I had to be an accomplice to get danielo to confess, this is not going to be easy. I took the bus back home and went to go see if Charles was home. Since I didn’t see him yesterday. I knock on the door and Charles answered it.
“Hey babe” he said greeting me with only his boxers on.
“Hello.” I said gazing down at his boxers.
“Come inside” he said letting me inside and closing the door.
“What have you been up to?” I asked.
“Nothing much, what about you?”
“Sadie’s house.”
“Why didn’t you call me to pick you up?” asked Charles.
“Because I need the exercise.”
“You’re perfect, you don’t need exercise.”
“Oh whatever” I said kissing him on the lips.
“What are you doing later on?”
“Nothing why?”
“Want to go to Gabriel’s house?”
“Yeah sure, but I have to do something really quick at my house though.”
“Alright I’ll meet you here in about an hour is that good?”
“Yeah perfect, bye love you.”
“Love you more.” He said kissing me good bye.
I quickly went upstairs and took a shower. Got dressed and did some of my English homework. I grabbed something to eat and then left downstairs to Charles‘s apartment. As I went down the stairs Charles was coming up to get me.
“Hey there, ready?”
“Yeah let’s go.” We got in the car and left to Gabriel’s house. (Where the adventure begins ;))
