when I woke up Jerome was asleep on the couch.
"good morning Ms Thomas. how are you feeling?" another nurse came in since Jerome requested no male nurses for me.
"I'm doing fine thanks for asking. what's your name"
"Nurse Simmons"
"your really pretty. I love your highlights" it's true she was very pretty. shoulder length hair that was dark brown with light reddish highlights. her nose was pierced and it made her look gorgeous. even though she was small she still has a little curves.
"thank you. your beautiful. are you mixed black and Irish?"
"ha I wish"
"well I'm here to check your blood pressure, heart rate, and change your bandages. I will need you to take your gown off.oh wait are you okay with him being in here will I'm doing this?" she pointed at a Jerome who was just waking up.
"oh yeah that's my boyfriend"
"your boyfriend huh?" she looked over at him but turned back quickly looking shocked.
"how long have y'all been dating?" she asked me still looking at Jerome while he looked at her bug eyed.
"about 5 and a half months"
"oh really" she turned back around shaking her head with a smirk while changing my bandages.
"why are you shaking you head"
"because he's the same old Jerome.hasn't changed a bit"
"oh you two know eachother babe?"
"uhmmm yes something like that" he seemed a bit nervous.
"we know eachother very well ain't that right Jerome" she asked him
"how did you guys meet"
"uhmmm babe that's not important right now let her finish her job"
"oh no rush I'm done." she smirked at Jerome
Jerome's POV
oh shit.oh shit. oh shit. she gonna tell her.damn. Kali gonna kill me.
"I wanna know how you met"
"we met at the club a couple years ago about 3. I was at the bar and he couldn't leave me alone.he insisted on having a dance with me. I gave in I mean look at him. Jerome he's fine. that night we fucked and still are."
"Tamara stop lying"
"I'm not lying on you Jerome.if I'm lying how do you know my real name huh? you don't remember the day before yesterday you came over and fucked me so hard and good."
Kali just sat there listening to Tamara every word.
"baby you okay?"
"Tamara thank you. I'm good you can go now."
"Okay nice meeting you"
she left closing the door but not without winking at me. I looked at Kali she walked towards the room door and locked it.oh shit.
"baby why you locked the door the doctor might come in" I said sounding like a Bitch
"Jerome imma ask you one time. did you sleep with her while you were with me?"
"no." she smiled at me
"did you sleep with anyone else while you were with me?"

"shut up. imma ask you one more time if you lie your going to be the one laying in this damn hospital bed not me. did you fuck her? Or anyone else while we were together?" she walked to her purse and got something out of it then walked back towards me. she looked pissed her face was red as fuck. I never seen Kali this mad before. we argued before but she never gotten this mad I'm scared.
"baby it was never my intentions to hurt you"
"answer the question"
"yes but I was drunk all the times I did it."
she just stared at me before punching me dead in my nose causing it to bleed. she didn't stop there she kneed me in my balls the continued to beat my ass.all I could do was curl up in a ball.
"THIS IS WHAT YOU DO JEROME! ALL THIS TIME I THOUGHT YOU WAS WORKING AT THE TRAP YOU WAS WORKING ON A BITCH PUSSY! DO SHE FUCK BETTER THAN ME?" she stopped punching me and looked at me.

"THEN WHY WOULD YOU FUCK THE BITCH THAN.I SWEAR NIGGAS LIKE YOU BE THE REASON THESE WOMEN GO CRAZY." she stopped and sat in the couch catching her breathe.

"what?" I say spitting out blood on the floor.damn she fucked a nigga up I'm sore as fuck.
"how many bitches did you fuck while we were together?"
"I don't know I didn't count"

"I said I didn't count" she kicked me in the balls again
"really I can't believe you. but your a smart nigga though.I give you your credit. you planned that shit out.can you pick up JJ please?. knowing Damn well I work and go to school I be tired when I get home Jerome. that's your cue to go and fuck them huh?"
I didn't say anything because my head was killing me. I feel bad that she found out this way.
"so you gonna leave me?" she didn't respond she just went to the bathroom. I got up off the floor and ended up falling again
"ahhhhhh" that shit hurts so damn bad
"is everything okay in there." a nurse yelled from the other side of the door. I didn't say anything so I guess she got the hint because a few seconds later the door flew open and doctors rushed in to me.
"are you okay? let's get him into the bed." they lifted me into the bed.kali did say if I lied I would end up in this bed.
"where is Ms Thomas?" the same man who walked out of here the other day grinning
"I'm right here I signed my discharged papers already can I leave?" she said already dressed in her clothes
"yes you can ma'am. come back in two weeks so I can remove your cast okay and give me a call so I know your okay beautiful"
"yes I sure will and thank you doctor"
"my pleasure Ms Thomas. uhmmm do you know what happened to him?"
"yes. he cheated" and that's all she said before leaving out the room.
Kali's POV
"hey Ashley I'm ready"
"ok come on I'm parked in the front in the pink hummer"
"okay I see you"
I walked over to her car and got in.
"thanks girl for picking me up"
I say after hugging Ashley
"no problem girl.but where is Jerome ain't he suppose to be picking you up today?"
"yea he in there. it's just he's the patient now" I say checking my phone.
"what you talking about Kali what happened to his ass?" she stopped at a red light
"he cheated. can we go eat somewhere?"
"yes sure girl we gotta talk anyway"
we pulled up into O'Charlie's and she helped me get out.this damn thigh is still hurting after two and a half weeks. we went in and got seated.
"welcome to O'Charlie's can I get you something to drink" the waitress said
"uhm yes can I have a tea with alot of ice" Ashley said
"yes and you"
"let me get a margarita"
"okay I'll be right back"
"ok spill it from the beginning"
"ok remember the nurse I was telling you about?"
"Tariq?"
"yes.okay Jerome requested a new nurse who was a girl"
"okay what's wrong with that?"
"it was one of his hoes Ashley. he fucked the Bitch while I was in the hospital while im recovering from getting shot to save his son"

"no I'm not I'm dead ass.the Bitch come in there and sees Jerome and gets hyped.like what the fuck. smirking and shit while shaking her head"
"I would have punched the Bitch in her throat" Ashley said
"wait that's not it. she says 'same old Jerome huh?' I'm like so y'all know eachother she's like 'oh yes girl we know eachother real good' then this nigga gonna say 'stop lying Tamara'"
"so he did know her he blew it by calling her name"
"exactly! like she hadn't even said her first name. then she tells me how Jerome was fucking her the other night. I was so damn embarrassed. do you know how that feels to have a woman come up to you and tell you how good your man is in bed?"

"no I'm good.I'm fine. it's just that the other day you accused me of cheating when you the one cheating. really Jerome like that's guilt and karma for yo ass" I say venting to Ashley.it really feels good to have a female friend to talk to.
"okay here's your drinks. do you ladies know what you want to order?"
"I'm sorry we need More time"
"no problem I'll be back"
"damn what's gotten into his ass. the way Riko be telling me about yall relationship have me thinking y'all been married for years"
"shit not anymore. I need a break from him" I say looking at the menu. I glance Woman staring at me from a distance but I shake it off.
"okay are you ladies ready?"
"yes I want the shrimp Alfredo with a Caesar salad please" I say handing her my menu
"okay and you miss"
"I'll have the club sandwich with fries and a salad on the side" ashley says.the waiter nods and walks off
"okay tell me if I'm tripping or not.but I swear to our right beside the bar the woman with red hair is starting at me am I right look" I say drinking my drink. Ashley turns and looks.
"yep and still looking to. you know her?"
"I don't know nobody with red hair."
"well by the looks of it she knows you or like you"
"eww" we laugh
when our food came out we ate and talked about our past and enjoyed ourselves.
"Ashley she still watching me I'm getting pissed off now"
"calm down girl Imma go over there and talk to her"
Ashley's POV
I walk over to the girl that's been watching us since we been here
"excuse me is there a problem you have been watching my friend since we walked in here.do you have something to say or you just asking for an ass whooping?"
"yes ask your friend did she get my message I air mailed it a couple weeks ago tell her it's me Ciara'"
she walked off leaving the resturant.what is she talking about.imma go tell Kali.
