an annoying lil letter to the readers, just because —
if you're reading this, then that means you've made it this far, even through all of the back-and-forth i've put these characters through (ugh) (lol) and wow! thank you! for enjoying this story! and reading it!
i started this book as some mindless little writing practice but it's evolved into more of a catharsis than i thought it would ever be. i say thank you too much here but i don't care, i'll say it as many times as i want, because i'll never be able to say it enough.
while i'm rambling i guess i'll mention that as much as i love writing this story, it sometimes is something that makes me very anxious - this story has been doing so well on here that i'm afraid of writing the wrong thing or taking the wrong plot course or writing a terrible chapter. i think it's in my head and mostly irrational, but also because i am a severe perfectionist and have a fear of failure lol - so if it ever seems as though i've gone MIA, then that's most likely what's going on with me
i also wanted to say thanks for staying patient with these chapters too. university courses are beginning again soon so i won't be able to update as much as i want to, but i've pretty much plotted out the entire rest of this book til the end (!!!!) and whoa baby do we have a big storm coming
additionally: i've been having lots and LOTS of ideas in mind for what will happen after alpha is complete. my lil heart has gotten to love timmy + marley a little too much - so maybe, even after this book is over, their story might not be just yet
but i'm getting a little ahead of myself there.
i've been really revising and working at this next chapter because it's a bit of an important one. i'll try my best to have it up soon. ❤️
