Plot: 10/10
–stays on task; focuses on some side plots, but they all connect back to the main story. Pretty easy to understand, too.

–I don't really see much development besides Atsushi's...and Kyouka, oh my baby, KyOukA

–I love this anime mainly because it's so entertaining. It's either hilarious and fun or mysterious and thrilling; hardly ever dull.
Overall Effect: 9/10
–This anime is so fun and so cool, but I knocked it down a peg because I feel like some aspects were iffy.
For example, the near-pointless side stories where Atsushi goes on his first few cases. I believe they were meant to show us what every character was about, but all we really learned were the basics.
We didn't learn much from them, is all I'm saying.
So, I feel they were sort of a waste of time...
But still fun.
But overall, this anime is one of the greatest out there. I rewatch it almost two times a year (and that's because I bought the seasons on dvd...)
Description: an outcast joins a detective agency where everyone possesses a special power (which are very unique and really cool.) The story progresses to where they battle it out with other evil agencies (which are also really cool.)
Honestly fell in love with every character, good or bad.
Why I Do/n't Recommend: If you're into action and amazing, lovable characters, I suggest you watch this anime.
Not to mention it has a great story, as well.
Warning: contains some violence and some tear-jerking scenes that make you wish you could protect all of characters, not gonna lie.
