Several days after asking Tegemi on a date...
"Ah! I can't think of anything!"
I spend every day after that in working my ass off and confusion.
(Where should we go on a date? I have no idea!)
I've never really been on a date before! Well we've both went together before, a fancy café and a fancy bar but she paid most of the thing we ordered and it'll be embarrassing if she paid for the things we spend in our date, since i'm the one who asked her and all.
(I did earned a bit much from my nonstop jobs and rackets. But the day's not far away! And I think I haven't earned enough If I took her to something fancy.
Just thinking of it by myself is getting me nowhere.
"Should I ask the girls for advice?"
They might know something I don't since they've known her longer than me,
When I go to the living room everyone but Tegemi is there.
"Yes? What is it?"
"Hypothetical question, If I was going on a date with Tegemi, where should I take her?"
"Hypothetical huh?" doubted Miyoko.
"You're going on a date?" peeve Raika.
"Why so sudden?" asked Rei.
"Mina, leave us out of your delusions please." Said Yomiko.
"Sleazy..." said Kasumi.
"W-what it's a hypothetical question." (not really.)
"Didn't you go out on a date before, when you were in your stupid suit?" said Miyoko
"It's not a stupid suite!, I look good on that." (That's what Tegemi said.)
"And that was different; we just went on a meeting, yes meeting with her important clients"
"Really?" they doubted discriminately.
"Fine, we'll answer your hypothetical question." Said Kasumi.
"What about taking her out on a shopping spree? Oh wait you can't you're flat broke." Insulted Yomiko.
"I just want a normal answer, anyone else?"
"You're really going on a date with Tegemi?" asked Reimako.
"Does Tegemi even know it's a date or is it just you who knows you're going on a date with her?" asked Kasumi
"Uhmm...Hey!"
(Kasumi's even relentless with her insults.)
There's no way I can talk to them like this.
"This is great!" said Miyoko.
"No it's not!"
"I meant you asking Tegemi for a date, remember when I told you about his last date?'
"Oh that time when you were drunk."
"I was not drunk!" she denied it blushing.
"You're really getting along with her huh, Mina?" said Raika.
"Tegemi's beauty is a bit wasted on you, but...isn't this good for her?" said Yomiko.
"Can you just left out the insults next time?"
"I don't really believe it." Doubted Kasumi,
"But good luck~! Cheered Reimako.
At least someone is cheering for me.
(Maybe they can help me out a little...)
"What did you want to ask us, Mina? I was not listening to you at first." Blurted Miyoko.
"Well, umm, I'm not sure what to do on our date."
"Well aren't you useless..." said Yomiko casually.
"Hey! This is my first time asking someone for a date and knowing how sophisticated Tegemi is just thought you girl might help me out since you know her longer than I do."
We all sit down to discuss a strategy.
"You have a date plan?" asked Reimako.
"Well if you had that all along why asked us for help?" said Yomiko a bit pissed.
(Why is she always like it's that time of the month when she speaks to me?)
"I thought since we're going on a date I should do my best to make her happy."
"Well that's surprisingly thoughtful of you." Said Kasumi.
"But I can't even think of how, or what things she would like or places she wants to go to."
"Well, we're talking about Tegemi...so you have to go on a real classy, mature and expensive date." Suggested Yomiko.
(Well, that was surprisingly helpful...)
"Maybe it doesn't need to be expensive, classy but not expensive like taking her, maybe on an art gallery?" suggested Kasumi.
"That's a great idea Kasumi."
"Or a dinner in a fancy restaurant?" suggested Miyoko.
"Okay, now where going somewhere, art gallery, then restaurant, what else?"
I take out a notepad, as Raika giggles.
"If it's a real date, you'll want to go to a hotel afterwards."
"Right, hotel....W-wait!"
"Yeah? Why would they go to a hotel, when they can go straight home." Said Reimako innocently.
We all look at how gullible Reimako is.
"Mina! What are you talking about? A hotel?!" yelled Yomiko.
"I wasn't the one who said it."
"Ahahaha I'm sorry I was just joking." Said Raika giggling.
"Please , stop."
"Well if you asked me, my favorite date spots are..."
Then Finally.
"Yes! It's finished!"
With everyone's help I finally managed to put together a date plan.
"Hehe, this is perfect." Said Raika.
"This will definitely make Tegemi happy!" cheered Yomiko.
"Yes! Well, good luck,Mina!" cheered Miyoko.
"Thank you very much for the help everyone."
Then, as I stand up.
"What have you finished?"
"Whoa!"
"T-Tegemi?!" said everyone in unison.
Tegemi arrives at the worst possible timing.
"What is it? Did I surprise you all?!"
Just then, out of my impatient hands...
The piece of paper with the date plan written on it falls to Tegemi's feet.
(Y-you moron! The paper!) signaled Yomiko
(I'm sorry! My hand slipped!) I signaled back.
If she sees that paper now...
All of my plans will be ruined.
"This looks like fun, everybody is gathered together what are we playing? Charade?" she assumes as she noticed Yomiko and I making hand signals.
"Uh, y-yeah! I'm letting them guess what am I going?" I said while signaling Miyoko to distract Tegemi for a moment while I get the piece of paper near her feet.
Just then she noticed were my eyes are looking.
"Wha?What is this?"
She picks up the piece of paper by her feet.
"Ah!"
"No! Wait!"
I lunge quickly, not noticing my legs tangled.
"M-Mina!"
I collide with her and push her back.
"Mina...."
"Ouch..."
The force of the fall throws me to the ground.
"T-Tegemi are you alright?"
"Mina..."
I realize that I'm on top of her with everyone watching.
"I-I'm sorry! Are you alright?!"
Tegemi's red face is surprisingly close.
"Hey, what are you doing pushing Tegemi down, in the middle of the day?" said Raika
"Mina, the lucky pervert." Uttered Miyoko.
Rei covered her eyes with her hands.
"No, this is uh..."
"Mina..."Tegemi's voice sound a little angry.
"How long are you planning on staying on top of me?"
"R-right, I'm sorry!"
I jumped up quickly as Tegemi immediately stands up.
She looks at me with a stern face, still bright red.
"Be more careful, next time will you."
"Y-Yes! I'm sorry."
"Well, goodbye."
After saying that, she quickly turns around and leaves the living room.
(Oh no! I've made her angry!)
"I'm sorry! Tegemi!"
I run after her quickly.
"Pfft, it's alright, Mina!" uttered Raika containing her laughter.
"What do you mean ,it's clearly not okay."
"It's kinda rare to her in that state." Said Miyoko.
"What state?"
"Ah, this is going to be a good date! What do you think will happen?" continued Raika."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Yes! I think It will be, just fine." Raika Continued to tease
"Yes! Do your best, Mina!" cheered Miyoko.
"huh?"
I don't know why, but I feel like everyone supporting me.
Then, when the day finally arrives.
