After Wonho and Minhyuk finished putting band aids on me, they all left the room so I could change into the t-shirt Hyungwon lent me. I peeled off the dress, pretty upset that it was potentially ruined.
"Those bitches don't know who they're messing with." I muttered, tossing the dress aside so I could put on the t-shirt. Luckily, it was a large enough t-shirt that it looked like a dress on me. The sleeves ended at my elbows and the bottom of the shirt ended just above my knees. If it was this big on me, I couldn't imagine how large the shirt if on skinny Hyungwon.
I examined myself in one of the vanity mirror. When Bulldok dumped the filthy water on me, they messed up my hair and makeup too. I used a makeup wipe to take all of it off, deciding I wasn't going to pretend anymore today. I was done with the antics of these celebrities. Blending in wasn't going to be an option anymore, now I had a big target on my back.
I opened the door once I was done to let Monsta X back in. They were already surrounded by girls already.
'Wow, these girls come out of the wood works so quickly.' I thought.
But the boys were still angry about the prank from earlier and didn't respond to any of them. The group of girls turned to glare at me before dispersing.
"We're going to perform soon." Hyungwon said, walking into the room first as the rest followed.
"You can watch from backstage or stay here, whatever makes you feel more comfortable." Kihyun added.
Shownu's shirt was still wet. I felt bad that his stage outfit was ruined because of me. I was sure that their stylists wouldn't be too happy when they saw his outfit was messed up.
"I'll just say here..." I muttered. Besides, there was a TV monitor that I could watch the live show from.
"It's okay, there really isn't anything to protect us from here except pettiness." Changkyun chuckled.
"Do you have a new shirt you can change into?" I asked Shownu. He looked over at me, visibly annoyed by the antics from earlier.
He shook his head, "No, but it should dry off by the time we get on stage."
'I sure hope so...'
The guys left to perform while I stayed in the room, hugging my knees to my chest as I watched Music Bank from the couch.
"I feel so pitiful." I muttered. "I should be out there walking around with my head held high, yet here I am..."
I didn't want those girls to think they had gotten the better of me. I could beat them in a fight any day!
I heard a knock on the door and got up to answer it, assuming it was one of the guys coming back for something.
I opened the door to see Bulldok.
They looked smug as all hell.
"Look whose home alone." The short haired blonde one taunted me.
"Fuck off." I growled, closing the door.
"Wait! We're here to apologize!" The one with short pink hair spoke up.
I opened up the door again, leaning against the frame with me arms crossed. If they were here to apologize, then I was ready to accept it.
"We're sorry we didn't use hot coffee instead."
I rolled my eyes. They just wanted to intimidate me more. But it wasn't going to work. There were more of them, but I was much stronger.
"Just hurry up and quit before we cause you any more trouble." The leader said, hands on her hips. "We can make your life miserable."
"The only thing miserable here is the lot of you." I retorted. "Now get lost, I don't have time for this shit. And next time you try and pull another prank like that, I won't be as nice."
I slammed the door, leaving the girls in the hallway. I went back to watching the show. Monsta X performed Jealousy and I watched in awe.
'No wonder these girls are so obsessed with them,' I thought, 'They're just overflowing with charisma.'
Monsta X came back after performing, a little sweaty and out of breath.
"Good job guys!" I said, clapping when they entered the room. "You did great!"
"Thanks." Wonho smiled, giving me a high five.
"We try to do our best." Kihyun added.
"I think the practice is really paying off!" Minhyuk cheered.
After their performance was done and the show was over for the day, we all packed up to leave. I carried my purse in one hand and my wet dress in the other.
I was supposed to lead the pack as the bodyguard, but the boys crowded around me, trying to protect me from the catty girl groups. I didn't think the girls would pull a prank on me while the guys were around, though.
As we were speeding off in the van, heading home, the boys told their manager about the drama from today.
"And then they dumped dirty water on her!" Jooheon huffed, finishing off the story. The manager didn't at all look surprised.
"I told you guys to be careful," The manager sighed, "You were always so nice to all of the girl group members, and boy groups members too, from day one. I told you to be careful about that. Fans get possessive, but so do other idols! They're just mad that there's this cute foreign girl around you guys 24/7."
'Cute?' I thought, blushing a bit. 'Did they really think I was cute?'
"Anyway, just watch out from now on." The manager said, turning to talk to me, "You've already become an outcast to them. So expect more pranks in the future if you're not careful."
I sighed.
'I should get paid double for this shit.'
"But enough about that." Minhyuk cut in, "What do you guys want for dinner?"
"Let's get something nice for Jiyeon." Wonho suggested.
I shook my head, "You guys don't have to do that."
"It's hard for us to pick our dinner anyway, you should just chose." Shownu interjected.
I tried to think of what I would want to eat, "Barbecue?" I suggested.
"Barbecue it is!" Minhyuk cheered. "I know of a good one not too far from here..."
