Chapter 1:
The pain pounded in my head. Everything hurts since I've discovered something unusual, rare, or special about me. I'm not normal compared to people who just wake up and do their things and poof it's time to go to sleep. Same different daily routine for them. But I've discovered I have a some type of powers when I was 13. I heard weird voices in my head. I discovered it was other peoples thoughts that I was hearing... some were mean, hateful but some were kind. I had the power to read peoples thoughts. I haven't been able to control it. The problem about this is that I can't stop the pain. I'm 16, three years have past already and I just can't deal with this, reading peoples mind. What if I discover more powers along the way. I haven't told anyone yet. I will never tell them because they'll never believe me. I have to tell someone. Katherine. I have to tell my best friend Katherine though. But what will happen after I tell her? What if I have more powers? I can't take advantage of this. I just can't. What if there's someone else just like me? Or am I the only one?
