Her heart began to beat faster. She freed her arms from her parents and turned back.
T-this can't be happening.
She touched her chest to ease her heart and started walking back, but before she could even make her second step, somebody hugged her from her back.
"Where are you going, my Shiz?" the voice was very familiar to her that it made her heart skip a beat.
She closed her eyes. She could feel the warmth in his hug as she heard his heart beating together with hers.
"I've missed you so much," he said.
She opened her eyes and turned to him. He gave her a very loving smile that made her tears fell. She touched her face. "Am I not dreaming?"
He touched her face and kissed her eyes through her veil.
"I love you," he said.
"I love you more," she answered happily while tears were still falling from her eyes.
"I want to kiss you now," he whispered and it made her cheeks blushed.
Then, they suddenly heard someone coughed loudly as if he was getting their attention. They looked at the direction where it came from. It was the priest!
Zeek chuckled. "Sorry, Father," she turned to her and laid his hand for her. "Shall we?"
She looked around first. Her parents were already in their seats. They were smiling happily at them. Beside them was her grandfather. To her surprised, he gave her the happiest smile of approval, and mouthed, "be happy."
She wiped her tears and smiled happily as he gave her hand to Zeek. Then, they both walk towards the altar.
Lord, is this your way of granting my wish?
"Shall we escape after the ceremony?" Zeek whispered to her.
She giggled. "Baka. You have a lot to explain later, Mr. Zeek Demetriou."
He groaned. "Can the explanation come after the honeymoon, Mrs. Shizuka Demetriou?"
She giggled again. Mrs. Shizuka Demetriou. It was like music to her ears.

"BY THE POWER given to me by the law, I am declaring you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride," said the priest.
Zeek turned to her. "I've been meaning to do this ever since I saw you walking on the aisle, Mrs. Demetriou," he said while taking off her veil.
She smiled. "Baka." Then, he gave her a very passionate kiss and she gladly responded. He put his arms around her as he deepened his kisses. She could feel her whole body melting so she put her arms around his neck as she wholeheartedly responded to his kisses.
This is love! This is life!
They were both running out of breath when they stopped. They heard the crowd cheering for them.
"I think we should go now," Zeek said while catching his breath.
"Yeah---"
"You can't!" she heard Jasfer shouted.
They looked at Jasfer, Frey was beside him.
"We still have to take pictures!"
She heard Zeek groaned. "I won't let you sleep later," he whispered to her.
She blushed. Excitement rushed through her veins.

"CAN I HEAR your explanation now, Mr. Demetriou?" Shizu asked Zeek.
They were both sitting on the couch in their suite's veranda. Zeek's father reserved a five – day stay in Costa Navarino, Messinia, as a wedding gift from his father. It was already their second night there and she was really mesmerized by the beauty of the place.
Zeek put his arm on her shoulder. "Where do I start, Mrs. Demetriou? Can I start with a kiss?"
She pinched his arm. "Be serious!"
Though I also like to start with the kiss. Haha!
He chuckled. "Okay, Mrs. Demetriou. Ask what you want to know."
"I want to know everything. How did you become my groom that day? How did Grandpapa change his mind?"
"I threatened your grandfather."
"What?!"
He chuckled. "I just made him see how much I love his granddaughter."
"What did you do?"
"Hmm. I talked to him."
She looked at him. "I know my grandfather. He wouldn't just agree on something without gaining something."
"Like how you let him approve your stay in the Philippines?"
"H-How did you know about that?"
"Your grandfather told me."
"So, what did you do to make Grandpapa change his mind? I want an honest answer, Zeek," she was already serious.
Zeek looked at her intently. "Oh, my wife is now serious. Still beautiful." He smiled.
"Zeek!"
He chuckled. "Okay, okay. I'll tell you." He kissed her forehead before he started explaining. "I kneeled in front of your house for three days."
"W-what?!" she was shocked. "W-Why?"
"Your grandfather didn't want to talk with me so I just kneeled there and waited for him to see me."
"For three days? Then he talked to you after that?"
"He talked to me when I was already in the hospital."
"What?!"
Zeek hugged her. "I will do anything just to have you, my Shiz. I told you, I won't hold back anymore." He kissed her on her forehead.
She hugged him back. "What did Grandpapa tell you?"
"He finally gave up when he saw me in the hospital. He already gave me his blessing then as well as your parents."
"B-but why didn't you tell me about it before the wedding?"
"Your grandfather said he wanted to surprise you. So, he pretended to threaten you to agree on the wedding."
"S-so that was just an act?" She couldn't believe what she had heard.
"Yes, my Shiz." He planted a kiss on her forehead. "And you believe it. Your grandfather was a very good actor."
"Ah! He tricked me. You tricked me!"
He laughed. "You wouldn't imagine how patient I've been just to wait for our wedding day. I've missed you so much and I wanted to see you right after your grandfather gave his blessing to me. But I had to wait for his plan."
"What about Blake?"
"We gave each other a punch."
"Eh?!"
"I think we can be friends now."
"Really huh? How about Jasfer? Can you also be friends with him?"
He frowned a little. "How did he even become your friend?"
She laughed. "They were right! You were jealous of Jasfer!"
He groaned. "I just don't like him near you."
"Can I tell you a little secret?"
"What is it?"
She whispered something to his ear.
"He's what?!" he looked really surprised.
She kissed him. He hugged her as he kissed her back.
"I'm only yours, my Zeek!" she said between their kisses.
Zeek was not her second lead. He was the one and only leading man of her life.
