"Hi Maria!" bati ko.
"Good afternoon to you too, ma'am. Prince Marco has prepared breakfast for you."
"Okay Maria. Thank you!"
Inayos ko ang buhok ko into a decent half pony tail.
Inayos ko na rin ang damit ko. A lovely blue dress.
Hindi ako nauubusan ng damit dito, the dresses are fresh every week.
Totoo nga pala yung sinasabi nila na hindi pwedeng suotin ng royal ang damit nila twice.
I'm not royal, though. Pero baka soon to be, de joke. Haha
Lumabas na ako ng kwarto ko at dumeretcho na sa dining room.
"Ah good morning, amor mio!" bati ni Marco. "I have prepared breakfast for you."
"Thank you, love." kinissan ko siya sa pisngi.
Kaming dalawa lang naman ang nandito at wala naman kami sa public. So, okay lang naman siguro magpakita ng affection.
"This is so delicious!" ang sarap sarap ng luto niya.
" Thank you, ma'am." he bowed. "I really want to stay with you and wait for you to finish but I have been called for an emergency military drill at 9 am."
Tiningnan ko ang rilo ko. 8:45.
"awww, right now?"
"Sorry but yes, amor mio."
"It's okay, Marco. You got to do what you got to do." I smiled.
"I'll see you tonight." he kissed me on the forehead.
It's not easy dating a prince, he's always busy and barely has time for you. But, it's so rewarding to see him at the end of the day.
Nang matapos akong kumain. Dumeretcho nalang ako sa stables since wala naman akong gagawin.
"ISABELA!" Bati ko sa kabayo ni Marco.
She was so stunning. Kumuha ako ng suklay at sinuklayan ko ang buhok niya.
Sabi ni Marco, hindi raw usually nagpapahawak itong si Isabela. Ako lang at si Marco ang gusto niyang naggroom sakanya.
"Good girl, Isabela." hinahawakan ko siya.
"Hi Jen." I know that voice at takot akong tumalikod.
"Hello?" dagdag niya pa.
Lumingon ako at nawala ang mga ngiti ko. "Hi Tyler. Kumusta?" tumalikod ako ulit.
He was wearing a loose 3/4 polo and dark blue jeans. His hair was also messy.
"I'd be lying if I said I was okay. You?"
"Okay naman. Happy."
"Look, Jen, I haven't really got the chance to explain things to---"
"stop." hininto ko agad siya without looking at him.
"Hear me out. Kung ayaw mo na, ayaw mo na. I'll just explain what happened and all i'm asking from you is for you to forgive me and nothing more than that." his face was genuine.
Sumakay siya sa kabayo.
"Look, if you're still not convinced. Let's race nalang, if I win, you'll hear me out and if you win, let's not talk ever again."
"Game!" sagot ko.
* TYLER'S POINT OF VIEW *
"Game!" sagot niya.
We locked eyes and I saw hope.
She's so beautiful, she never changed.
Sumakay siya sa itim na kabayo.
"This is our starting line." Linead ko siya sa tapat ng barn. "whoever reaches the fences first, wins." tinuro ko naman ang nasa pinakadulong fence.
"Okay game!" Pinaandar niya agad ang kabayo and I was behind her.
Seeing the smile on her face keeps my worries away.
Halfway through the race, napatingin siya sa akin. "Ano, uno? Talo ka na?" she laughed.
Uno? She still calls me Uno?"
'"Thug!"
She fell from the horse!
I immediately stopped my horse and ran to her.
"Jen, are you okay?" i was so concerned.
She laughed hard as in halakak.
"Woooh, that was fun, haven't felt that way in a while." sabi niyang tumatawa pa rin.
I layed beside her.
"So, since ikaw nanalo cause i fell, i'll hear you out."
I smiled.
"finally! It went like this..."
*FLASH BACK*
Okay! Ready na ang lahat.
Food, check!
Roses, check!
Candles, check!
Everything's all set.
I wanted to ask her something special tonight.
I wore my coat and tie and proceeded to the telephone. All I have to do now is to call Jen.
I lift the phone up...
"Click."
Huh? Someone opened the door.
Binaba ko ang telepono.
"Ms. Claire? What are you doing here?" tanong ko sakanya.
"I'm sorry, sir Castillo, but I really need to do this."
"huh?" sagot kong nalilito.
She quickly walked to me and proceeded to take my suit off.
"What are you doing?" inalis ko ang mga kamay niya.
"Sir Castillo, please, kailangang kailangan ko talaga 'to."
She removed all of her clothes so quickly.
She looked at her watch and whispered "Paakyat na si Jen."
"What? What is going on?"
She kissed me in the neck.
"C'mon sir Castillo. Please."
"No."
She aggressively tried to rip my clothes off.
"No! Are you out of your mind?!" tumaas na ang boses ko.
She still did not stop.
I pushed her against a wall.
"Stop whatever your doing! I love Jen and i wouldn't do such thing!" sigaw ko sakanya.
I was losing my temper.
*someone opened the door*
"Tyler?"
"Claire?"
It was Jen and her tears were streaming down her face.
I freezed. I don't know what to say.. How is she gonna believe me?
"anong ginagawa niyo?" her hands were on her face wiping her tears away.
Claire was still kissing my neck, she didn't even bother to look at Jen.
"Jen... It's not what it looks like."

* JEN'S POINT OF VIEW *
"Hindi ko man lang akalain na ganun pala yung nangyari." napatingin ako sa sun.
We were laying peacefully in the grass. It's as if we were the only ones in the world.
Pero bakit? Bakit yun nagawa ni Claire?
"I judged you agad, Tyler." nalungkot ako.
"Don't be sad. Let's just leave it in the past. C'mon, let's return our horses and I'll take you somewhere."
He led me to the stables at pinasok ko na si Isabela sa kulungan niya.
Kinuha niya ang kamay ko at hinila ako papunta sa likod ng palace.
I was looking at our hands entwined together the whole time.
