We are the authors, after all
Sometimes with stories that enthrall.
With a quill and a pen,
We write again and again.
We are creating magic on paper.
Stories floating in the wind like vapor.
Becoming lost in the worlds of our imagination time and again.
It a miracle what we can create from within our den.
Creating characters with wishes greater than a sky scraper.
An adventure they set out on to become the achiever.
One day they will be our own famous archives,
We hope that moment sooner than later arrives.
Until then we patiently await our curtain call.
And on a paper we make our emotions fall.
Rewriting the movies ending of our lives,
Our reason for living always survives.
For we are the authors after all.
We will write our own endings,
our thoughts will never hit a wall.
