When I opened my locker a note fell to the floor.
"He's Mine bitch,back off."
I rolled my eyes,Iris.
"Millie Millie Millie Millie!"Sadie yelled as her Maddie and Grace approached my locker.
"What What What What?!"I asked.
"Are you feeling better?"Maddie asked as I nodded in response.
"Well do you wanna be a cheerleader?!"Sadie asked excited. "Today?"
"What?"I asked confused.
"Yeah they're picking new girls for the team today,I hope the captain is good,last year it was Annie LeBlanc,she told us we were to nerdy to do it."Grace said.
"Annie?"I asked.
"She moved to New York,so no worries."Maddie said.
"Well are you up?"Sadie asked.
"Sure."I said smiling.
"Great see you at the gym at 12!"Sadie yelled walking away.
"See you Mills."Grace and Maddie added also walking away.
The bell rang and I walked to Maths.

I sat in my sit in biology and waited for Mr.Heaton to arrive.
I took "The fault in our stars" out of my bag and started reading.
"Feeling better nerd?"Someone whispered behind me.
I turned around smiling.
"Morning to you too Finn."I said.
"Hey you wanna skip school after Biology?"He asked.
"Why?"I asked.
"I don't know."He sighed.
"Sorry Mr.Heartthrob Sadie and the girls wanna be cheerleaders,and I gotta be in the gym at 12,so..."I said.
"Mhm,you don't look like a cheerleader."He said looking me up and down.
"Finn!"I said trying to hit him on the shoulder but I couldn't because of his desk.
"What?!It's true!"He said.
I rolled my eyes and went back to my book.
"I'm on the football team,can't wait to see you in a mini skirt."He whispered in my ear.
My eyes widened and I turned around to find a smirk on his face.
"Finn you a-"I got cut by Mr.Heaton entering in the class.
I sighed and the class started.

"Okay Mills."Sadie said holding my arm and pulling me to the girl's locker room.
"The captain will arrive in half an hour so here,put this on",she handed me an outfit:

I did myself a messy high bun and when I walked out Maddie Grace and Sadie were already dressed.
"Okay Mills,we're gonna show you the moves."Maddie said smiling.
"Maddie teach her,you're probably the best dancer in the school."Grace said.
Maddie smiled and Sadie put a song on.
Maddie started dancing,and she did it pretty well,they taught me how to dance them and about 15 minutes later we all perfectly danced it in sync.
Suddenly a bunch of girls with the same clothes entered running.
"Okay,ready Mills?"Sadie whispered and I nodded.
We all stood up.
Then a lot of guys entered and sat down on the benches.
"Sadie you didn't tell me there was gonna be audience in here."I whispered.
"Relax,is just the football team."She said.
I looked to the "public" to find Finn sitting next to Caleb and staring at me,smirking.
I just smiled and looked at the two big doors,waiting for the captain.
Suddenly they opened,Iris Apatow,shit.
"Okay good morning ladies,ready?"She asked sitting on a chair with two other girls besides her.
She was smiling until our eyes found each other's.
"Mhm..."She said. "Okay let's start"
She stood up. "Follow my steps,I'll repeat them three times,the ones that don't dance them the right way are out."she yelled.
The music started playing and she started dancing.
They were really easy.
Once we all started dancing them without her help she started looking at us.
"You!"She pointed a girl. "Out!"
The girl ran away.
"You out!"
"You out!"
"Go away!"
She kept yelling at girls.
And then she walked right in front of me but I kept dancing.
"Millie Bobby Brown"She said smiling.
For my big surprise she walked back to her chair.
"Okay!"She yelled. "Now I'm gonna say 7 names,those are the ones who're leaving."
She was obviously gonna say my name.
"Hannah!Grace!Mackenzie!Cheryl!Courtney!Jessica and Rachel!"
What?!She didn't say my name?!
Wait,Grace.
I looked at Finn who had the exact surprised expression.
Grace just ran away.
"Okay now you six."She said looking at us. "I want groups of three,and you gotta dance a choreography right now!"
"Sink,Ziegler and Brown... "She said. "You go first!"
I looked at her with a dead glare.
"Nancy!Music!"She yelled.
One of the girls clicked on the radio cassette.
"five six seven and!"She yelled.
We started dancing.
And I gotta admit we did it really well.
When we finished everyone was clapping.
"Hmm.Ladies,where's the heat?Where's the sizzle?"Iris asked.
"What sizzle!"Maddie asked angry. "We did it fucking great!"
"Then show me what else can you do."Iris said looking at Maddie.
Maddie quickly started doing a completely different dance.
"Okay,Maddie welcome to the Hawkins Vixens,Sadie and Millie,better luck next time"She said.
"Wait what?!Why?!"I asked.
"I need girls with fire on my squad."Iris lied.
"I know what you need Iris,because I know who you are.You would rather people fear than like you.
You wear on your head like a crown?It won't last.There will be a reckoning,and maybe that reckoning is me.And Sadie has worked hard for this so you better take her."I said.
"You take one,you take us three."Maddie added.
"You wanted fire?Sorry Iris my specialty's ice."I said.
"Welcome to the team."The girl besides her said.
Iris looked at her surprised.
"You're not the only captain Iris."The girl said.
I smiled and we three hugged.

"Ahhh I'm so happy!"Sadie said as she zipped up my cheerleader top.
"I feel bad for Grace."Maddie said,she was already wearing the clothes.

When we all wore it we walked out to the halls.
When we entered in the cafeteria we saw Grace sitting in a table with Gaten and Noah.
"Hey..."I said as we sat down.
"Hi."She said sad.
"I'm sorry."Maddie said.
"It's okay,it's not your fault."She said.
"You sure?"I asked.
"Yeah,of course!"She said.
I nodded smiling.
"Millie Bobby Brown."Finn said sitting next to me.
"Finn Wolfhard."I said starting to eat.
"Fillie."Gaten said making everyone laugh.
"You girls were incredible"Caleb said. "You shut that fucking bitch's mouth"
I smiled.
"I would have loved to watch it but only the football team could go."Gaten said.
"I would have loved for you to come."Maddie said.
Okay what was that about.
Everyone stayed in silence not knowing what to say.
Suddenly I felt someone softly hit my leg.
I looked at Finn who was looking at me but he quickly looked away.
I hit him back and looked away.
He hit me again and I hit him again.
Then he hit me again and of course I hit back.
"Ah!Millie why are you kicking me?!"Noah asked.
I blushed in embarrassment as Fin started laughing.
"Sorry I was nervous."I lied. "All the cheerleader thing..."
He nodded suspiciously.
The bell rang and we all stood up and walked to our lockers.
I opened mine and started packing my bag.
"So I see Millie Bobby Brown is a cheerleader now."Someone said behind me.
I turned around smiling. "Lauren!"
We hugged tightly.
"I'm so happy for you Mills."She said smiling.
"Thanks!"
"You wanna like hang out or something,you know,Johnny is with my dad today."She said.
"Yeah sure."I said smiling.
"Okay see you later!"She yelled walking away.
"You really look hot in a mini skirt."Finn
suddenly said making me jump.
"Finn would you stop scaring me?!"I yelled laughing.
He was about to talk when Iris came.
"Millie."She said smiling.
"What do you want."I said.
"Relax,I just came to tell you that rehearsals are on Mondays,Wednesdays,Thursdays and if there's match also on Fridays."She said.
I slowly nodded.
"Wolfhard."She said turning to him.
He just looked at her emotionless.
"Can't wait to see you play."She added.
"Leave.Now"He said.
She smiled. "See you around I guess."
She walked away.
"Next time I see her I'm gonna-"I cut Finn off putting my hands on his cheeks.
"You are so cute."I said.
I grabbed my bag and walked away.
I fell really hard for him.
