Me: Wass good lil mama
CoCo : Auggie! Wyd
Me: At da studio wit my homie
CoCo : Im happy u txt me .... u did fall asleep on me last nite
Me: Well I can make it up to u ... dinner?
"Aug? Niggah?" I heard a voice call.
I looked up from my phone noticing Trey tryna get my attention.
"Damn niggah she must be special." He joked before handing me the notepad with lyrics on them.
"Haa niggah you got jokes?"
"Im just saying she must be."
CoCo was special. I didn't realize how much I missed her til we talked for the past month.
I wanted her back as my girl but I knew it would take some time.
"Uncle TRAAAAAAAY! TREY!! Two little kids ran past me into the studio aiming for Trey.
"What's up lil bits!?"
A tall lanky dude stood in the door with a Hello Kitty and Spider-Man book bag on his each of his shoulders.
"Med school got you on daddy patrol again?" Trey laughed dapping him up.
"Ahhh! Yea ah niggah just got back and she already got shit for me to do." He chuckled.
"Ayy this my niggah Aug." Trey said looking towards me. I stood up dapping him up.
"What's going on? Im Trey."
I laughed looking at the both of them. "These yo kids?"
"Sum like that. They my girl's babies." He replied.
"Damn dude! No disrespect but whea you find ha?"
"College! We been together ever since. Pro basketball and a nurse."
"Well y'all doing it big. Got yo own lil family."
His phone buzzed. "Yes baby I just dropped them off. Where we going for dinner?" He paused.
"Ooh ohkay well I hope y'all have fun." He forced the phone in his pocket.
"Imma holla' at y'all later." He said dapping us up.
My phone vibrated. I took it off the desk,
CoCo: Sure! I wld like that ♥.

After I texted Aug I felt bad because I cancelled with Trey and I lied to him but I couldn't tell him the truth.
I didn't even really tell him who Aug was.
***Flashback***
"Soo where's their dad?" He asked looking at AJ and Seppie from a distance.
"He's not around ... but it was my choice not to get him involved." I whispered.
"Why? He didn't want kids or sum?"
"He likes kids.. I-I just couldn't bring myself to tell him.
It sounds selfish but he was tryna make a name for himself and I didn't want to be the reason he didn't make it." I could feel the tears fall down my cheeks.
"Look I'm sorry." He hugged me kissing my lips, "I didn't know it was a sensitive subject."
"Its fine. I love my kids and I'm happy I have them, young or not."
"Well I'm here now and I'll always be here." He smiled winking at me.
***Flashback Over***
My phone vibrated breaking me out of my thoughts,
Auggie: See u 2nite lil mama . ;)
My heart skipped a beat.
I was excited for my date with August.
"No! This isn't a date! I have a boyfriend." I said loudly trying to convince myself.
"What have I gotten myself into."
