Mitch had finally started wading shorts, but I couldn't help but notice the burn that seemed to go all around his ankle.
"Jerome you ready to go?"
I was taking Mitch to an amusement park. I was planning on confessing there.
"Ya buddy!" I said opening the door.
'Mitch is so much more, I don't know. Alive and I love it!'
When we got to the amusement park Mitch started acting like a little kid, like he hasn't been happy before now.
"So what do you wanna do first buddy?"
Mitch turned and looked me straight in the eye, I looked him back directly in the eyes. His light chocolate brown eyes, the eyes I could melt in any day.
"Before we do anything I want to tell you the truth."
I nodded my head but my mind was screaming. 'What?! he's been keeping secrets?! from me?!'
"Me too." I emitted.
"Well," he sighed and looked down.

Mitch looked up at me not making eye contact.
"Mitch, I'm sorry I didn't know." I said pulling him into a hug.
"What did you want to say Jerome?"
I felt a blush come across my face.
I sighed. 'I might as well, now or never! Man up Jerome!'
"Mitch, I love you." I said pulling him
closer, I felt home shift and look up at me. "I love you more than anything in the world."
The last words came out like a whisper.
Mitch smiled and leaned in.
'Lean in Jerome! Nows your chance!'
I was frozen I couldn't move, just shocked that I said that.
'Jerome you fucking idiot move in!!'
I felt Mitch's lips on mine, then I was out of my trance. I kissed him back instantly.
(Soooo kawaii!!!!)
When we pulled away I looked around and noticed people were staring.
"Uh, Mitch wanna ride that roller coster?"
I pointed to the first thing I saw. Which was a pizza booth.
We ended up having a great time until I saw Ty running for us.
