it's been a couple weeks and everything been going good with me and august.
"baby should i wear this one or this one?" i asked him.
he looked back and forth at the red dress then the black one.
"i'm digging that one baby" he pointed at the black strapless dress.
while i was about to leave for dinner with my mom and darrell august was on his way to his video shoot.
i wasn't really feeling it, cause i didn't trust nicki but i trust august.
i put my dress on, it hugged my body. i straightened my hair. it was so healthy !
"aight ma, ima get ready to leave" he said putting on his all black glasses and turned his hat around to the back.
"i love you, be safe for me" i said as he pulled me into a hug then grabbing my lil booty.
"i love you too you be safe for ME" he chuckled then smacked my ass before leaving. HARD
"ow" i mumbled.
after about 15 minutes, i left out going to meet them at Corona's. i LOVE mexican food btw
i went inside already spotting them sitting down.
then once my mother saw me she immediately pulled me into a hug.
"hey ma." i said as i examined her, she looked all pretty.
"how you doing?" darrell said to me as he reached his hand out.
i grabbed it as we shook hands. "fine." i said back.
"where's my handsome?" she said referring to august
"he had a video shoot to attend." i told her, darrell just looked at me.
"i want you to know something." he said as i looked at him then raised a brow.
we got cut off my the waiter coming to see what we wanted to drink and if we wanted to order yet.
"what can i get you guys to drink?" she asked then looking at me
"a water will be fine" i said.
then she looked over at my mom. "y'all sell wine?" she asked.
my eyes got big, since when did mama start drinking?
"we ran out of it" she replied.
"well just give me a sweet tea" she told her.
"and a beer for me" darrell said.
oh. he must've got her drinking
"you guys ready to order?" she questioned we looked around at each other the nodded.
after ordering our food, we finished the conversation we had.
"what i was saying is that, i know you're out here thinking that i'm a bad person, i'm not. i've heard the story of what happened with your "father" and i wanna treat your mother so much better" he said as he held onto her hand.
"how would i know that you're not just filling her head up with words?" i said.
"baby. listen. he's not, that's why we brought you here to talk about this." mama said.
i blew my breath.
"you got one chance, you blow that it's me and you i promise you" i was serious bro.
my mama shook her head.
the lady brought our food to us.
"so how long has this been going on?" i asked the two.
"a good 2 months now, i've been keeping it away from you and malik." she said i nodded my head.
"how's you and august?" she questioned.
"good." i said smiling biting my chicken wrap.
"i wanna have grandkids" she said i busted out laughing
"soon maybe" i chuckled
"you laughing and i'm serious honey" she spoke.
"i know" i said
we all finished eating and i paid and left our waitress a $20 tip.
"i love you mama, bye darrell" i said as we went our separate ways.
"i love you too" she said, they both waved
i made my way towards the place where august was doing his video shoot.
i just wanted to surprise him.
i got greeted by a man in the building.
"may i help you?" he said.
"i'm here to see august my boyfriend" i said to him.
he pointed to a door, i headed straight back there . I heard the music playing so i quietly opened the door seeing nicki on the couch and him on the floor as she played in his hair.
i was getting upset but it's what he does so i gotta deal with it.
i watched as she wrapped her arms around him and did the last part of the song.
i just rolled my eyes. i hate that bitch.
"and you're all done" the man said as he stopped recording. everyone started to clap their hands telling them they did good.
i saw nicki look at me then smirk, mumbling something to august.
he then looked over at me.
"what you doing here baby? lookin all sexy & shit" he came up to me then pulling me close
"i don't know, i just thought i would surprise you" i chuckled
"you something else" he laughed then kissed my cheek
"woaaaah" i heard someone say. i glanced around the room and saw it was a lady looking at me.
she walked over my way.
"girl you sexy" she said looking at my body
"thank you" i said.
"where'd you get that dress?" she asked me still staring at it
"i bought it from this store called rainbow" i told her.
she handed me a card, "call me, i want you to be in my photo shoots" she said then my eyes got big.
"wow, okay." i said grabbin the card
"& yes you get paid for it" she stated then she walked back over to the other side of the room.
i didn't see august anywhere, or that bitch nicki. i walked outside and saw him sitting in the car smoking.
his eyes were so damn low smh
"august you can't drive high now." i said
"i got it baby" he said taking another pull
"aug im serious." i looked at him about to throw that shit !
"ima be aight jus follow me"
i walked to my car and drove following august home.
"how i do?" he got out the car.
"you were swerving honey" i chuckled.
he gave me a stank look then
i threw my hands up in surrender
"bae what we eating tonight?" i asked.
"ion know, you wanna go out to bonefish?" he asked me, i loved thattttt
"duh"
i was ready for tomorrow so i could go to this shoot.
august went upstairs and took a nap. i was just wiping down the counters and dusting and stuff.
i watched a lil bit of tv and i heard the door bell ring.
i looked out the thick blind seeing a girl standing there. this girl AGAIN?
i opened the door, she was crying. that same girl that came saying she was pregnant by august.
"can i see august please?" she cried
"listen lady don't be coming over here saying you pregnant, cause you're not" i told her. she cried harder.
"august's not here" i lied
she smacked her lips.
"why his car here? im not fucking dumb" she said.
it took me so much not to smack this girl across her damn face.
"anything you tell august, you can tell me" i spoke.
she rolled her eyes and just left out of the driveway.
i closed the door and went upstairs seeing august was sitting up.
"who was that?" he asked
"ya babymama." I rolled my eyes
He blew his breath and then walked in the bathroom. I heard the shower cut on
he left his phone on the counter and it continued going off
it was 6 missed calls & messages from tya
i seen one message said "i need you"
i didn't touch his phone, i waited till about 10 minutes passed, august was still in the bathroom and his phone continued to go off
i picked it up to & typed in his passcode, i went to their messages but then i heard the door knob twisting so i locked it and i jumped my ass on the bed .
"your phone been going crazy" i said not looking at him
he threw his dirty clothes in the hamper and unhooked his phone off the charger.
he blew his breath then looked over at me shaking his head.
"why you been going through my phone?" he asked.
"because there is no reason why a female should be blowing up your phone like that august" i looked straight ahead
"you always fuckin' touchin my shit...damn" he stated
"name one time that i touched anything of yours?" i started to get upset.
he just grabbed his phone, charger & keys and left.
it was already getting late & i was suppose to being going to eat with august.
i got dressed in a long black sundress and my flip flops, i put my hair in a neat ponytail and put on my bracelets.
i just waited until august got home but he never showed back up..
i texted & called his phone but i never got a reply or call back.
i couldn't even sleep without him, i missed being in his arms.
he came in about 1:30am making so much noise, i walked downstairs seeing him almost falling.
"baby" he said slurring his words.
he had some type of liquor in his hand
"are you drunk august?" i looked at him, he couldn't even stand up straight.
im surprised he got home safe
he just went upstairs stomping, making a whole lot of noise then throwing himself on the bed.
i was mad because we made plans and he didn't do as he said.
he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close, i could smell the alcohol on his breath.

i woke up to a snoring august.
"damn august shut up!!!" i kicked him.
he moved a little bit then turned the other way
today i was going to my first photoshoot.
i showered did my hygiene and just put on my ripped light pants, my blue strapless crop top and my jack rogers.
"bye baby" i kissed august.
he was sleeping heavy as hell !
i walked out and drove to my location. i walked in the place seeing so many girls there.
the lady i met last night was there and she saw me then suddenly walked over.
"hey gorgeous" she hugged me then she walked me to the big ass room where it was clothes to choose from and makeup.
"so i didn't get your name" she said.
"queen" i smiled.
"you are a queen !!! are you related to august or something?" she asked.
"no, that's my boyfriend" i chuckled.
she nodded.
"your name?" i asked her
"erica" she stated playing with my hair.
"well my artists here jada is gonna get you ready for the shoot" she explained then she got started on my face, did my hair and picked out my outfit.
"that is bomb" i said looking at myself smiling hard as shit
"you're bomb" jada said.
"now you know we have men modeling for like clothes like tommy Hilfiger & everything, their not gay, they're so sexy" she said i looked at her and chuckled.
i nodded my head.
i walked out of the room seeing men on one side the the ladies on the other.
after my pictures were finished, erica wanted me to coming in for modeling but shit i dunno. i get paid for it though 🤷🏽♀️
"bad lil mama" this tall figure, pretty teeth, big beard with a due rag on said to me
i chuckled. "thanks" i dryly said.
i can't be doing this.
"name?" he questioned.
"queen" i said.
he looked at me like forreal??!
"that's your real name shorty?" he asked.
I nodded, "well my name Clarence" he said as i shook his hand.
"nice to meet you, i gotta go" i said walking back into my room.
i checked my phone seeing i had hella missed calls from august 🤦🏽♀️
i texted him letting him know i was at a photoshoot.
