On the morning of our one year anniversary, I wake up, and Cole is still asleep. I straddle his body.
"Best way to wake me up," he murmurs and pulls me into his chest.
The night we melted together was magical, something I had never experienced before. There was no better person to experience it with. I loved him, and he loved me.
He took me to the cafe, and we sipped our coffee. He handed me a velvet box. I opened it, and saw a beautiful necklace with a coffee mug pendant. "This is beautiful," I whispered. Tears stung my eyes.
"You're more beautiful." And then he got on one knee.
"Brianna Hough, my perfect coffee lover, will you marry me?" He asked, looking at me with love, lust and adoration mixed together.
"Do I love coffee?" I asked him, tears running down my cheeks.
He grabbed me and pressed me against him, and slipped the ring on my finger. The whole cafe applauded, and Enrique stood by with a wide grin on his face.
