Namjoon POV
BEEP!!!! My alarm went off at 5 am as always and I had exactly 1 hour to get up and get ready, but all I could think about was Kayla. My eyes shot wide open and I was out of bed before 5:05 which was a new record for me, it took me at least 15 minutes to get out of bed.Usually, I am one of the last to get up and get ready but today I was up and ready before everyone else in the dorm. I went to the bathroom, showered and did my hair I then went to my closet and looked for an hour outfit I chose a casual and comfortable outfit as I had dance practice after lunch and I didn't want Kayla to see me wearing sweatpants and a hoodie.
After getting ready I went to the kitchen where I found Jin and Hoseok hyung eating breakfast. I sat down and started to eat, we didn't really say much as we were all half asleep. The others came in to eat. After finishing eating and get ready we all left the dorm and went downstairs to the garage were our van picked us up and we went to work.
When we arrived at work we met with our manager and found out our schedules for the day. First a photo shoot, then we had to record the final parts of our new album. After we have a lunch break, then for the rest of the day we have dance practice, but I was most excited for lunch as I got to see Kayla after we finished the morning half of our day I ran up to the roof. I looked at my watch 1 o'clock I had 15 minutes before Kayla came, I laid out a blanket I got from the props cupboard and set out the lunch boxes that we get for lunch. I would have cooked but I didn't want to poison her. I made sure that we were out of sight from cameras and staff who go up to the roof to smoke. I knew the perfect place on the left side of the roof there is a row of lockers blocking the end but one of the backs of the lockers has fallen off so if you open it you can walk through like a doorway. It was perfect, away from the smoking area, wondering staff and hidden away from paparazzi, it also had an amazing view and was comfortable. I looked at the time 1:13 I had 2 minutes I spent that time talking to myself trying to figure out the perfect way to great her.
Kayla POV
I looked at my phone 1:00 I had 15 minutes before I went to see Namjoon, I was so excited to see what he had planned. When I finished my work I walked to the elevator and waited. Whilst waiting I got a text from Namjoon telling me where he was on the roof. Before getting in the elevator there was an announcement: "Can Miss Marks please go to see the CEO in his office at 2:30 this afternoon please, that's Miss Marks to the CEO's office at 2:30 Thank You". The room went silent. I felt bad for the person who was sent to see the CEO people were only sent there for one reason they are getting fired.
When the elevator I stepped inside and the doors closed, and that was when it hit me, I'm Miss Marks. I froze, and at that moment one thought went through my mind' I'm going to get fired and sent back to England. At that moment I got a text from Mi-Ah she was freaking out.
Bestie ❤️: OMG!!!!!! YOUR GETTING FIRED TODAY
Me: Wow thanks for the reassurance that he just wants to thank me for my amazing work or that I'm being promoted
Bestie ❤️: Why would you go to the CEO for that our boss would do that, YOUR OBVIOUSLY GETTING FIRED!!!!!!!!
Me: OMG, IM GETTING FIRED TODAY 😭😭
The elevator doors opened, I put my phone away, and stepped out to the roof. I followed Namjoon's instructions and went to the left end of the roof and opened the second locker on the right and walked through.
There on the floor was a picnic blanket with 2 lunchboxes, with a pair of chopsticks and a spoon next to them. It was so cute, I looked up to see Namjoon looking over the edge I quietly tiptoed over and stood next to Namjoon and asked him what he was looking at. He jumped a little but tried to play it off that he meant to.
"Did I scare you?" I asked
"NO! I...uh...just wanted to make it look like...um...you did" he then smiled
"You keep thinking that" I patted him on the back and walked over to the picnic. I don't think he realised I could see him when he hit himself in the head and mumbled something to himself. His cuteness was unbearable I just wanted to get up and give him a big hug, but I resisted.
"You...um...look really pretty" he said with a cute smile
"Thanks, you don't look too bad yourself" I smiled back. I was wearing a white shirt with a baby pink dress on top and matching pink heels and bag.
"And by the way how did you find this place?"
"Well the locker that is broken was mine when I was a trainee and I somehow managed to tip them over and break the back off mine," he said with a smile "One thing you should know about me is that I'm really clumsy"
"Well if you managed to do that I would say clumsy is an understatement, but your 'clumsiness' has lead to a great location for a secret picnic"
"Well we should eat, we don't have a lot of time before we have to go back to work" he then picked up my chopsticks and handed them to me with a smile. He was so cute, I couldn't resist but to just smile at him but it got a bit creepy when I had been doing it for a minute without moving. He then gestured to the food making me come back to reality.
We started to eat and it was going well until Namjoon got a text, he said that there was a change in his schedule and he had to leave. Although I was a bit mad that he cut our date short, I accepted that this would happen a lot if I continued to see him.

I looked at my watch I had 15 minutes I'm before I had to go see the CEO so before I got fired I wanted to go see Mi-Ah; she always knew how to cheer me up. I knocked on her door and walked in with a pout on my face and sat in one of the chairs opposite her desk, I then forcefully banged my head on her desk.
"I already know I'm getting fired today, which also means I will lose my visa. I'll have to find a new job to sponsor me so I can stay here" I moaned, whilst banging my head multiple times on her desk.
"UGH, you'll be fine if you do get fired, which you want who cares it's not like there is anything here, it would be for the best"she said, but what she didn't know was that was Namjoon was here and we just met and I really wanted to get to know him better.
After another 5 minutes of me moaning, I finally accepted that I was going to get fired, leave Korea and never see Namjoon again. I walked out of Mi-ah's office and to the elevator, whilst waiting I got a text from Namjoon
Namjoon: hey sorry for cutting our date short let me make it up to you, dinner???
I smiled, I don't know how but just that one text made me forget about everything all I could do was think about his perfect eyes, smile, body and especially his dimples. When I snapped out my daydream I walked into the elevator and at that second I got the second text...
Namjoon: Oh and by the way good luck in your meeting with the CEO 😹 Fighting ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼
WHYYYYY, it was going so well our relationship is over, he knows I'm getting fired he thinks I'm an idiot I'm going to be sent back to England and... wait what am I doing he wasn't insulting me he was wishing me good luck. "What is wrong with you" I whispered under my breath while at hitting my self in the head. I replied and walked out the elevator.
Me: Thanks, ha, and I am free tonight just text me the time and address and I'll be there 😊
Namjoon: Soz meant to send this emoji 👍🏼
I walked up to the receptionist "Hello, I'm Miss Marks I have an appointment with the CEO for 2:30" I said with a smile desperately trying to hide how scared I was right now, but I think I just looked creepy judging by the look the receptionist gave me when she got up to take me to see the CEO. She opened the door and gestured to a chair in front of the CEO's desk. I walked in introduced myself and sat down.
"So Miss Marks I have brought here because..."

Sorry, it has taken me so long to update I wrote this chapter like 100000 times and I can't believe this was the best one. I'll try to update quicker, thanks for the votes and likes I really appreciate it.
