We lay on the couch watching tv, my head on his shoulder and his head on mine
"Sorry we aren't doing anything fun right now. I couldn't think of a place to take you"
"This is perfect. I could lay here forever"
I look up at him. "How is everyone?" "The same as yesterday. Boring"
"Am I gonna see any of them? Are they gonna visit?"
He looks into my eyes "do they even know you're here?"
He sighs and shakes him head. "No. I want you all to myself and I don't care if that sounds selfish because I do". "As my boyfriend who loves me you should"

He smiles "Actually something did happen with Olivia this morning"
He got up and reached in this pocket. He handed me a piece of paper. "Olivia says it's the spell she used to try to save the twins but she can't translate it"
"It's Bulgarian"
"You can read it?" "Yeah. I'm pretty sure"
My dad taught me Bulgarian as we trained. He wanted me to remember where I came from
"The spell basically says it hides something in the nearest and safest place" I give him the paper
Brie's POV
Olivia, James and I all walk to the wedding hall where it all happened. She pulls out her map and pokes James palm with a knife
The blood drops on the page and she begins the spell
This place felt creepy enough as is it, being as no one still had come to clean up. But now that there's candles, blood and a witch saying really creepy things, making it worse by 100
I only came because they said we would get food after
As she repeated the spell, James blood got closer to me. Closer. Closer. Closer until the map set on fire
"What the hell was that?" I say. "Are you sure you did it right?" James asked "because if it didn't work you can tell me"
"Yeah I did it right" Olivia stares at me "why are you staring at me?"
"Because the spell said the babies would go somewhere safe nearby. Somewhere that can't be destroyed"
I look at her still confused
"Brie, I think I put the babies inside of you"
I start to frantically paced around in a circle with my hands on my head
"Oh my god. Oh my god" "Brie it's fine just calm down"
"Calm down? You basically Jane The Virgined me! Now I'm gonna be pregnant with weird little wolf twins"
"Technically, you're already pregnant"
"Agh. Do you know how much planning I put into having kids. When I'm married and when I'm ready. Now I have to rethink everything. How is this possible anyways? I thought vampires can't procreate"
She crossed her arms "just because you're a vampire doesn't mean you don't have a uterus"
"I can't do this" James stands in front of me "Brie listen. I know this is nothing what you were expecting to happen. Nothing I was expecting. But please. You're strong. Independent. I know you can do this. Please do it for me"

We make it back to the house and Grayson was sitting on the couch waiting for us
As we walk in the door he immediately stands
"What happened?" He asks
"I'm having baby wolf twins" I tried to sound enthusiastic but a monotone voice slipped out
He looks at me confused then at Olivia "the spell put Jenny and James' babies in Brie"
He just stands there in total shock
"Oh. O-ok. How are you feeling?" He stutters. "Normal. I guess. I'm just terrified"
"You won't do this alone" he says. "James, Olivia and I will be there. Hopefully Ethan will be too"
"Hopefully I will what?" Ethan walks in
"Help support Brie. The babies are inside of her" Grayson explains. Ethan nods and pretends not to care
"I'll be back" Olivia says. "Where are you going?" I ask. "I'm gonna go met up with some guy who knows the where a bouts of some thing that might tell me how to take down Melissa"
"You're going after Melissa? May I remind you what happened the first time..." Ethan says "it's a suicide mission going back"
"I got this" she grabs her stuff and walks out
"She's delusional" "shut up Ethan"
Olivia's POV
I look out my car window and see a path that leads to an old house
I open the door and check my phone again
I'm at the right place
"Why are you here?" I ask. I turn around to see Ethan leaning on my car. He shrugs "someone has to bail you out when you fail"
"Then why don't you just let me die. Because Isabella would kill you?"
He pushes off my car and walks towards the house
"I don't need a bodyguard" I say. "Of course you don't" He continues last to walk along side of me
"Yeah I don't. You wouldn't know how powerful I am" "I don't need to"
"Seriously if you could not be sarcastic for like two seconds-" "shut up" he stops walking "why? Because you're annoyed? Well then you shouldn't have came in the first place"
All of a sudden an arrow comes shooting towards us, Ethan catches it
The door to the house opens "get out"
"We need your help" I say. The Lady moves out of the doorway allowing me to enter. Ethan starts to walk in to until she stops him "vampires aren't allowed"
Ethan glares at her then me before sitting on a steps
"I'm here beca-" "I know why you're here" she cuts me off
She walks into a room
It was dark and quiet
I was hesitant to walk in but I did it anyway
"They've been alive a long time" she starts "if you think taking them on along is gonna be easy..." "I know. I won't be"
She grabs a bottle with some sort of liquid in it and does a spell on it
She hands it to me "she needs to ingest it. Once she does her insides will be burned away until she is nothing but ashes"
I take it. I doubted her for a second then thought...

Brie's POV
I went to get a pregnancy test just to be sure
I was terrified so Grayson offered to come with me
While we were at the register the lady ringing us up side eyed us the whole time
As we walked out of the store we heard the woman say "kids these day" and laughed
We got to the car and Grayson said "you want something from the gas station?"
I shook my head and he went off
"Long time no see"
I turn around to see Michael
"I didn't get an invite to the wedding so I assumed it got lost in the mail" "your sister sure got the message didn't she?"
"Look it wasn't my idea if that's what you're thinking. She does what she wants and I can't stop her"
I chuckled "you know I actually started to like you. But then, you being you, ruined it"
I start to walk away but he grabs my arm. I push him away causing him to lightly lose his balance. "Look it wasn't my fault"
I start to get annoyed and felt my voice raise in volume. "It doesn't matter. She killed an innocent girl who had just gotten married" "don't act like you haven't done worse"
"I haven't. I'm sorry let me reintroduce myself. Hi. I'm Brie. I'm a good vampire who doesn't go around innocent killing people"
He started to walk closer to me until Grayson steps in front of me
"You her bodyguard now?" "Yeah I am"
Grayson stands there, intimidating him "don't make a scene"
Michael looked at me then him then walked away
Grayson turned to me "You ok?"
"Yeah. I'm fine"
