Chapter 11
Me and Elliot continued the research and we did alot and i actually think that Elliot felt alot more comfortable now he knew what was wrong and what to expect from everything.
"are you going to tell Leon?"
i looked at him from putting the last of our books away on the shelf
"tell him what?"
"about you... coming over mine?"
i thought for a moment before shaking my head
"no... i'll tell him i have an extra class, i always used to have them"
he nodded and i saw his shoulders relax, im guessing he was nervous about what Leon would do if he knew and Elliot wasnt in the right state of mind to fight anyone right now.
I smiled at him and we walked out of the library, before we left he turned to the librarians.
"bye"
they looked up at him confused, but they smiled and waved
"bye"
he smiled and turned back to me, i stared at him with wide eyes and an open mouth, he laughed and walked over to me shutting it.
"daydreaming there brooky?"
i quickly shook myself before shoving him slightly and smiling, he laughed again and looped his arm loosely around my shoulder before guiding me along outside
"c'mon, lets get to my broom broom"
i laughed and leant into him as we walked along
"your broom broom?"
he nodded and pulled me closer as we jokily walked along the playground to where the sixth form cars were parked, i saw Elliots car and he reached into his pocket, pulled out his keys and unlocked it before opening my door for me.
We climbed in and after buckling ourselves up he sped off, i smiled to myself and relaxed in the chair,looking out of the window i saw everything go past us as well as us going past everything.
We drove in silence except the odd joke and small talk we made, it was strange to think i was enjoying my time with him, i really liked this side of him, not the big tough guy, the guy that was relaxed and didnt seem to care that i was doing better than him.
"oi brooky" he snapped his fingers in front of my face and i was brought back to reality, not that there was a better dream anyway.
"oh sorry, i sorta blanked out there"
he nodded and smiled, i really was daydreaming, he was standing on my side with the door open waiting for me to get out. I slid out smiling at him, he smiled back and directed me towards his front door.
We went inside and he showed into my his living room, his mum was sitting on the sofa flicking through the channels, she instantly smiled and turned it off when she saw us, she got up and came over to me and enveloped me in a hug before pulling away
"well im shawna, Elliot's mum, ive heard so much about you"
i gave elliot a look and he looked down slightly embarressed, i smiled slightly and Shawna directed me to the sofa and began chatting to me about many different things, most elliot, which made it even more awkward, she treated me like i was dating him.
I saw Elliot leave but come back a few minutes later with 2 glasses of coke, he handed me one and sat on an armchair opposite the sofa, we gave him a quick glance and he smiled warmly before i turned back to his mum, who turned to elliot
"well Elliot, shes perfect, so much better than that Vicki girl, wow i didnt like her"
i was about to protest and say i wasnt dating him but he stood up and offered me his free hand
"yeah ok mum, we're going upstairs now"
she winked at him and then stood up
"be nice, i like this girl" she said seriously, pointing her finger at him, he nodded slowly and i accepted his hand, he pulled me up and we began to walk out only to hear his mum shout out
"Elliot Zachary Ryans you behave mister!"
i tried to hold in a laugh and he glared at me before poking his tongue out and pulling me upstairs to his room, when we got in there i noticed it was extremely tidy, i turned to face him and saw that he was opening his blinds to reveal a massive window, he began unlocking it and opened the window/door, i saw it led out onto the roof and he turned to me smiling, i smiled back.
"did you tidy your room for me?"
he paused, looking down at the floor for a few moments before looking back up at me
"fancy going on the roof? dont worry its completly safe and besides i'll protect you"
i smiled and walked forward, outside there was the roof from the room below, there was a blanket folded up and a radio, i smiled at him as he stepped out backwards before getting down on one knee and offering me his hand,
I laughed and took it and he helped me out, he let go off my hand to move the blanket and put the radio on, Lawson - When She Was Mine was playing and he smiled at me before turning all straight and offering me his hand again
"care to dance mi'lady?"
i laughed before nodding and placing my hand in his, he twirled me into him and we began softly swaying to the music, he spun me around every now and again and even gave me a few dips, during the whole dance we chatted randomly and i always laughed when he gave me a suprise dip and pulled me back up quickly.
During the random dance i felt his stare hold onto me, i looked up at him and our eyes locked together, his dark brown eyes swallowing me whole, Nothing Even Matters by Big Time Rush came on and the first line smacked into our situation perfectly
Because the world stops when i put my arms around you.
I smiled and Elliot smiled back, i felt our hands let go only so he could wrap it around my waist and i brought mine up to his neck so both his hands were on my waist and both mine were on his neck.
"you have beautiful eyes"
i smiled and felt my cheeks go redder as i looked away but had to look back, those eyes were so hypnotising. I felt him move closer and saw that he was slowly leaning in, i smiled inside before slowly leaning up to him, his eyes closed and mine followed shortly.
I could feel his breath on my lips and i could have actually died right there, just as they were about to collide i felt a vibration in my pocket, Elliot obviously felt it to considering our bodies were pressed against each other.
I stepped back and he reluctantly let me go, i gave him a sorry look but he looked away, i sighed and pulled out my phone to see who was calling me, Leon.
I sighed again before answering it
Ellie - "hello?"
Leon - "where are you? i waited for ages and you never arrived, Lexi hadnt seen you either, Ellie where the hell are you?"
i sighed
Ellie - "relax Le, im fine, i had an extra class and then dad picked me up"
he was silent and i heard him sigh deeply before speaking to me again
Leon - "dont lie Ellie"
damn this boy
Ellie - "im not"
Leon - "yes you are... and do you know how i know that you are?"
Ellie - "how?"
Leon - "because me and Lexi are at yours right now and your dad says he hasnt seen you since you didnt let him in yesterday"
crap.
Ellie - "um.."
Leon - "your not with Elliot are you?"
even more crap.
Ellie - "err.."
Leon - "oh ellie! what the hell is wrong with yo-"
i cut him off mid-sentence by hanging up, i knew he would go off on one knowing that i was with Elliot and i really didnt want to hear it, i was happy spending time with Elliot and thats all that mattered, i turned back to him, he had placed the blanket out on the roof and was lying down flat on his back, his eyes were closed and he rubbed them before opening them and looking at me
"Leon aint happy is he?"
i shook my head slowly before sitting down next to him, he sat up and looked at me, i felt my phone go off again and i saw that the caller ID said Leon, i sighed and chucked my phone behind me into Elliots room, i couldnt be bothered to listen to his moaning about controlling my life at the moment.
Elliot smiled at me before looking down and away
"you can go if you want? i'll give you a lift and take anything he throws at me"
i shook my head and grabbed onto his arm
"no! im not going to let that happen, i'm not leaving you yet and i wont let him hurt you"
he looked up at me before smiling weakly
"i thought the guy usually said that to the girl?"
i smiled lightly back at him and nodded
"yeah but this is different, you can say it if you want?"
he nodded and moved over closer to me slightly. I looked out at the sunset, you could see it perfectly from where we were sitting and the view was absolutely mind-blowing. I felt Elliots breath on my ear
"i'll never let anything bad happen to you, whether its from Leon, Lexi, Vicki or anyone else, i promise you that i wont ever leave your side whenever your in a fight, although i wont be by your side... i'll be standing in front of you protecting you from whatever bad comes and anything that wants my brooky has to go through me first and i really dont recommend that" he whispered every single word into my ear and i felt myself melt as he did.
I smiled to myself and i felt him lie back down, i began thinking over everything he said.. he called me... he called me his brooky. I turned around to look at him
"Elliot.."
his eyes were closed but he spoke to me
"yeah?"
i felt myself lie down and i moved around so i was on my side, Elliot opened his eyes and turned on his side, facing me
"why did you call me your brooky?"
he smiled weakly
"because you are, im the only one that calls you it"
"yeah but you basically called me yours"
he shook his head
"only my brooky, sorta like saying i own the nickname and no-one else can call you it"
i nodded slowly and sighed
"can i ask you something else?"
he nodded slowly
"why... why didnt you tell your mum we werent dating when she assumed we were?"
he paused and looked down before back up at me
"because i saw how happy she was to think we were and how happy she was talking to you and i havent seen her this happy in ages and i couldnt let her down, not now"
i smiled and nodded before closing my eyes and snuggling deeper into my arm i was leaning on as a make-shift pillow.
I felt him shuffle around before i felt a gentle hand on my waist, i smiled and opened my eyes, elliot was closer and we were practically touching.
He saw me open my eyes and quickly removed his hand and shuffled back
"sorry.. i, um.. nevermind"
he closed his eyes tightly and i chuckled to myself before reaching behind me and turning off the radio before moving closer to him and lifting his arm around my waist, i saw him smile and pull me closer, i snuggled my head into his neck.
I felt him breathing right next to me and it almost felt like our bodies were locked together, our legs slowly became entangled and as the sun finally disappeared and the moon came out we both fell asleep, lying in each others arms, knowing that no-one(besides his mum) wanted us together yet we were still risking everything just to stay close. Talk about modern day Romeo and Juliet.

AAAWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! i actually think this chapter is the cutest ive ever wrote and thats saying something... are people still TeamLeon or have their hearts changed to Elliot Zachary Ryans? ;D i know mine has <3 let me know what you think and which boy you prefer <3 Cazza xxx
