"Lisa" I spoke quietly
"Lisa? You mean the girl you just met?" She stated
"Yes, I went to grab some clothes and I called her to see if she wanted to hang out," I remarked
"But shopping is our thing," She said putting a hand on her hip
"This trip was supposed to be our thing now if you'll excuse me I have a dinner date," I said grabbing the bag that held Ms. Canes items
I paused and looked over my shoulder
"Thank you for the help but, I would like some time alone"
It was silent and I heard footsteps moving farther away and the door open and close. Here we go again...Man, I need to keep my cool. I put on my black dress with a yellow belt and yellow heels that I bought. I straighten my hair and put on black soft eyeshadow and nude lipstick.
Ms.Cathy wore the shirt I bought her for dinner with me. We went to Clos Maggiore. I had called earlier when Lisa was trying on a dress and made a renovation for 2. I walked to the desk where a waiter was.
"Hello, Name?" She asked
" Yes, Table for 2 for Mason," I said
"Oh yes, Please follow me" She smiled
We followed her to the table in the middle. This place was magical. The white flowers and the white silk tablecloths. It was breathing taking. Before I leave I need a photo. I helped Cathy sit and I walked over to my sit.
"Hello I am Nickey and I will be your helper. Can I start you with a glass of red wine?" She asked
"2 please," Cathy said
The waitress nodded and walked away
"Cathy you can't have that" I whispered raising an eyebrow
"Darling you can't take me somewhere fancy and not accept me not to have a drink" She chuckled
"One glass" I stated
"Fine," She said
Nickey came and place our wine down. She took our orders and back into the kitchen she went.
"Did you know the Prince came here once?" Cathy said
"Oh really?" I smirked
"Yes, In fact, he sat right there," She said pointing to the table by the fireplace
I figured she saw it in a paper or something.
"Oh, well that is cool" I smiled
"I was over there" She smiled
"Wait for you where in the same place as the Prince?" I chuckled
"Yes, he was with his mother, The Queen" Cathy smiled
"Well ain't that amazing" I chuckled
"It was...Maybe you could marry the Prince. He's single" She smirked
"I am not fit for royalty" I laughed softly
"Why not?" She asked
"Really? Look at me! I am not that ladylike and there are far more beautiful girls at there for him" I chuckled
"It might just surprise you what he may like," She said
"And how would you know?" I asked
"I know because I have this feeling," She said looking down
"You Can't Go By A Feeling!" I laughed
"Yes, you can! I've felt it before and it happened" She said looking at me shocked
"Really?" I said starting to calm down from laughing
"Like when I fell. I knew someone with a kind heart would be coming to help me...and what happened? I am now living with her and eating at Clos Maggiore with her" She smiled
I blushed and grabbed her hand
"Thank you for everything" I smiled
"I should be the one Thanking you" She smiled back
"No really, I'm happy I went in there because I wouldn't have met you," I said then slowly added "Like I told you, I lost my mother and father young not only that my best friend... my brother"
"Well Thank you for being my daughter" She smiled then added "After my husband died my family fell apart. As did I...I didn't think I would get my family back, Then you step into my life and change it"
"Aww" I teared up
We talked and our waitress brought our food later. We ate and chatted.
"Excuse me everyone" Someone yelled
People mumbled and whispered
"Hello, I am the manager and I need you guys to clear out...The Queen is on her way. She offered to pay for all your meals...You guys need to leave right away" He said loudly so everyone could hear
People got up fastly and made their way out. I guess they didn't wanna mess with the Queen's request.
"Oh..." I said getting up
"See told you...We should introduce you to him" She stated
"Cathy, he is going to have guards," I said
She looked around. Nobody was here, they cleared out fast...She looked back and winked at me
"Wha-" She cut me off
"MY HEART" She yelled going to the ground
She was lying I could see it in her eyes...
"Uh...um...SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP MY MOTHER" I yelled playing along
The manager and staff ran over, as they came over I heard yelling not mean but, love yelling. I looked up and saw guards walking towards me.
"You need to leave now," He said grabbing my arm
"Let go of me!" I yelled feeling sharp pain up my arm
"You need to lea-" I cut him off
"My mother is having heart problems. I am not going an where!" I said grabbing my arm back
"Ma'ma now" He picked me up and over his shoulder
"Let go of me!!!" I yelled hitting his back
"Let her go" Cathy got up and started walking over
Wow smooth...The guy didn't care. He brought me outside.
Zachary's POV
"Son come, we have much to talk about...How about dinner at Clos Maggiore?" My mother asked
"I don't feel like going mother" I replied
"We leave in 2 minutes," She said walking out
Why do I even bother...She always has her mind made up. We got in the limo and drove over. My mother had her security call and clear the place out. She offered to pay for everyone to get them out faster. My mother didn't speak to me on the way there...It was silent. As we pulled up our guards went inside to clear the outside. There were girls around. My guard went inside to clear it out. He didn't come back so I knew something was wrong. I started to step out.
"Get back in the Limo!" My mother shouted
"I need to go check it ou-" I was cut off
"OMGOSH THE PRINCE" Girl yelled
"MARRY ME" Girl 2 yelled
"Royal HIGHNESS"Girl yelled
"Get back in here before those girls get you" My mother yelled angrily
"No, I need to go check things ou-"
"LET ME GO" A women yelled
"LET MY DAUGHTER GO"An old voice yelled
"NO, You need to leave" My guard yelled
"She was having a heart issue" The first women yelled
I know that voice...I turned around...
