My family believes this may be my last year seeing my grandma
I have so much respect for my grandma. She risked everything for her family to move to America so they could have a better life. She worked so hard while her husband was dying to support 7 children.
What I think hurts the most is that I can't talk to her because of the language barrier. My parents never made it a priority to learn Chinese since we live in the cOuNtRy and it'd basically be useless.
