I guess the closest I get to having an unpopular opinion is that my Hobbit Crush would be none other than Bilbo.
But even than people still love him, just the ratio of Bilbo fanfics I found to... let's say... The Durin's, is just way higher, a lot of authors still chooses many other people over Bilbo.
