"August is coming back Sé (say)." Tony said.
"What does that have to do with me Tony?" I asked back. Tony scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"Get fucked up if you want to. He's quick to hurt some feelings." I kissed my teeth and turned away from him.
FLASHBACK
"Sé I'm leaving." August said with an emotionless face. I felt my heart break.
"B-but why?" I said, my voice was cracking with tears that welled up in my eyes. He rubbed my back and kissed my jaw like he always does. "I gotta take care of a few things Princess, but I'm gonna be back. I'm always gonna be back for you Princess." My tears streamed down faster and I clung to him, "but I need you Auggy, you can't leave me." He placed soft kisses on my neck and rubbed my back. "Stop it Sé. Now I'm gonna go, but don't forget that you always gone be my Princess. Your heart, mind and body is mines Jose. Remember that." I nodded my head immediately.
"Okay August."
A few stray tears slipped down my face. Seven fucking years and he wants to come back. I don't belong to him anymore. I'm my own fucking person. I got my own money, my own name out here, and my own life. I don't need August.
