TWO WEEKS LATER
Jungkook helped Chaeyeon sat down on the couch while Mrs. Min sticked beside her 24/7. While Chaeyeon was being watched and taken care of, Aunt Jiyoung and RyuJin were in the kitchen preparing for dinner.
"Where's Yoongi?" - RyuJin
"He went back home to pack some extra clothes for us. We're be staying over for tonight." - Aunt Jiyoung
While Aunt Jiyoung and RyuJin continue to cook, RyuJin's phone started ringing as she took her phone out and checked the ID caller. RyuJin left the kitchen and walked to the hallway as she picks up the phone.
"Why are you calling me?" - RyuJin
The owner of the voice sighed deeply.
"I just want to tell you that your mother is with me." - Sejun
Before RyuJin could talk back, Sejun ended the call as RyuJin boiled in anger.

All six of them were sitting in the living room after they were done eating dinner. As they were so focused on the movie "Black Panther", the doorbell ringed. Aunt Jiyoung stood up and walked towards the door, opening it only to be enraged.
"What are you doing here?" - Aunt Jiyoung
The rest of them heard Aunt Jiyoung talking to someone as Chaeyeon was curious.
"Aunt Jiyoung who is it?" - Chaeyeon
Aunt Jiyoung didn't answer her as Chaeyeon stood up while everyone followed behind. The moment Chaeyeon saw the person standing in front of her, her eyes widen as memories started flowing back, hitting her hard in the feels.
"What are you doing here?" - Chaeyeon
Chaeyeon asked him through her gritted teeth as Sejun looks at his daughter after so many years has past.
"I came by to drop someone off." - Sejun
Sejun stepped aside only to see Mrs. Shin behind him. Everyone except RyuJin was confused to why Mrs. Shin was with Sejun.
"Why are you with Sejun?" - Aunt Jiyoung
Mrs. Shin smirked as she looks at Chaeyeon and Mrs. Min that was standing beside her daughter.
"You guys don't remember, don't you? I was the woman that was with Sejun years ago when he dumped your mother." - Mrs. Shin
Chaeyeon clenched her hand into a fist as she gave Mrs. Shin a death glare. Jungkook noticed Chaeyeon's anger as he held onto her, trying to calm her down.
"Trying to calm her down, Jungkook?" - Mrs. Shin
Jungkook then looked up at her with disgust.
"Wasn't your mother the one that suggested Sejun to marry me instead of Chaeyeon's mother?" - Mrs. Shin
Chaeyeon then looked at Jungkook in surprise as Jungkook also looked confused.
"Why are you here?!" - Chaeyeon
Mrs. Shin looks at her in disbelief.
"I'm here to show you that even if you have Jungkook, you will still lose me." - Mrs. Shin
"What are you trying to say, mom? Stop talking nonsense." - RyuJin
"I'm not talking nonsense, RyuJin. I'm spilling out the truth. Your mother thought that marrying your father is the best decision in marriage for having their own family. But what happened next? Your father left your mother to marry me, from the higher class. So the same thing will happen to you, Chaeyeon-ah. Even if you have Jungkook as your legal husband, he will leave you to marry a higher class woman, just like your father did." - Mrs. Shin
"You're lying! I will never do that to Chaeyeon!" - Jungkook
"That's what her father also said to her mother and yet he can still back out his words." - Mrs. Shin
Tears trekked down Chaeyeon's face as Mrs. Min yelled out in anger.
"LEAVE!!" - Mrs. Min
Everyone was shocked at hearing her speak for the first time after many years. Chaeyeon held onto her mother as she turned to give them a death glare.
"Leave before I lose control." - Chaeyeon
Aunt Jiyoung harshly slammed the door in their faces before Mrs. Shin could even speak a word. Chaeyeon helped her mother stand while Aunt Jiyoung and Yoongi also helps.
Mrs. Min was lying down on her bed as Chaeyeon gently closes the door and walked down stairs. She walked to the living room, while the others stood up.
"Aunt Jiyoung and I decided to stay overnight, if that's okay with you." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon nodded her head as Jungkook walks up to her and tries to hold her hand but she slowly backed away from him.
"I think you two should leave." - Chaeyeon
"Chaeyeon-ah." - Jungkook
"Leave, Jungkook. I'm not in the mood." - Chaeyeon
Chaeyeon then walked away as Jungkook erect on the spot, watching her getting further away from him. Yoongi then walked up to him and patted his shoulder.
"Don't worry, Jungkook. She just need some space." - Yoongi
Jungkook wipes his one tear away as he nodded his head.

Chaeyeon was sobbing as she heard her door gently opening. She quickly wipe her tears away and turned to the door, only to see Yoongi coming in.
"What do you want, Yoongi?" - Chaeyeon
Yoongi sat down on the ground next to her beside the bed. He then looked down on the invitation card of their wedding.
"I know what you're thinking, Chaeyeon. I need to make sure that, that decision is what you really want." - Yoongi
Tears continue to stream down her face as she looks at the wedding card. She took a deep breathe and looked up at him.
"It's what I want, Yoongi." - Chaeyeon

Chaeyeon was now sitting in front of Mrs. Jeon in the living room.
"What did you want to talk about, Chaeyeon-ah?" - Mrs. Jeon
"I want to talk about the wedding." - Chaeyeon
Mrs. Jeon gave her a smile.
"What is it? Do you want to add some new changes or something?" - Mrs. Jeon
Chaeyeon sighed deeply as she forces her mouth to speak.
"I want to cancel it." - Chaeyeon
Mrs. Jeon was jolted at Chaeyeon's words.
"Wait, what? Why cancel it?" - Mrs. Jeon
Chaeyeon looked down at her hands before speaking again.
"I've been thinking about it over again last night and the society was right. Jungkook and I are too different to share a life together. I can't spend my entire life with someone that the society doesn't accept." - Chaeyeon
"Chaeyeon-ah. The society doesn't have the right to choose your life choices, you do. I allowed you to be my daughter in law because I see light in you and that you are the perfect woman for my son. I don't care about your status. The only thing I care about is that you are the woman that could make my son smile and is able to take care of him without me being beside him." - Mrs. Jeon
Silence took over as Chaeyeon took another deep breathe.
"My father is Min Sejun." - Chaeyeon
When Mrs. Jeon heard his name, she went silent trying to comprehend her words carefully.
"You're father is Min Sejun?" - Mrs. Jeon
Chaeyeon nodded as Mrs. Jeon sighed. Mrs. Jeon then understand why Chaeyeon wants to cancel the wedding. Everything finally makes sense to her. Mrs. Jeon sighed as she came into a conclusion.
"Okay. If this is what you want, I'll respect it. I won't force you to anything." - Mrs. Jeon
Chaeyeon then looked up at her.
"Thank you." - Chaeyeon

Jungkook came walking into the living room and sat down next to her mother after being called.
"What did you want me to see?" - Jungkook
Mrs. Jeon then handed him a card as it looks like a wedding card. Jungkook gently grabbed it.
"You made some new changes, haven't you?" - Jungkook
Jungkook gave her a smile as Mrs. Jeon just sighed.
"Look at it closely." - Mrs. Jeon
Jungkook frowned as he looked closely at the wedding card. He read through the card out loud for both him and his mother.
"The wedding of Jeon Jungkook and Shin ... RyuJin." - Jungkook
Jungkook then looked up at his mother in confusion.
"What does this mean?" - Jungkook
"It means you're getting married but not to Chaeyeon ... to Ryujin." - Mrs. Jeon
