NASHS POV
*the next day*
Today I am going to take Skylar on a date.
I'm praying that nothing will go bad like it always does.
I got ready for the day and heard a knock on my door.
I walked down the stairs and made my way to the door.
When I opened it, Cameron was sitting there.
"Hi cam" I said with a smile.
He looked up at me then quickly looked back down.
"What's wrong?" I asked him. He wasn't usually like this. Atleast a 'hi' or something would've been fine.
"Well I heard you and Skylar got back together" my smile quickly dropped.
I stepped outside and closed the door and sat down in the bench. Cam sat down beside me.
"Please don't tell me you still like her." I said.
He slowly nodded his head.
"How about we go out today and look for girls that you might like?"
He shook his head.
"I can't help you with this Cameron. I love her and I don't want to mess up my relationship with her or my friendship with you. There has to be someone else."
He stayed silent.
"Maybe Skylar has a sister or a cousin that is a lot like her."
He looked up at me and shrugged.
"I told you we can go find girls for you. But not like online dating, just casually walking around and spot some girls that look nice and pretty and fun."
He smiled.
"Fine, but it's probably not gonna work."
I laughed and shook my head.
"Yes it is because I am a love expert."
Skylars POV
I woke up remembering that I am dating Nash, again.
I'm still not sure that I love him. But I still care about him and like him.
I stretched and got out of bed and got ready.
Why do I feel like something is going to go wrong between me and Nash?
I grabbed a box of cereal from the pantry and got a bowl.
Then I heard my door ring.
My eyebrows furrowed and I slowly walked to the door.
I opened it and was shocked to see who was standing there.
It was Brent.
"Ummmm............ Hi" I said.
"Hi Skylar. So I was gonna text you asking if we could hang out, but I didn't have your number so I came up to your house. Wanna hang out?" He asked.
"Sure." I said.
He smiled and walked into my house. I closed the door behind him and ran to the kitchen to continue making my cereal.
"So whatcha wanna do?" He asked.
I shrugged my shoulders and walked to the kitchen table and ate my cereal.
He sat down beside me.
I texted Nash.
S: HAII
N: HEYY
S: wazz upp
N: noting just hanging with cam. Whatchu doing?
S: hanging wit brent ._.
N: why
S: he came over I didn't want to be rude and say no.
N: I have a bad feeling about him.
S: then you come over I'm kinda getting uncomfortable with him being here
I didn't get a reply back but I heard my doorbell ring.
I ran to the door and opened it to see Nash standing there.
"Where's cam? I thought you were with him."
"Oh he got hungry and went to get something to eat."
I nodded my head.
We walked into the kitchen and immediately Nash and Brent glared at each other.
