Colby's POV
I didn't know where Sam was. I went to lunch but hours after words Sam was never back home. He never answered the phone nor read my messages. I called basically all our friends and his friends. Nothing. He's no where.
I sit on the couch in frustration. He's changed. He's hurting himself and it's all because of me. I played that stupid prank on him. I caused him pain.
And for what? Views? Who the fuck even cares anymore. My best friend is out there somewhere I don't even know because I wanted views.
I'm a worthless person. A walking warning sign. All I have done is cause people pain. The pranks I pull. Everything.
Then my phone started to ring.
"Hello?" I ask quickly.
"Yes I need to speak to Colby Brock. It's about Sam Golbach."
"I'm Colby. Is everything okay?" I ask getting nervous.
"Sadly no. Sam is currently in the hospital. His car has been hit which caused it to go down a ditch, flipping multiple times.
His phone was almost dead but luckly we found the emergency call before it did. Sam is in very bad condition sir. We will tell you more once you arrive."
"Wait. Is he awake?"
"No. And he probably won't be for a long time." The doctor says before hanging up.
Not for a long time....
