Aria's POV
I woke up the next morning remembering what happened when I went to Ivan and Emilio's.
The kiss.
I didn't know how to feel so as soon as he kissed me I just kind of ran off home and went to my bedroom. Sean tried to ask me what was wrong but I ignored him.
Now that I think about it, running off probably wasn't the best thing to do.
I mean I still love him and we've been through so much but it hurt when he didn't believe me. It felt like a bullet going straight through my chest.
I got out of bed and took a quick shower.
I looked through my closet and picked out my red vans cropped hoodie, black ripped jeans and red vans.
I walked out my room and saw Sean in the kitchen.
Sean:Hey, you okay?
Aria:Yeah, why wouldn't I be?
Sean:Yesterday, when you came running in and went to your bedroom
Aria:Oh yeah, I went to see Emilio and something happened
Sean:What?
Aria:Um..Well-
I was cut off by a knock on the door.
Sean:Who is it?
Aria:I don't know
I went to the door and opened it.
I the one person I wish I didn't.
Ava Spears.
Sean's ex girlfriend.
I'd always hated her.
Aria:A-Ava
Ava:Oh hey Aria
I always knew she hated me. She was jealous of Sean and I and how close we are.
Aria:What do you want?
Ava:That's not a nice way to welcome your best friends ex girlfriend
Aria: Actually it's the only way to welcome my best friends ex girlfriend
Sean then came up behind me.
Sean:Ava? How did you find - I mean why are you here?
Ava:I missed you Sean. I'm miserable without you
Aria:And he's not. He's actually better than ever
Ava just looked at me.
Ava:Why don't you just go crawl out of that little hole you came from
Aria:Why don't you just leave and stop harassing my best friend
Ava:Go home Aria, I don't need this from you
Sean:She is home
Ava:Oh please don't tell me that Jake kicked you out
She has a smirk on her face.
Aria:Actually I left
Ava:Yeah sure you did, whatever helps you sleep at night
I just tense up as I grab onto the door.
Ava:Awe, is wittle Aria getting mad
Sean puts a hand on my shoulder and turns me around to face him.
Sean:Hey, just go into the kitchen and get some food, I'll take care of this
I smiled up at him.
Aria:Okay
I looked back at Ava and walked into the kitchen. I went into the cupboard, got out some cereal and got some milk out of the fridge.
I sat down at the island and I put the cereal into a bowl. I could hear everything that Sean and Ava were saying.
Sean:Just go Ava. I'm happy as I am
Ava:You don't mean that Sean, I know you miss me
Sean:Honestly I don't
Ava:Why?
Sean:Because I don't want a girlfriend who doesn't trust me and can't trust me to be around my best friend. Plus I want a girlfriend who actually likes my best friend and who my best friend likes.
I smiled as Sean said that. He cares about how I feel. He truly is the closest friend I have, I'm closer to Sean than I am with Melissa.
I heard the front door close and Sean walks into the kitchen.
Sean:Sorry about her
Aria:(smiles) it's okay, I heard what you said
Sean:Said what?
Aria:The fact that you care about how I feel about who you date
Sean:Of course, what's the point in dating someone if they don't like your friends or best friend
Aria:True
