Once Chaeyeon heard those words, she immediately grew soft. She didn't know why, but her heart tells her that she could trust him. Jungkook took his hand out for her to take. Chaeyeon knew he means well as she gave him a smile and took his hand. Jungkook helped her up as they walked together back to the house.
As they got to his car, they soon noticed that they were still holding hands. Chaeyeon and Jungkook looked at one another as they quickly released the hold. Jungkook then walked to the passenger side and opened the door for her. Chaeyeon walks to him and got inside in the car as Jungkook quickly walks to the driver side and drove off.

Jungkook parked the car as he looks around the small town.
"You live here?" - Jungkook
"Yea." - Chaeyeon
Jungkook then looks at Chaeyeon and noticed her mood change.
"I actually like it here." - Jungkook
Chaeyeon glance at him with her wide eyes as Jungkook let out a small chuckle.
"Really? You've been here before?" - Chaeyeon
"Yea. I've visited this place when I was 10 years old. This place is very peaceful and quiet, that's what I like about this town." - Jungkook
Chaeyeon gave him a smile as she lets out a sigh.
"Well, thank you for the ride tonight. And thank you for helping me from earlier." - Chaeyeon
"No problem." - Jungkook
Chaeyeon unbuckled her seat belt as she got out from the car. While Chaeyeon was about to open the house door, she turned around to give Jungkook a signal for him to go. They both waved goodbyes as Jungkook drove off, leaving Chaeyeon watching him from distance.
After Jungkook was out from her sight, her smile that she had on her face, slowly disappears as she walks inside the house.

It was 7am when Chaeyeon heard her alarm. Chaeyeon quickly got up and turned off her alarm and went straight to the bathroom to do her morning routine. As Chaeyeon walks into the kitchen, she saw her Aunt Jiyoung and her cousin Yoongi cooking breakfast.
"Aunt Jiyoung ... Yoongi? What are you guys doing here?" - Chaeyeon
"What does it look like we're doing? We're helping you cook breakfast." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon has a smile on her face as she walks up to them, leaning against the counter.
"Thank you." - Chaeyeon
Yoongi and Aunt Jiyoung replied with a smile on their faces.

Aunt Jiyoung was feeding Chaeyeon's mother as Chaeyeon and Yoongi were sitting together, watching them from afar.
"I heard what you've been going through lately." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon pays attention to Yoongi as Yoongi turned to her.
"I'm sorry ... for letting you go through all that by yourself." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon shook her head.
"It's not your fault. You didn't have a choice. Besides, you're back. That's all it matters." - Chaeyeon
Yoongi then pulled Chaeyeon into a hug.
"Remember Chaeyeon. I'll always be here for you. You're not alone." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon nodded her head as they continue to hug one another.

Jungkook got up and was all dressed up as he walks downstairs only to see his mother talking to Mrs. Shin.
"Mom, I'll be going to check the supplies again. I'll be back before dinner." - Jungkook
Mrs. Jeon turned to him and nodded her head as Jungkook walks out from the house and into his car.

Chaeyeon was putting on her shoes as Yoongi and Aunt Jiyoung help bring her bag and stuff that she needed at work.
"I'll send you to work." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon nodded her head as both her and Yoongi walk over to his car.

Chaeyeon was moving boxes into the truck as she was being called over by her manager. She quickly stop at what she was doing and went towards her boss.
"Is there anything that you need, Manager Bae?" - Chaeyeon
Manager Bae nods her head.
"After watching you work so hard, I've decided to raise up your wage 10%." - Manager Bae
Chaeyeon was shock as she had a bright smile on her face.
"Really?" - Chaeyeon
"Yes. I know you've been only working here for 3 months but for me that's very long. Starting from today and forward, your wage will be raise 10%. Congratulations." - Manager Bae
Chaeyeon bowed down to her as continue to have the bright smile.
"Thank you Manager Bae." - Chaeyeon
Chaeyeon the excused herself as she went back into working like usual. Manager Bae was walking out from the building and there stood a person standing in front of her.
"I've done what you've asked." Manager Bae
Just then the person turned back around, revealing to be Jungkook.
"Thank you." - Jungkook
Manager Bae smiles back as she excused herself, leaving Jungkook watching over Chaeyeon.

Chaeyeon was eating her food that Aunt Jiyoung packed for her. As she was eating, she heard people gossiping about her.
"Did you hear the news? Manager Bae raise her wage 10%." - Worker #4
"I can't believe it. She's only been working here for 3 months. I've been working here for 10 months and yet my wage is still the same." - Worker #2
"She doesn't deserve the special treatment." - Worker #10
"I bet Manager Bae only raise her wage due to pity. I heard that her mother is a mental person." - Worker #1
Chaeyeon ignored their words as she continued eating. As Chaeyeon was eating, someone suddenly spilled a hot soup over her head. Chaeyeon screamed in pain as every workers' attention was on her. Chaeyeon looks up only to see the senior workers.
"You deserve that. I should be the one to receive the wage raise, not you." - Kalicia
Kalicia threw the bowl onto the ground as Chaeyeon flinched. Chaeyeon then gave Kalicia a death glare as Kalicia has a shock face sarcastically.
"What? Are you going to fight back?" - Kalicia
Kalicia pushed Chaeyeon back with her hand as Chaeyeon took a deep breathe to calm herself. Just before Chaeyeon could talk back, another senior came from behind her and pushed her harshly as she hit her head on the sharp end of the table. Chaeyeon winced in pain as she felt blood dripping down her face. The seniors bends down to eye level Chaeyeon.
"Don't ever think that you're special. You're nothing but dust. No one will ever be able to love and handle a person that came from the trash." - Kalicia
Chaeyeon's lips tremble in anger as her vision was blurring from the tears asking for permission to stream down. The seniors left as everyone also left, leaving Chaeyeon alone in the cafeteria.

It was already 10pm and yet Chaeyeon hasn't come out yet. Jungkook was waiting for her outside the building, leaning against his car. He let out a sigh in worriedness as he looks back and forth from the building to his car.
Before he could go inside the building, he saw Chaeyeon's shadow walking inside the building. Jungkook smiles seeing her, but his smile faded away seeing her being in that state. He ran towards her as Chaeyeon looks at him in shock.
"Jungkook? What are you doing here?" - Chaeyeon
Jungkook ignored her question as he observes her.
"What happened? Did someone do this to you?" - Jungkook
"I'm fine Jungkook. It was an accident." - Chaeyeon
Jungkook arched his eyebrows.
"This is clearly not an accident, Chaeyeon. Tell me, what happened?" - Jungkook
Before Chaeyeon could speak, they saw a car coming up from behind them and was parked right beside Jungkook's car. Chaeyeon lets out a sigh when she saw Yoongi coming out from the car and walking towards them.
Yoongi got in between them as Yoongi looks back at Chaeyeon with wide eyes. Yoongi wanted to ask what happened but not now. Yoongi then looks back to where Jungkook was.
"Jeon Jungkook. What are you still doing here out this late?" - Yoongi
Chaeyeon looks at Yoongi in confusion. They know each other? Chaeyeon thought to herself as Yoongi and Jungkook glimpse at one another.
"I was just waiting for Chaeyeon so I could send her home." - Jungkook
"Well no need for that. I'm here now. I'm her cousin so I should take her home." - Yoongi
Jungkook hesitated but nodded his head in agreement. Jungkook then walks to his car and drove off as Yoongi turns back to Chaeyeon.
"Let's go. You can explain to me when we get home and get you cleaned up." - Yoongi
Chaeyeon nodded her head as Yoongi helped her walk to his car.

Yoongi was driving as he looks at Chaeyeon sleeping soundless. He then looks out in the street, his mind being somewhere else. The moment when he saw Jungkook with Chaeyeon, his heart raised in worriedness. Yoongi didn't want Jungkook, the son of the most famous CEO in Seoul of South Korea near her.
I hope you're not falling for him, Chaeyeon. Because if you do, you're just hurting yourself even more ... and I don't want to see you hurt more than this. Yoongi thought to himself as he continue driving back home.
