Today is Theodore's first birthday party! Will and RJ have been up and early getting everything ready for the big day! Will is also pregnant, but only RJ knows! Will is trying to hide the fact that he is so nauseous from everybody until he hits the twelve week mark.
"Good morning! It is Theodore's first birthday party and we are getting ready for all the excitement! RJ is getting him dressed and Theodore is fighting him. He is totally RJ's son I swear." Will says as he giggles.
"Coralei, Benji, are you guys ready for Teddy's birthday?" Will asks Benji and Coralei.
"I'm all ready, Daddy! Coralei is too!" Benji says as he waves at the camera.
"It's Teddy's birfday!" Coralei says as she runs over to Will.
"It is Theodore's birthday, that's right baby girl. Do you guys like our shirts? Theodore's birthday party theme is Cookie Monster! If you guessed Cookie Monster you win! Anyway, Theodore is obsessed with Sesame Street and loves Cookie Monster so we picked it!" Will says with a big grin.
*RJ, Will, Benji and Coralei's outfits*
"Theodore! Let me put your pants on, buddy!" RJ says from Theodore's nursery, making Will chuckle.
"Is the birthday boy ready?" Will asks RJ as he waits at the door.
"He is now! Come on in!" RJ says as Will walks into his and RJ's bedroom.
Will walks in and sees RJ brushing Theodore's hair on the floor.
"Dada!" Theodore says with a cheeky grin.
"Hi, baby boy! Happy birthday!" Will says as Theodore babbles.
RJ finishes brushing Theodore's hair and lets Theodore walk around.
*Theodore's outfit*
"You are one years old now, bud!" Will says as he picks up Theodore and Theodore smiles.
"Bi ba be be be." Theodore says happily.
"It's your birthday! Yay!" Will says as he kisses Theodore's cheek.
"He did not want to get dressed!" RJ says as he kisses Will.
"I told you! He does it to me all the time!" Will says as Theodore takes Will's glasses off and giggles.
"I need these to see, bud! You are so silly, huh?" Will says as Theodore giggles.

The door bell begins to ring loudly. Benji and Coralei cheer and they run towards the front door in excitement on who it could be!
"Look out the window before you open the door you two!" RJ says as Benji looks out the window and sees Martha and Ricardo!
"It's Pipo and Mima!" Benji says as he opens the front door.
Ricardo and Martha walk into the house and are greeted by Benji and Coralei.
"Hi, Pipo and Mima!" Coralei says as she jumps up and down in excitement.
"Hi, Coralei! You are getting so big!" Martha says as she gives Coralei a kiss and hugs her tightly.
"Hi, beautiful girl! Hey, where's Daddy, Papi and Teddy?" Ricardo asks Benji and Coralei.
"Daddy, Papi and Teddy are upstairs! They are coming! Papi said that I could open the door!" Benji says as he hugs Martha and then Ricardo.
Will walks down the steps with Theodore in his arms, trying to cover his little belly he already has.
"There's my favorite little Cookie Monster! Happy birthday, Teddy!" Martha says as Will hands Theodore to her.
Theodore hugs Martha making Martha's heart melt.
"He's getting so big! My goodness. Hi, Theodore! Happy birthday!" Ricardo says as Theodore waves at him.
"He is so big now!" Martha says as she kisses Theodore's cheeks making him giggle and smile.
"He is walking too! Show Mima and Pipo how well you can walk!" Will says as Theodore wobbles around and walks over to RJ who just came down stairs.
"Hi, Mama! Hi, Dad!" RJ says as he hugs his parents.
Ryan and Brandi arrive to the party next! Brandi is holding a Cookie Monster stuffed animal that has a shirt on that says "Happy Birthday Theodore".
"Happy birthday, Theodore! This is for you, buddy!" Brandi says giving Theodore the Cookie Monster stuffed animal.
"Aww! Thank you! That is so so cute!" RJ says as Theodore hugs the Cookie Monster stuffed animal.
"Happy birthday! He looks just like an Aguiar that's for sure." Ryan says as Theodore runs around.
"He freaking does! I told RJ and he doesn't believe me." Will says as RJ kisses Will's check.
Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia arrive next!
"Welcome Grassi-Hoying family! Thank you guys for coming!" Will says as he hugs Mitch and Scott.
"You know we love birthday parties! We are very happy to be here!" Scott says as the kids walk over to Coralei and Benji begin to play with them.
"This birthday party theme is SO adorable! I'm obsessed!" Mitch says as he admires all of the cute Cookie Monster decorations.
"Aw thanks! Theodore loves Cookie Monster so RJ and I figured that this was the perfect idea for his first birthday party theme." Will says.
Will then films the big one picture he and RJ made the night before! It's pictures from each month of Theodore's life, newborn to a year!
"Look at all of these pictures of Theodore! He has grown so much through out this past year and now he is walking like crazy." Will says as he films Theodore walking around.
Will's mom Karen, stepdad Hank and grandma Janice arrive next to the party!
"Nana, Pop and Grandma!" Coralei says as she runs over to them.
"Hey, sweety! You are getting my big, my goodness!" Janice says as she hugs Coralei.
"I'm a big girl now!" Coralei says as she jumps up and down.
"Your hair is so long and pretty! Where's your brothers?" Hank says as he picks up Coralei and hugs her.
"Fank you, Pop! Right there!" Coralei says pointing to Will, RJ and Theodore in the kitchen.
"Hi, Nana, Pop and Grandma! I'm so happy to see you!" Benji says hugging Karen, Hank and Janice.
"You are getting so tall too!" Janice says as she kisses Benji's cheek.
RJ, Will and Theodore walk over to Karen, Hank and Janice.
"Hi, guys! Welcome!" RJ says as he hugs his in-laws and hands Theodore to Karen.
"Hi, birthday boy! Hi!" Karen says as she kisses Theodore's cheek.
"Happy birthday, sweet boy!" Janice says kissing Theodore's cheek making him smile.
"He is tall! I can't believe he is one years old already! He is getting so big." Hank says as Theodore waves at him making Hank smile ear to ear.
"I know, I can't believe he is a year already. Feels like he was just born." Will says as he hugs his grandma tightly.
Will's brother Logan walks in with a Sesame Street birthday bag and a teddy bear.
"Hi, Uncle Wogan!" Coralei says hugging, Logan's leg.
"Hi, Coralei. It's so good to see you! Hey, Benji! Can I have a hug, squirt?" Logan says as he hugs Benji.
"Hi, Uncle Logan!" Benji says happily as he hugs him.
"There's Uncle Logan, Teddy! Thanks for coming." Will says as Logan smiles.
"Of course. I'm sorry I missed Benji's party." Logan says as he holds Theodore.
"It's fine, I know things come up. Benji loves the LEGO set you got him." Will says to Logan.
Logan holds Theodore as Theodore plays with Logan's sunglasses.
"Who does he look like to you? Will and I always disagree on who Theodore looks like." RJ says as he kisses Will.
"I see a lot of you, but I see Will too. He mostly looks like RJ though.
"I told you, babe. He looks just like RJ!" Will says as Theodore giggles loudly.
"I'm so funny, I know!" Will says in a babyfied voice.
Will's cousin Mallory, Derek, Josie and Davis arrive next!
"Happy birthday Theodore!" Josie and Davis say in unison.
"Thank you for coming, Josie and Davis! Theodore is so happy you guys are here!" Will says bouncing Theodore in his lap.
"Happy birthday, cutie! He is so big! Look at those teeth!"
"He has so many teeth! He stopped breastfeeding too! He's getting so big! I can't believe he is one now." Will says as he kisses Theodore's cheek.
"Happy birthday, buddy!" Derek says, waving at Theodore and Theodore waves back.
Stephanie, Samantha, Mary Jane, Jennine, Kelly, Clarissa and Suzy arrive next with lots of presents and balloons!
"Happy birthday, Theodore!" The girls say in unison as they pass Theodore around and kiss his cheeks.
Skyler, Jake, Gabe, Travis, Kasey, Chris, August, Shane and Steve arrive!
"Happy birthday, Theodore!" The guys say in unison as they hug and high five Theodore.
Joey, Daniel, Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River and Eden arrive!
"Sorry we are a little late! Eden had a huge poop explosion and we had to give her a bath!" Daniel says as he bounces Eden in his arms.
"You guys came just on time! The party really hasn't started yet!" RJ says with a big smile.
Will walks over with Theodore and Theodore instantly smiles as he he's bed Eden. Eden smiles back at him.
"Thank you guys for coming! Look Teddy! There's Eden!" Will says as Theodore smiles at Eden and giggles.
"Ta!" Eden says as Joey giggles.
"It is Teddy's birthday! Yay! Your birthday will be coming up soon!" Joey says as Eden grabs Theodore's hand and they smile at each other.
"Aww! RJ, take a picture of this!" Will says as RJ takes a picture of Eden and Theodore together.
Everybody begins to eat and socialize with all of each other! The kids are running around with each other and play!
"You feel okay, Will? You seem really tired today!" Brandi says as she hugs Will from behind, making Will slightly uncomfortable.
"I am just exhausted. Haven't been sleeping well and getting this party together tired RJ and I out." Will says.
"You sure that's it?" Brandi asks Will.
"Hey, can you keep a secret and not tell Martha or anybody?" Will whispers to Brandi.
"Of course! Is something wrong?" Brandi asks Will with worry.
"RJ and I are expecting." Will whispers and Brandi doesn't understand what he exactly meant.
"Expecting what?" Brandi asks in confusion making Will laugh.
"I'm pregnant Brandi, shh." Will says and Brandi gasps, then jumps up and down.
"Since when! Oh my gosh!" Brandi says hugging Will tightly.
"We found out on Valentine's day. We are going to the doctors Monday but everything looks good so far. I just feel really tired and a little nauseous, but other then that I'm fine." Will says with a smile.
"I'm so happy for you guys! I knew something was up! Yay!" Brandi whispers and Will smiles.
"Shh! I'll send you pictures of the ultrasound if we get one on Monday." Will whispers to Brandi.
"Yay! When will the baby be due?" Brandi asks Will.
"I think I'll be due late August early September. RJ is really excited." Will says as Brandi smiles ear to ear.
"Aww I'm glad! I'm so happy for you guys." Brandi says hugging Will tightly.
"Thank you." Will says as Theodore wobbles over to Will and Brandi.
"Hi, handsome! Are you having fun?" Will says as Theodore smiles.
After everybody eats and settles down, it's time to open up the birthday presents!
"Let's open your birthday presents, buddy! Are you excited?" RJ says as he and Will sit down on the floor with Theodore.
"Ba ba ba da da!" Theodore says as he happily kicks his feet.
"It sounds like he is! It was funny because RJ and I wanted Theodore to try to open his presents so we practiced the other day and Theodore had no interest! He played with the paper on Christmas but didn't unwrap the present." Will says making everybody laugh.
"Pick which present you wanna open, bud!" RJ says as Theodore grabs a Cookie Monster bag.
"You picked Uncle Ryan and Brandi's presents! Yay!" Will says as Theodore babbles happily.
One by one, Will, RJ and Theodore open up Theodore's presents.

"You got so many awesome presents, bud! What do you say, Teddy?" RJ says to Theodore.
"Be Be Be Be!" Theodore says as he jumps up and down.
"Thank you all so much for spoiling our baby boy for his first birthday! We love you guys!" Will says and RJ nods in agreement.
"It's birthday cake time!" RJ says as everybody cheers.
"Are you ready to eat your cupcake, Teddy Bear?" RJ asks Theodore in a babyfied voice and Theodore coos at him.
"Let's go eat some birthday cake!" Will says as he picks up Theodore.
Will then sits Theodore in his highchair and puts a Cookie Monster bib on him.
"We gotta sing first bud! Hold up!" RJ says as he lights the birthday candle.
"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Theodore! Happy birthday to you!" Everybody sings and then Will and RJ blow out the candle.

"Mmm! Is it yummy, Teddy?" Will asks Theodore.
"Da da!" Theodore says putting icing on Will's lips and Will laugh.
"Mmm! Thank you, buddy!" Will says as he kisses Theodore's cheek.
"Can I have some cake too?" RJ asks Theodore.
"Ya pa pa!" Theodore says as he puts cake on RJ's lips too.
Will and RJ kiss Theodore's cheeks making Theodore giggle.

After Theodore finishes up eating his cake, Will and RJ cut up the other birthday cake for the guests!
Once everybody is finished eating their piece of birthday cake, everybody continues to talk and laugh together!
Will and RJ talk to all the guests as the kids run around and play outside!
After a few hours of partying and fun, the birthday party is over. Theodore had a blast at his first birthday party! :)
