"Eat your greens Olivia" her Mother remarked causing Liv to roll her eyes which didn't go unnoticed by her older brother Luke who just smiled into his fork full of turkey.
Christmas at the Stone household was rather quiet this year. Olivia's oldest brother Robert who moved to Australia almost 9 years ago didn't make it home year as his wife recently had a baby boy.
Liv's other older brother Luke recently split from his girlfriend in recent months so this was the Stone's first Christmas without Luke's 4 year old Ryan running around making the Christmas spirit alive in the house hold. Ryan was going to be around tomorrow for dinner instead.
Liv felt sorry for her brother, she knew how hard it must have been for Luke not be around his son on Christmas morning with him only being 4. Especially now moving back in with their parents he must really be loving life being around Cathy and Tony Stone all the time.
Liv was only back a couple of days with all of those days spent in bed nursing a hangover having met up with her old school friends with Karen doing the 12 pubs of Christmas but the brunette was already at loggerheads with her mother.
Cathy was insisting that Liv transferred courses to get into medicine saying it wouldn't be too late for her to make a career for herself or if she didn't want to aim that high be a nurse. Liv just spent the next half an hour arguing how disrespectful her comment was to health professionals and that she had not interest in pursuing a career medicine or anything in the medical field.
Cathy found anything she could to argue with to Liv and when she found out Liv was leaving on the 28th to stay with some 'friends' in Cardiff well let's just say Luke had to intervene and save his little sister.
Liv had texted Amelia earlier this morning wishing her a Happy Christmas and hoped she had a good day. She had yet to get a response or any details of what was happening when she was getting the train up to see her lecturer.
Karen has teased her for an hour after telling her but then stated she was spending New Years in Manchester with Jas and her friends causing Liv to roll her eyes at how much of bitch her friend was.

Liv sighed as she jumped on her bed looking up at her old Rihanna posters on her ceiling causing her to laugh. She had managed to sit down and painful sit through the soaps with her family with her mother making smart comments every now and then.
As soon as it hit 9 she knew it was a safe time to head to bed considering both her parents were now passed out with their cracker hats on and Luke had escaped to the pub 20 minutes ago.
Taking out her phone she noticed a missed called from her lover over an hour ago. It was ok to call her lover wasn't it?That is what they were wasn't it. Liv cleared her throat as she clicked on Amelia's name calling her back.
"Hello.." Amelia answered after a couple of rings. Eager beaver Liv thought to herself.
"Hello Lover" Liv whispered seductively into the phone, she couldn't help but smile hearing Amelia's voice. It had only been a couple of days but she was used to hearing her voice every day in lectures and then whenever they would see each other.
"Lover" Amelia questioned in her usual dry tone. It was good to see Amelia was in the festive spirit. She hated pet names like babe or darling which Liv persisted on calling her just to piss her off and Liv used it to annoy Amelia at first but now she just liked calling Amelia her babe.
"Happy Christmas" Liv said not bothering explaining the lover thing because well in her eyes it was self explanatory.
"Merry Christmas Olivia" Amelia breathed into the phone.
"Ok seriously you are starting to sound like my Mother when you call me by my full name..I know you are close in age and all but please try call me Liv" the brunette huffed.
For months now she had been asking Amelia to call her Liv but Amelia was just too bloody stubborn or irritating to listen.
"You are really cheeky" Amelia grumbled into the phone.
"You are lucky there's 200 miles between us or else" Amelia said causing Liv to laugh loudly which only made the dark haired woman more annoyed.
"Empty threats Amelia..you are softening up, you can't deny it" Liv smiled at how easily wound up her lecturer got.
"What makes you think I am softening up" Amelia asked causing Liv to hum into the phone. Where would she start...
"Your rules are gone" Liv said matter of factly.
"Only because I thought it was time they were gotten rid of, they were ridiculous in the first place" Amelia dismissed the brunette.
"Oh so it had nothing to do with the fact that I told you it was over because of them" Liv said bringing a sense of anxiety back up thinking back to that day but Amelia was quickly dismissive of that as well.
"I don't think your reasons are very valid so far Miss Stone. What else" Amelia asked.
"Liv" the brunette corrected the older woman before having a little think.
"You cook for me now, you never used to cook for me" Liv said as she smiled knowing Amelia couldn't talk her way out of her new found happiness.
"I happen to enjoy cooking and when I'm hungry I will cook for you also I'm not going to let you starve since I am the one making you work up an appetite in the first place" Amelia replied flirtatious and just like that Liv gave up.
This woman had any excuse for everything. Liv was a fool to think she out talk a talker like Amelia and actually get Amelia to admit she was softening up because of her or the fact she was happy.
"You're unbeatable Amelia, I give up..Maybe you are right" Liv said defeated but deep down she knew Amelia did care. She just needed crack Amelia's hard shell for her to admit these things.
"Well maybe you are also slightly right" Amelia said as Liv frowned into the phone. Was Amelia actually having a change of heart and agreeing with Liv on something?
"I mean, I'll admit something to you and you will probably call me soft for saying it and tease me but whatever maybe but.." Amelia rambled as she took a sharp breath in.
Jesus talking about stuff really was difficult for her and Liv couldn't understand but she continued to listen in silence and let the older woman take her time.
"I'vmssd yound Icnt waitfryotogthere" Amelia mumbled quickly as Liv had no clue what she had just said as she turned up the volume on her phone.
"I did not catch any of that babe, speak slower or try speaking English this time" Liv said lightly trying her hardest not to laugh because she knew Amelia would scowl her for it.
"I said" Amelia raised her voice slightly irritated and breathed out before continuing.
"I miss you and I can't wait for you to get here" Amelia said calmly as the phone remained silent.
Amelia was expecting Liv to tease her for being soft considering that's what they had just bickered about in the first place and she was expecting not to hear the end of it but instead Amelia heard a light content sigh on the other end of the phone before hearing that angelic voice she was used to hearing against her bed sheets and dearly missed.
"I miss you too Amelia" Liv said with a smile on her face as she bit her lip.
"Stop it" Amelia groaned.
"What" Liv mumbled.
"I know you are biting your lip, I am picturing you sitting there with that stupid goofy grin on your face and your biting your lip..God the 28th needs to hurry up" Amelia grumbled sounding back to her normal self which reminded Liv a bit like the Grinch.
"You know if you are free on the 27th I could come up then..I mean Rob isn't home this year so it's pretty quiet around here and I don't have anything planned but I mean if you already have something planned, it's totally fine we could just wait until.."
"27th is fine..Jesus Liv you need to stop babbling..you will end up hypoxic if you don't breath when you talk" Amelia joked as Liv grunted at her.
"Heyyyyyy you called me Liv" Liv cheered into the phone.
"Oh for goodness..I am going to hang up the phone now and get back to my family" Amelia shook her head at how childish the brunette was.
"Oh boo you are no fun anyway I will look up train times and text you..sweet dreams baby boo boo" Liv grinned into the phone blowing a fake kiss as Amelia mumbled words.
"Good night Olivia" Amelia replied with a slight laugh as Liv groaned.
"You ruined it you whore" Liv huffed.
"Watch your mouth..get some sleep" Amelia said before hanging up the phone and leaving Liv to ponder on her thoughts.
The excitement of in two days she would travelling to Wales to spend almost a week with Amelia to do well yes have sex but most importantly just get to see her. They were finally going to be away from the university and the surrounding area with no one knowing who they were.
They could literally be lovers without having to look over their shoulder afraid a faculty member or another student would see them and report them. She was going to take advantage of being in public with Amelia as much as she could.
Liv switched on Netflix trying to find something descent to watch when her phone vibrated. She was sure it was Karen invited her out for Christmas drinks however judging by the photos on Facebook last night they had over indulged in shots and beers on their 12 pubs of Christmas.
A notification came through on her phone with a friend request from none other than Emily Warren. Fucking hell this bitch didn't get the hint. Liv knew it was just a friends request but still she had told Emily she was seeing someone a couple of weeks back after everything had settled with Amelia.
The words didn't seem to phase Emily because she continued hang around the SU bar 24/7 and was on Liv like a rash whenever she walked in offering to buy her drinks. Liv would politely decline but Emily would still sniff about.
Scott and a few others Liv began drinking with at the SU bar had grown to like the red head so she was always there when Liv made her occasional appearance.
A message popped up from her messenger from Emily reading.

Liv hovered over the accept and decline button. If she accepted well then she was just bringing a whole lot of drama her way. It wasn't as thought Amelia had Facebook so she would know who Liv was friends with nor would she probably care, except for Emily given their sexual history.

"So what are you wearing.." a raspy voice as Liv climbed off the train onto the platform. The two days over Christmas had finally passed by and she was all packed up and now in Wales.
"Karen stop with the creepy voice" Liv mocked her friend down the phone. She had no response and her giggling in the background with Jas's annoying voice saying "stop it" in the background causing Liv to roll her eyes.
"At least wait until I get off the phone before you two start fondling each other" Liv snapped into the phone as she got her ticket ready for inspection.
"Where are you now" Kaz asked her friend trying to make a light conversation. Luv handed the man at the gate her ticket giving him a polite smile.
"I'm just outside the station, I should probably go now anyway" Liv stated walking away from the crowds of people.
"Ok well text me when you get to the hotel and stay safe..don't get pregnant" Kaz joked.
"I thought she was a lesbian" Jas said in the background causing Liv to roll her eyes.
"You really know how to pick them..speak soon, bye" Liv said hanging up the phone as she looked around for any sights of Amelia.
The brunette checked her watched, 12:10 and Amelia said she would be waiting before twelve just in case she got in early. Liv's phoned vibrated as she looked down reading the text.

Liv snapped her body around as her eyes locked with familiar blue ones a mere twenty metres away as Amelia leaned against her shiny dark blue Lexus. She was clearly parking in a loading bay but it was of typical Amelia, never actually obeying rules.

Standing right in front of the older woman, not really sure how to greet Amelia. They were now hundreds of miles from where anyone knew they were lecture and student. Right now they were two lovers reuniting for the first time after the holidays.

"Hey" Liv replied her hand moving from Amelia's neck down the length of her arm and giving it a light squeeze and entwining their pinky fingers before looking around.
"This is my first time in Wales" Liv said looking around the crowds of people.
"Croeso i Gymru" Amelia said as Liv's eyes lit up and she found herself biting her lip.
"I don't know what you just said but that was fucking hot" Liv breathed out causing Amelia to laugh.
"I said welcome to Wales..come on why don't we go back to the hotel, I'm sure you are tired" Amelia suggested stepping around the brunette as she picked up Liv's case.
"Did you pack Karen in here or something" Amelia said struggling with the weight of Liv's case.
"Are you calling my best friend fat" Liv joked.
"No..I mean it's.." Amelia stuttered placing the suit case in the booth of her car, Liv couldn't help but laugh. The older woman never knew when Liv was winding her up and it was thoroughly entertaining to watch Amelia stutter.
Amelia slammed her booth down as she came face to face with the brunette.
"Funny" Amelia said dryly realising it was in fact Liv just being Liv.
"Hilarious actually" Liv replied with an innocent smile.
"Why don't you get in the car before I pick you up and put you there myself" Amelia said as Liv raised an eye brow.
Looking around the crowds of people, she wouldn't actually make a scene would she? Then again if Amelia said something she was 99.9% going to go through with it.
Liv nodded and done what she was told. Amelia couldn't help the smile that appeared on her face as she watched Olivia climb into the passenger seat of her Lexus.
Amelia loved her car but having someone as sexy as Olivia Stone sitting in her car was like heaven. She wasn't going to admit it to Liv but she was excited for the time they were going to be sharing together.

"Very fucking swanky" Liv said as she looked around the enormous bathroom which included a jacuzzi.
"Must you curse in every sentence" Amelia smirked standing in the door, she was amused by Liv's glistening eyes as soon as she walked into the large hotel room they would be staying in.
Their bed was huge and they had a private balcony off the bedroom. A fully stocked bar which would no doubt be raided by Liv later, a living room area and as Liv had put it a very fucking swanky bathroom.
Amelia didn't hold back but then again why would she. She was happy and this was the first time she had actually been away with a woman since her ex girlfriend she had over 5 years ago. Before she never felt the need of spending time with an acquaintance but Olivia was different, she was trouble.
"I think we should go out" Liv said eyeing Amelia up as she approached her in the door way.
"Out where" Amelia questioned. She would be happy with room service and some drinks from the mini bar. The brunette's body pressed against Amelia who was now pinned against the door way of the bathroom that led to their bedroom.
"Anywhere.." Liv whispered.
Her hot breath against Amelia's neck sent shivers down her spine as she felt her students hand unbutton her own jeans. Each button popping causing Amelia's breathing to increase.

For the first time ever she knew she had full control over Amelia Roberts and somehow knew they were about to get ready for a couple of drinks and some dinner and then Liv would find a good place for them to enjoy the rest of the evening.
"I'm going to go shower" Liv said releasing Amelia's hand as she stepped back and walked over to the shower cubicle. She smirked to herself as she began undressing herself, she knew she still had an audience.
Now fully naked and ready to step into the large shower cubicle she turned to Amelia who didn't even try and hide the fact she had watched every bit of Liv undressing.
"Are you going to join me or stay there all day" Liv said stepping under the hot spray.
Seconds later she grinned as Amelia who was now naked and stepping in with a mischievous look on her face causing Liv to roll her eyes as she connected their lips in a lustful kiss...
