I saw a little young man chasing for his ball rolling towards where I'm seated. His such a cute little man. His smile reminds me of someone from the past even his eyes. His skin just like mine even his black wavy hair. Actually even his nose. Same as mine when I was kid.
I got the ball in my hand when he stopped in front of me.
"Can I have my ball?" he asked politely.
"Sure. I actually get that for you. You tired?" I don't know but I wanted to talk to him a little bit more.
"No. But thank you sir handsome" he said and I laugh at little. It's cute being called sir handsome with this cute little boy.
"Are you alone?" I asked him again. He's kinda a keenly listener, he's staring at me most of the time.
"No. I'm with my mommy and my lola" he replied while smiling, showing his two cute dimple. Like I have one too in my left cheek.
"Where are they?" I asked again. I'm having fun taking to him. He's such a smart kid.
"They're waiting for a taxi. I need to go sir handsome. Maybe they're looking for me now. Ba bye" then he run and stop about couple of steps. He turn and waved at me.
I waved back as he turn to his right and continue running.
I wish I had a son like him. He's such a cutie.
As I was walking through the exit door of that terminal. I saw that little kid again. I think it was his mom he's talking about who's getting inside that cub. She's an F.A, according to her uniform.
A black SUV stopped in front of me.
"Sir" my driver called me.
"You're late" as I get inside.
"Sorry sir. Na traffic ako" sagot nito.
"I told you to come early. Never mind. Just drive straight to my condo" I command.
"Yes sir" he replied. Then he make his way out of that terminal.
His face still occupying my mind. Ang cute niya. I really wish, I can have a son like him. His eyes reminded me of a girl. A girl I used to love before. But I'm not sure what my hearts wants now. Whom my heart needs. What is it in my life that I need to turn me back to where I used before. My life is darker now. Lifeless. I often smile. I often laugh. And now, I'd stop dreaming. I just go with the flow for what life offers me. But non of it matters to me. Non of it makes me happy. My happiness is gone a long time ago. My life is gone. The hope I've been looking for our future just vanished just like our love. I can't explain what really happened. Just as far as I know, she turn her back to me. Without a word. Without any sign. A sign that she'll come back for me. She's gone like the wind. I feel her but never seen.
It was quick, eight long years past. I was just holding her in my arms then all of a sudden, she's gone. I don't know what to believe. What to think. Did she really do it? Did she really accept it? I can't believe she can do those things to me for the sake of money. She's like the same girl my mom been talking to me. I should've been listen to her. She's right. There's no one in this world who will loved me truthfully. They're all after money.

"Kailan ulit ang byahe mo?" tanong ni lola habang kumakain kami ng hapunan.
"Sa makalawa po. Bukas labas tayo. Shopping, aayain ko sina Nace at Eyo. Mis ko na sila eh" sabi ko kay lola.
"Sige bahala ka. Nga pala, kanina may kinukwento sa akin si Emmanuel. May nakilala daw siyang sir handsome sa airport" kwento ni lola.
"Sir handsome? May pangalan bang ganon?" kunot noong tanong ko.
"Eh hindi naman daw iyon ang pangalan. Yung lang ang tinawag niya don" sabi pa muli ni lola.
"Nasan na ba yon. Hindi pa tapos kumain yon eh------love. Where are you. Come on, you're not done yet" I called him out.
"I'm here mie. I'm watching" sagot nito mula sa sala.
"Come here. You're not done eating love. Later ka na mag watch ok" muling tawag ko dito.
"Ok mie" sagot nito. At nanakbong bumalik sa hapag kainan.
"Love----We're going out tomorrow" masayang sabi ko dito.
"Really. Is tita Nace and Eyo there?" tanong nito habang busy sa pagsubo ng sausage.
"Yup. I will tell them. So you better sleep early ok" paalala ko dito.
"Ok mie. Is lola coming too?" he asked again.
"Of course. Hindi tayo lalabas pag hindi sumama si lola. Kaya lola, maaga ka din matulog. Ako na bahala magligpit nito" utos ko dito.
"Nako eh pagod ka sa byahe" pagtanggi nito.
"La, makita ko lang kayo ni love, tanggal na agad ang pagod ko. Kaya pahinga ka na, mamaya na ako pagkatapos ko dito" nakangiting sagot ko.
"O siya bahala ka. Emmanuel matulog ka na pagkatapos mong kumain. May gagawin pa si mie mo" utos nito kay love.
"Yes lola" bibong sagot nito.
I looked at him. Parang kailan lang. Pero heto, ang laki na niya. Akala ko hindi ko kakayanin. But everything turns out well. He made my life more meaningful. He made me stronger than I thought I'll never be. He makes me dream, bigger. Because I'm dreaming for the two of us. Kasama si lola at mama. I don't know what am I going to do kung hindi dahil kay lola at mama. They've been there nung kailangan ko ng tulong. Akala ko magagalit si mama sa nangyari, but she accepted it and she's happy about it. Kahit si lola, masaya siya kahit nasaktan nung una. I've made a decision, a tough one. But along the way, I didn't realize that he'll come. I wanted to tell him, but I don't know how. And alam ko, galit siya sakin. So I decided na sarilinin nalang. And I'm glad. Masaya ako sa naging desisyon ko. Kung may pagsisisihan man ako, if ever he'll find out about it and he'll take his rights. Kung tututol ako, I know gagawin niya ang lahat just to get the chance na makilala siya. What will happen next is beyond my control. But as long as I can, he must not need to know.
