allowing you to see
only the wrong

it breaks my heart when you
tear yourself down
when your own words become
the axe that cuts you down
i want you to find the beauty
in your branches,
yes, some of them are crooked
but you carry them
so beautifully
i can't understand how
you cannot see it.
when the fall comes,
