I walked out to the beach and threw my clothes down.
I walked past Zayn, who was watching my every move and probably staring at my swaying hips, and to the rocky area.
I stood on the rocks and pulled my hair into a ponytail while watching the water.
It was relatively calm. The water was near clear but still a little foggy.
I cracked my toes and dove in.
Water met my face and I closed my eyes.
The water was about 6-7 feet deep. I flipped over on my back and looked at the surface.
The top looked clear and silky smooth. I reached to touch it pushing off the bottom a little.
I was then tackled by a large-ish force.
I sucked up air when I surfaced before being pushed back down.
I closed my eyes waiting to feel any type of pain surge through my body.
Only thing was that no pain came.
I opened my eyes and saw Harry.
He smiled and a few air bubbles left his mouth.
I put my right hand around his neck.
He put his hands on my waist. His fingers travelled along my skin and I was sure goose bumps lined my skin.
With my left hand I sneakily grabbed onto a piece of seaweed under me and threw it in Harry’s face.
He screamed a little and swam to the surface. I laughed a little and did the same.
When I reached the surface I saw Harry on the beach running to get Liam.
Liam is the more responsible one of the group so I understand why.
“She….she….she…..uggh!!” Harry screamed into the air in frustration. He pulls Liam up and drags him over to where I’m trying to move further into the water.
“What happened?” Liam asked bored as ever.
“I threw some seaweed in his face and he screamed.” I said trying not to laugh.
Liam bit his bottom lip holding back his laughter.
“You were scared because of some seaweed?” Liam asked Harry who was pouting and doing the puppy dog face.
“I thought it was some animal. You can’t blame me we were under water.” Harry said smirking at me.
“Now why were we under water huh?!” I said standing up and walking a bit closer.
Harry’s eyes moved from my face down my body. I turned, grabbed another piece of seaweed and threw it at him.
“See this is what I mean!! You boys are so hormonal you cannot keep your eyes in one place. My face is up here” I pointed to my face “not down here!!” I motioned to the rest of my body.
“Well excuse me if you flaunt it all the time!!” Harry screamed clearly angry.
“It’s not that I try to show it off. These aren’t even my clothes Harry!! They’re somebody else’s! And haven’t you thought about why?! It’s because we’re stuck on this stupid island! Do you think I want to be here?! No I don’t I’d rather die than be stuck on an island full of stuck up, annoying boys!!!” I screamed at Harry while back away.
I turned around and faced the ocean. I started swimming quickly towards the wide open ocean wanting to get away from there.
“AVERY WAIT!!!” Harry yelled after me. I heard some splashing and knew he was trying to follow.
“AVERY!!!” he yelled louder.
“Leave me alone god damn it!! Can’t you see I don’t like you!!” I think the sun was getting to me or something because honestly I loved the guys and I was going crazy.
I felt two pairs of arms wrap around me. I kicked and squirmed trying to get free.
“Stop it! We’re too far out for this!” Louis yelled holding me tighter around the waist. I turned to him, and then looked back at the island.
We were about 60 feet out.
“Let go of me…please.” I said desperately to Louis. I could see that it hurt him yo hear me beg like that to him.
I just couldn’t be there with them. I was losing my mind slowly and painfully.
Okay maybe every other girl fan would kill to be in my shoes but seriously? Don’t wish for that to happen because this is terrible.
In any other circumstance I would like it, but now?
Nope I hate it.
“I’m sorry Love. But we have to go! Please don’t beg! Please just don’t!! It hurts too much.” Louis said pulling on me.
I reluctantly was brought back to the island. The other three boys were standing there with confused looks o their faces.
“What’s going on here?” Niall asked looking down at my body.
I rolled my eyes turning back towards the ocean.
I wanted to be out there floating somewhere else.
“No…” Louis said firmly turning me back. “Don’t do it again. Niall is harmless he doesn’t do anything. See watch!” Louis said walking over to Niall. He flicked Niall’s forehead pretty hard.
Niall jumped yelling “Oi! What was that for Louis?!”
Louis turned back to me saying “See I told you, totally harmless.” I laughed a little.
I turned to look at Liam. He had his arms crossed over his chest and he was shaking his head no.
I looked at Zayn.
His eyes were full of sadness.
“What’s wrong mate?” I asked him walking forward.
The other boys were watching us. I turned to them and said “Do you guys mind?”
They left us alone. I turned back to Zayn. He wouldn’t look me in the eyes.
“Zayn?” I said confused. He was avoiding my gaze.
I put my right hand on his cheek. I scrunched my eyebrows at him.
“Zayn? What’s wrong?” Tears rimmed his eyelids.
“Zayn.” I said firmly.
His gaze met mine. “You really don’t like us do you?” Zayn asked. The tears disappeared from his eyes and anger replaced them.
“What? Where did you hear that?” I asked hoping for nothing bad to happen.
“Oh please Avery the whole Island heard your argument even if you were all the way out there.” He pointed out to the ocean.
“Look Zayn I’m sorry but I’m just going crazy being alone here. I am the only girl here if you haven’t figured it out yet.”
Anger left his eyes and his old self came back, cockiness and flirty attitude and all.
“Oh trust me Thief I have figured it out already.” He stepped towards me chest-to-chest again. He put his arms loosely around my waist.
“Are we going to start this again?” I asked him looking up since he was taller.
“Only if you want it to.” He said pulling me tighter.
“Slow down mate…..let’s not move too...…quickly here.” He laughed and we moved away from each other.
I went to grab a banana and sat down.
Life here was certainly….
