"Can you at least turn on music???"I said, trying to pass time.
"Sure,"he said turning on the radio to z 107.7, the song Break Your Heart playing.
"Aww we missed some!"I whined, cause this was my favorite song.
"but we didn't miss your favorite part."laughed Jay V.
"True... That's all I'm gonna do woman! Listen, I'm only gonna break your heart and shatter, and splatter into little itty bitty pieces. Whether or not you get it all together its finders keepers losers weepers. I'm not tryin' to lead you on, I'm only tryin to keep it real! You might say this is Ludacris with Taio Cruz tell ya how we feel." I rapped. Jay V laughed. I smacked him.
"Why did you hit me?!"he said.
"Cause you laughed!!!"I whined.
"That's cause you make your voice deeper when you rap!"
"IS THAT A CRIME!"I said exclaimed loudly.
"No!"
"Then shush it!!"..."Awww the song ended!! I don't like you very much! That was my favorite song!"
"If I took off you blindfolds right now would you like me again?"his voice teasing.
"Maybe,"I said. I felt his hands on the side of my face teasing me by going slowly. "Come on! I wanna see where I'm at!" And just like that his hands were off.
"Nah, not there yet,"I could feel him smirk.
"I don't like you!"I pouted.
"Aww, is that anyway to talk to your husband?"he said his warm breath blowing around my neck and ear.
"Yes,"I said trying to maintain control of myself.
"Maybe I need to teach you a lesson," he said, giving me soft kisses on my neck.
"J-Jay V, Stop."I said trying to control myself from throwing myself at him.
"We're here,"he said pulling away. My heart was racing, pounding against my chest. I felt dizzy, every move I made felt weighted down. Aww, I was blushing really bad then! I only felt this way when I blush! Dammit! I sighed, only he could make me feel this way. Jay V's hands brushed along my collarbone, and around my neck. I sucked in a sharp breath as he did so. He was just taking off the blindfold. Nothing to get over excited about. I told myself. As Jay V took off the blindfold, I gasped at what I saw.
"No." I said," Way. It's...It's...THIS restaurant!"
"Yep! Your favorite,"Jay V smiled.
"Thank you!"I said giving him a peck on the lips. Jay V pouted.
"That all I get! A peck!"
"Oh fine,"I said kissing him again, but deeper. "Let's go!" I jumped out the car so fast! I was super excited!
"Damn! It's only sushi!"said Jay V locking the car.
"Sushi is my favorite!"I said opening the door for him.
"I know, I know!" he laughed. It was a sushi bar! I really like this place cause its so japaneseish! Medium sized square tables, and seat pillows that you sit, on the ground, and really good sushi!
I skimmed the menu, like seriously who the hell reads the menu, seeing if there was anything new. Nope. "I'll have California rolls with salmon roe. And a pink lemonade." I ordered.
"I'll just have salmon sashimi, and a dragon, and a coke."ordered Jay V.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I chanted to him. I have been craving sushi for a while now. "But did you HAVE to order sashimi? You know it's my favoriteee!" I whined.
"You should've ordered it!"
"I can't eat raw anything! I'm pregnant!"
"Alright, alright. Then you will have to be in torture as I eat," said Jay V sticking his tongue out. "I have something for you." he said mysteriously.
"What?"I replied thinking what it could be. I saw his cheeks redden and he bit his bottom lip as a waiter in a cart dropped by and I saw something fall out directly behind Jay V. Jay V moved his hands back and got whatever it was.
"Here,"he said holding out a dozen roses. I took them and smelled them.
"They're beautiful." I said. How the hell do they get so red? I counted how many roses there were. 11? Was I missing one? "Eleven?"
Jay V gave me my favorite smile. "You don't know what it means do you." I had a blank look and blinked twice.
"Wha-?" It means something?
"I thought girls know this! Ok."Jay V took my hand and said so lovingly to me. "In this 1 life time. You are the only 1 I love. Thats where the 11 comes from."
(A/N: THIS IS A TRUE FACT! I thought it was so romantic when I found out! Now who would rather have 11 roses other than a dozen? ME!!! Lol back to the story!)
"Wow. And I thought a dozen roses were romantic."I smiled.
Jay V smiled again and leaned forward to give me a small kiss. Then our food came. 11 roses. I'll keep that in mind. I thought.
"What should we name her?" I asked him popping another California roll in my mouth.
"How do you know it's a girl?"
"Gut feeling." I replied smiling.
"Clair?"I heard a voice call.
"Rose?!" me and Jay V said at the same time.
"Hey! What are you two up to?" she asked sitting down.
"Oh we were about to leave." I lied smoothly.
"Aww that's a shame. I wanted to catch up with you guys." she said smiling.
'And we wanted to be alone but we can't can we!' I wanted to say, but didn't.
"Yeah me too, but we have to go sorry." I lied again standing up.
"It's okay, I was going to meet someone here." she said glancing at the door for the first time.
"Who?"
"Drake, and his girlfriend Sydney." she said smiling and waved at toward the door.
"You like him?"
"No! God no! We've known each each since pre-k. He thought he was turning gay cause he never liked a girl before, and was good at curling my hair." she said rolling her eyes."Then he met Sydney and they fell in love." she had a happy glint in her eyes. Hmm..guess she doesn't like him. "Hey guys!"
"Hey Rose!" they both said. Jay V got up and paid for our meal, and we left them.
"You know for a second there I thought Rose was on a date," I said laughing.
"No kidding. Thought she was with Josh."
"You know I kinda think he was getting to Rose through me. And OH MY GOD! Dating Josh was the WORST thing that had ever happened to me!" I said.
"Well, maybe if he didn't come into your life I would never fought so hard to get you. But I'm glad I did. It was worth it through everything. I ended up with the best thing that ever happened to me." his voice so sincere, so loving and caring. I put my hand on his shoulder and gave him a kiss. "Come on," he said taking my hand.
"Where are we going now?" I asked as we finally reached the car.
"You'll see," he smiled.
