The minute I walked out the airport I could see my family waving at me. I was a bit shocked seeing that they took the time to pick me up despite all the things I've said before. I guess family really is everything. I hugged my mom and dad first. My mom's name is Clare and my dad's name is Lance. They had a family when they were just eighteen but still, they were able to give us a good life. The moment I see my parents It's like they haven't aged a bit. My mom is still the long haired blonde with brown eyes, a sharp nose, and full lips, while my dad is still the brunette with eye glasses and a beard. As hard as it is for me to admit it to them, I really missed them. I miss the family outings we used to have every Sunday and the road trips every summer. Going back, I guess I was angry at the time when everything happened so maybe that's why everything that had transpired had transpired.

"Yeah even if you can be such a cunt sometimes." My two elder brothers said. I swear these two manage to ruin everything. My two brothers are Clyde and Maven. Clyde is the eldest, but he doesn't act like it. He has a regular build, blonde hair, and a sharp nose. Maven on the other hand, is the second child, but he acts like he's the eldest. He's the one who's responsible, gets good grades, and how can I say this but is the 'favorite' child. But even so, I still love my brothers even if sometimes they can be quite weird and rude.
The ride home was fairly quick. Quicker than what I expected. My dad pulled into our driveway and I see a lot of people and I wonder what was going on. I asked my mom what the deal was and she told me that they threw a party to welcome me back. Oh great another party, which means more drinking, as if I've hadn't had enough drinks these past few weeks. As I was inside our house, I couldn't help but think that what if Niall and I had a home? What if he was here with me at my welcome back party? What if he likes me and I somehow maybe like him back? I snap out of whatever trance I was in and get back to reality. "Stop entertaining such impossible thoughts Shan. He may be your cousin's friend but in reality, that's all he'll ever be to you. Your cousin's friend. He's famous. He can date anyone he fancies. From models, to artists, to actresses, the list goes on." I told myself. After so, I start having this weird pinching feeling in my chest. It's like even if he's cold to me, I still want to see him all the time, and I always find myself thinking of him. Well whatever it is, I think I've already fallen for him.
