A/N: So this one is a request from JayMoonwalker.........I hope ya liked it, I really did my best.
Thanks for requesting though because...well, I love to write (even though majority of the time my priorities are as straight as a back road)
Okay...now officially cringing at my horribly told joke.
But then again...why not?
Hope ya enjoy it nevertheless....and have fun!

"Someone's in love!" you tease Michael as he sits on your sofa with a shy expression.
"Stop it Jordan!" he says, hiding his face.
You and Michael had been best friends since.....the beginning of time. You'd been with him through thick and thin - and quite frankly, the two of you were inseparable.
Whenever one of you was in trouble, the other would be there in a matter of seconds to save the day. It was a truly beautiful bond that the two of you shared - however, you'd developed some sort of attraction toward him.
Of course, he didn't know that because the two of you had agreed long ago that no romance was permitted between you guys.
It was agreed because any sort of romantic relationship would have proven to be awkward if it had ended badly - and that would ruin your friendship with each other.
So now, Michael - your best friend, was sitting on your sofa and talking about his one true love.
Diana Ross.
Now, when Michael had first told you about his attraction to Diana - it had been quite a long time ago. This meant that his feelings for this woman were pretty intense; and you could never really see why.
Granted, she was quite talented and attractive but...........she was fifteen years older than him.
Wouldn't she want someone mature and ready to settle down?
Not that Michael wasn't but...........it was something worth thinking about.
Nevertheless, you didn't judge and finally - the two of them had engaged in something one would call a love affair.
It bothered you a little since you had become attracted to Michael but; you knew very well that nothing could ever happen between the two of you so...you kept your silence and carried on being the faithful best friend that you were determined to be.
"But you are!" you giggle, observing his adorable behavior.
"Ah..." he brings his hands away from his face, smiling widely. "You might be right. In fact....you are right,"
Ouch.
"Really now?" you fake a teasing expression.
"...Kinda," he blushes madly as you break into a small fit of giggles. "I mean.......I really love her,"
"And you're about to go see her," you remind him, referring to the fact that in a few minutes - he was going to see his love for a little rendezvous.
"I know," he shakes his head. "I'm nervous already..."
"Nervous?" you frown. "Ah..." you chuckle lightly. "You mean you have butterflies..."
Honestly, the idea that Diana gave him butterflies and not you - may have bothered you a little bit.
"Well..." he shrugs whilst blushing once more. "Maybe..."
"Oh my God..." you begin to chuckle softly. "She really has an effect on you, doesn't she?"
He nods while humming in response.
"She does," he says with a dreamy sparkle in his eye. "I really love her,"
You scoff playfully while folding your arms - bringing your eyes to your wrist watch.
"Hey Michael..." you trail off as you note the time.
"Yes Jordan?" he raises an eyebrow.
"What time were you supposed to meet her?" you question, looking back up at him.
"Eight...why?" he says with a confused expression.
"I think I may have kept you a little longer than expected," you panic a little. "It's eight fifteen," you fret.
"Oh God!" he jumps up from his seat as he rushes toward the front door. Just before leaving, he turns around and smiles at you. "Thanks for tonight Jordan," he says as he hugs you. "I don't know what I'd do without you,"
"I'm so touched," you comment sarcastically as he pulls away. "Now go on before she gets tired of waiting!"
He flashes a heart racing smile as he finally disappears down the street.
Oh, what are you doing to me Michael?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You awake to the sound of aggravated knocking on your front door.
You get up with a start as you realize that you'd dozed off on your sofa.
You fumble for the remote and turn the television - which had previously been on - off.
"I'm coming!" you say loudly as the knocking continues. "Jeez...."
You finally get to the door, not without tripping over a few things and open it quickly.
"Michael?" you frown slightly as you notice his very sad expression.
In fact, it looks as if he'd been crying.
"Can I come in?" he asks softly, his face rather dull.
"Yeah..." you breathe, stepping aside to let him in before closing the door shut again.
"Have a seat," you beckon to the sofa as he sits down. You sit across from him and study him intently. "What happened?"
"She....cheated..." he says, sounding as if he's choking back a few sobs. "I mean...she..."
"Wait, what?" you raise an eyebrow as you question him gently. "Michael, who cheated?"
"Diana," he shakes his head in disbelief. "Diana cheated on me,"
You gasp a little but try not to make your shock appear too obvious.
"How do you know?" you ask softly.
"I walked in on her and...." he scoffs while shaking his head. "Some guy named Arne,"
"Oh my God..." you bring your hand up to your mouth as your eyes widen in shock.
The hurt that was evident on his face was enough to bring anyone to tears.
It was truly a heart wrenching sight.
"Well..." you say as you stand up, walking toward the foot of the stairs. "I'll go get the guestroom ready..." you smile. "You can stay here tonight. I don't think you're in a state to be on your own,"
"But-"
"We can talk about it tomorrow," you cut him off as you study his sad form. "It'll be easier,"
He stays quiet for a moment before standing up.
"Jordan?" he says quietly and you turn your body toward him fully as you hear his voice.
"Yeah?" you ask.
He pulls you into him closely, making you frown at his actions. After doing this, he proceeds to gently walk forward with you in his arms - pushing you lightly against the wall.
"Michael.." you whisper, rather shocked. "What are you-"
He cuts you off with a soft and needy kiss.
Something you never thought you'd experience from your best friend.
He leans his forehead against yours after pulling away - his breathing slightly rapid.
"Jordan I...I need you," he says with a slight rasp to his voice. "Please.."
Your eyes widen at his words as you understand what he's getting at. Your heart races as you feel his grip around you tighten.
"Michael this is wrong.." you say, as much as you'd like to give into him - you know deep down that he's not thinking straight.
"Please," he says lowly once again. "I love you,"
And those words, whether true or not - are enough to make you give in.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your eyes flutter open slowly as you feel a slight chill wash over your body. You gasp slightly as you realize that you are completely unclothed underneath the thick white blanket which is draped over you.
You lay on your back and turn your head to the side to see if Michael is there. The bed is empty but you smile as you recall the events of the night before.
As you sit up, you gasp lightly when you notice Michael - who is fully clothed - sitting in a chair at the far corner of the room.
"Morning," you smile shyly as you observe his intense stare.
He says nothing but grits his teeth lightly and you frown.
"Michael...." you swallow. "What's wrong?"
He stays silent for a moment before clearing his throat.
"I'm sorry Jordan," he says sadly whilst shaking his head, avoiding your gaze all the while.
"Sorry?" you question blankly despite knowing fully well what he's sorry for.
"Last night was a...." he trails off and your eyes begin to tear up.
"A mistake?" you whisper and he nods hesitantly.
"I'm so sorry I-"
"Get out," you cut him off coldly - refusing to look at him.
"Jordan just let me-"
"I said get out," you repeat. "Or I'm calling the police,"
His breath hitches at the coldness in your tone and he stands up slowly, making his way out of your bedroom.
As soon as you hear him leave the house, you burst into uncontrollable sobs - wondering how on earth you were so unlucky.
Why me?
