Why...
Maybe because I have been lied to lied on even lied and hurt others myself
Maybe because I've been attacked because I looked weak or maybe I was being nice to someone on the take or maybe just wrong place wrong time
Maybe if I had fought back reacted sooner or just not started the fight in the first place

Just maybe it is because I was insecure and everyone knew it
Maybe I just had hurt so much for so long that it didn't mattered anymore
Maybe that's just what I had to look forward to
