I stared at myself in the mirror.
Fixing my tie, but failing. Jae would have done it for me.
I try to sweep my curly mop over, but as always, they flop back and do what they want.
My mom knocks to let me know her presence and pushes the door open.
"Ready sweetie?"
"No"
She nods, understanding.
She walks over to me and fixes my tie. "Now, I'm not even gonna bother with your hair" She giggles.
I smile at her and sigh. "Let's go, mom"
