Good way to improvise! I've done something similar to that before. Not with a girl friend though.
So I'm in the midst of developing like 30 or so characters for a comic (ahhHHG). I have to work some lgbt long I to it, but it starts in the 1850s. It does spam to the 1940s and 1950s, though.
I started another story (not surprising) about the Berlin wall (also not surprising).
I'm nearing 40,000 words in my second novel!!! I love it, but I will be honest, I loved the first one more. I love the second more than the third, though. AND EVERY NOVEL OF MINE HAS AT LEAST 2 LGBT PEOPLE. The first has a ton of bi's, and one gay man (I love him). The second one has like 2 bi's, a pan, and an ace. My fourth has a trans boy!!! I'm so excited!!!
CAT UPDATE: his name is Ellis.
