I'm trying to go back to a much simpler rhythm of poetry. Let me know what you think of it.

Raised walls and converted hearts
Few receive such numerous starts
Made beyond an answered query
Life indulges as if weary
Gaining pleasure from idle things
Greed’s voice more loudly sings
Swallow riches void in meaning
A clean heart starts careening
Loathe to none the business grows,
Which wickedness only knows
Exploits commend honorable men
Vengeance is questioned as to when
Sole aristocrats pardon much vice
Spirits flee as spat on thrice
Chaos gorged, leaves no clarity
The blurred victims receive vague charity
Calling upon an ancient virtue
Grace is given to lingering few
Faith and doubt fall down together
Cherished hope is spread through heather
Hosting vigor and fiery blaze
Integrity turns and firmly stays
Grace returns as sheathing success
Tonight’s agony will harm much less
