Alina was finally ready to give the note to April's mother. Alina walked to April's mother to show the note. She read it and started to cry. Alina hugged April's mother as Alina had a sudden glow to her hands.
"please do not cry she living in a better place now and she can live all eternity with the guy she loves, Joshua" exclaimed Alina.
Alina was smiling as April's mother hoped that her daughter will rest in peace. Alina looked at the note that she had and a whisper came. It said to look at the back then to see extra words. 'The battle is not over yet' Looking shocked to the words, Alina had to say the news to the rest of the group. She explained the situation, knowing how hard everyone has gone through. Only the faces of Disappointment showed. She patted Katelyn's head, showing her gratitude to her sister. Katelyn was happy but something was bugging her. She's sensed something.... strange, a loud noise headed towards them. A girl heading towards them, injured and scared. The girl came running panicked.
"are they gone?!" girl yelled.
Having nothing but wind behind her, she was relieved. A strange girl appeared, the group being cautious of her movement. She saw the group not terrified. Then she sees Rex.
"Rex....Rex your alive!" the girl screamed.
Rex not knowing the girl, he was confused. She ran right into his arms and gave him a hug. She started crying, making the group feel sincere for her but there were one major issues, who the hell was she?! Few minutes, they offered her tea.
"so what just happen a while ago... and please tell us your name," Alina exclaimed.
She faces to Rex. "You, don't remember me do you, Rex?" she asked.
"if we see your face, I might?" Rex replied.
She takes of the hoodie, showing wolf ears to everyone. Purple hair flowing out.
"It's me, your older sister Mia" the girl exclaimed.
Rex gets a flashbacks. One showing how their house was on fire and their parents never made it out alive. He started crying and smiled.
"sister, it's you!" Rex whispered.
He jumped and hugged Mia, and both started to cry. Ace came back from his walk around the village and sees Mia. Both eye contact met. Each other got a small fragment of a memory they had.
"Do I know you?" both asked at the same time.
Everyone noticed the situation but then again they wondered how could Ace meet Mia before and not tell Rex? Ace is not the type of person to keep secrets. Everyone looks at Ace.
"Ace if you knew her why didn't tell Rex?" asked Alina.
Ace was confused now. Normally being serious and stubborn he was actually confused with the situation. Not knowing how to answer, even thou everyone was expecting an answer. He spoke.
"I don't know, I can't explain it, it's like a knew her before but I have never seen her in my life." Ace finally explaining the group about his answer.
Mia shared the same feeling. Both confused, making the rest of the group even more confused. Alina wanted to search for answers, she was determined. Then she hearing strange words. 'unlock...unlock' was whispering in her ear. She asked if they hear anything, but all they said no. The noise grew louder and she stop hearing the outside conversation. 'time is wasting...hurry unlock or the future would be chaos...' that is what she heard. Then Katelyn shook her if Alina was okay. She was fine but then she turned pale. Alina fainted. Everyone surprised action and took her immediately to her bedroom. The doctor came and told them not to worry. Everyone sighed of relief. Few moments after she woke up. Alina's mood changed.
"guys have to tell you that a got these sudden voices in my head saying 'time is wasting... hurry unlock or the future would be chaos" Alina exclaimed.
Everyone was confused then Eric and Alicia spoke up. They had spoken of a quote by an ancient scholar about unlocking truths. To have the same answer both silent blushed. Loki ruined the mood.
"You guys make a great pair like me and Alina..." Loki said.
Alina punch Loki in the arm, disappointed. Katelyn punch Loki for fun, even if their wars 'was' resolved. Everyone laughed as Loki pouted. Alina head start to ache. Everyone immediately stopped laughing and looked at the situation now. Loki and Katelyn were worried Alina sudden reaction. She looked straight forward with the eyes of Bright yellow. It wasn't her original eye colour so everyone was worried. She started to walking, spouting 'I have to find you'. They tried to stop her but even with force, Alina resists. They let her roamed as she heads a particular direction in searching for something. The ground started to shake making the rest of the group afraid. The ground stopped shaking. Then a scream occurred. Alina still under enchantment, Loki and Katelyn stayed behind to monitor her. Alina stopped and dig through her books. Finding the book, Alina sighed of relief.
"Thank god, it's here or this would had doomed us all!" Alina spoke.
"Alina?" Loki asked.
"Oh, is Alina her name? how cute!" Alina replied.
Both confused, the started to look strange at her.
"ok, could please stop? that's uncomfortable," Alina asked.
After that, Loki and Katelyn pondered. Totally confused on what is happening right now. With that Alina's enchantment was undone. Alina was confused on how she ended up at the library. Loki and Katelyn turned to Alina, explaining their situation. Alina looked at the book. Then suddenly writing appeared. It was ancient writing. Alina did not understand what it meant. Loki head start to pound. 'say the words...' the words in his head spoke. Loki asked Alina for the book. Alina gave Loki the book with complaints. He looked at the book, opening it. There was nothing, every page had not a single word. He closed the book and the cover had writing on it. Alina could not read but Loki might. He looked at the words. It was clear to him what it said. He read it out loud.
"to my descendants from the future, please make a better choice that I have done. I have fallen to the darkness but you could change that fate. This has all the information you need. Just say 'Unlock'...but only you can undo the spell." Loki read out loud.
Then a giant puff of smoke came. Everyone in the room coughed. Then a voice arises.
"Did you call me master?" It said. All really confused. Loki was speechless, it was a book that turn into a man? "W... who are you?" Loki asked, really confused.
"I am Kismat, your loyal servant" Kismat replied.
"huh?" Loki said, feeling really dumbfounded.
Alina wanted to know now more about the book.
"Kismat, it's nice to meet you but why would suddenly appear now?" Alina asked.
Kismat looked straight at Alina. His heart started to beat. He came straight to Alina.
"Who may you be, my lady?" Kismat asked.
Loki got furious "Who said she was your...?!" Loki replied angrily.
Before he could finish Alina spoke.
"Sorry but I am not your lady" Alina exclaimed.
Pushing Kismat away, then looking at Loki.
"So the servant developed the same traits as his master, huh?" Alina said, whilst looking at both Kismat and Loki.
Loki was about to burst but Katelyn cracked up. She laughed so loud that when she stopped, there was only silence. Alina then wacked Katelyn's head.
"Wrong time to laugh Katelyn" Alina said.
Katelyn became quiet after that. Kismat had explained why he had appeared. Alina stopped him hearing a second scream. They were alerted and ran outside. As they arrived, they only saw scared or injured people. Then demons came, still attacking the villagers. Alina helped them but many lives were almost lost. Alina went after the demons. She was about to attack when she had suddenly stopped. Too weak to release the power she was defenceless. She saw the beasts coming to this one woman. She was not able to see her face but only a smile appears. She then laughed and killed all the demons.
"With this you have been blessed!" she yelled.
Alina was frightened by the scene by the deaths of the demons. She then fell to the ground. The woman came to Alina.
"Fear me, Goddess" she whispered.
Alina was terrified to see the red eyes glow. Hearing someone approaching, the woman disappeared. Loki and the rest came to Alina. Loki asked if she was okay but Alina was unable to move or make a sound. Loki hugged Alina. She then suddenly started to move back to the village. Loki was worried.
"What's wrong, Alina?" Loki asked. "We have a new enemy..." Alina replied looking at everyone.
