*Alice's P.O.V*
I woke up my stomach in knots because today was the day I'm finally telling my mum about the pregnancy. I searched through my wardrobe to find something decent to wear. I then felt a pair of arms around my waist, I turned round to face Brad and he placed a soft kiss on my lips.
"How are you feeling?" he questioned.
"Nervous" I answered.
His arms got tighter as he pulled me closer to him.
"I know, but your mum deserves to know" he said whilst he picked out a pair of black skinny jeans along with a black and white stripped t- shirt from his side if the wardrobe.
"I know but what if she hates me?" I asked with a worried tone.
"She won't she's your mother and if she does you've still got me" he assured.
I smiled at him and he kissed my forehead before leaving me to get ready.
I looked through my wardrobe and finally picked out a pair of black leggings and a light grey jumper that had Mickey Mouse on it. I applied some foundation, eyeliner and mascara before styling my hair into a messy pony tail. I slipped my feet into a pair of chestnut UGG boots. I walked down stairs to see Brad sat on the sofa playing on his phone, he looked up at me and his face lit up.
"Are you ready to go?" He questioned.
I nodded my head whilst I picked up my leather tan bag that carried my phone and purse. So he grabbed his denim jacket and slipped on his grey beanie styling his perfect curls that were peeking out. He grabbed my hand and led me outside. The walk to my mums house was pretty quick as we just chatted about random things.
I nervously walked up the path to the front door and Brad lightly squeezed my hand. I lifted my hand up slowly and pressed the doorbell. We waited for a few seconds until my mum who I'd recently told that me and Brad were dating came to door, a smile appeared on her face as soon as she saw us.
"Alice, Brad come in" she greeted gesturing us to come in.
As soon as I walked through the door the familiar scent of my mums cooking filled my nostrils.
"Whatever you're cooking smells good" Brad commented whilst he took a seat next to me on the brown leather sofa.
"I'm just cooking cupcakes" she answered and Brad's eyes lit up.
"Would you like any drinks?" She offered.
"I'll have a cup of tea" Brad answered.
"I'll just have a glass of orange juice" I added.
She went into the kitchen to make us our drinks. She soon came back in with a tray full of drinks and cupcakes.
"So what do you need to tell me?" She questioned referring to our phone conversation that we had earlier.
I looked at Brad who gave me a reassuring look as he took my hand in his.
"I'm pregnant" I mumbled casting my gaze to the floor.
"That's great news congratulations" she exclaimed, I looked back at her to see she had a smile plastered on her face.
"So you're not mad?" I quizzed.
"Why would I be? You're old enough to make your own decisions and Brad is very nice young man who will probably take very good care of you and the baby" she replied.
"So how far are you?" She continued.
"Four months" I responded.
"Have you picked out any names?" She questioned fully interested in what I had to say.
"Well we were talking about this the other night and we like Luke for a boy and Isabelle for a girl" I answered.
"Those are lovely names" she she commented.
For the next two hours we sat and chatted about the baby. I felt so relieved that my mum took it in a good way, now all we have to do is tell Brad's parents.

*Brad's P.O.V*
As time went by we decided it was time to leave Alice's mums and suggested that we should go and tell my parents too.
"Where are we going?" Alice questioned as I led her down an unfamiliar road.
"To my parents house" I answered.
"Why?" she quizzed with a confused tone.
"Because I want to tell them about the pregnancy" I exclaimed.
Alice stayed quiet for the rest of the way there every now and then she would open her mouth to say something but quickly shut it again.
"Alice we're here" I said distracting her from her thoughts.
I knocked on the door waiting patiently for someone to answer.
"Hey Brad, what are you doing here?" Natalie greeted as she opened the door.
"I need... well we need to tell you all something" I exclaimed looking at Alice who just nodded her head in agreement.
She looked a bit confused for a second but gestured for us to come in. I walked into the living room to see my mum curled up on the sofa watching TV along with my dad.
"Mum, dad Brad and Alice are here" Nat announced gaining their attention.
They both looked up at us and smiles spread across their faces.
"Brad, Alice I haven't seen you in ages" my mum exclaimed as she got up giving us both hugs.
Me and Alice took a seat on the cream leather sofa. My mum went into the kitchen but soon returned with drinks for us. I took a mouthful of my cup of tea not realising it was hot.
"Shit" I mumbled under my breath as the hot liquid burned my mouth.
Alice looked round giggling at my reaction.
"Brad it's hot" she warned as she took a sip from her glass of orange juice.
I just gave her a sarcastic look causing her to let out a slight chuckle.
"So why are you here?" My mum questioned.
"Because we need to tell you something" I responded.
She looked at Alice then back at me with a look of total confusion on her face.
"Go on..." She said.
I opened my mouth but hesitated for a second rethinking if it really was a good idea to tell them but I couldn't back out now. I had to tell them.
"Alice is pregnant" I quickly blurted out.
Her jaw dropped, my dad just looked totally shocked but Nat looked happy.
"You're joking right?" She asked hopefully.
I looked down at the floor and shook my head.
"No" I muttered, I then looked up and refocused my gaze on Alice who just sat there silently not daring to let a word slip from her mouth.
The room went silent whilst everyone thought. At one point it looked as if my dad was going to say something but he ended up not saying a word.
"I honestly don't know what to say" my mum spoke after ten minutes of silence.
"Did you even think about what you were doing for one second Bradley? How could you leave home and move in with someone that I hardly know and then come back saying that she's pregnant and expect me to be ok with that? And did you even think of how having a baby is going to affect your career?" She said raising her voice slightly.
"I'm sorry that I've caused trouble, I'm obviously not wanted here" Alice announced in an upset tone walking out of the house. My mum looked very guilty and apologetic, I got up and walked out of the house into the cold October air and started to run after her.
"Alice" I called out as she was already half way up the road. She turned round and I ran towards her. As I got closer I could see the tears streaming from her eyes causing her makeup to run.
"Your mum hates me" she exclaimed.
I pulled her into my arms hugging her tight whilst her body violently shook in time with her sobs.
"Alice it's going to be ok" I soothed.
"Now let's go back to my parents house" I said as I held out my hand. She hesitated before she took hold of it.
"Mum why aren't you happy for Brad and Alice?" I heard Natalie ask as we walked through the door. I signalled for Alice to be quiet since they hadn't noticed us.
"Nat it's not that I'm not happy it's just that I'm not sure it's a good idea they should of been more careful". I heard her answer.
"I know but you upset Alice, it's not her fault and they probably weren't thinking and got caught up in the moment". Natalie continued.
"Ok Nat maybe I should give them a chance" she replied.
I felt Alice's hands slip round my waist so I turned to face her, I slipped a finger underneath her chin gently lifting her head up. I leaned in looking into her beautiful eyes and I couldn't help myself as my lips collided into hers.
"Brad?" I heard someone ask.
I pulled myself away from Alice to see my mum, dad and Nat stood there.
"You really do love her don't you?" My mum spoke referring to what she'd just seen.
I could feel Alice's eyes on me and I just nodded.
"Yeah, I'd do anything just to keep her in my life and by my side, she's the best thing that's ever happened to me and I am truely, madley, deeply in love with her". I replied as I placed a light kiss on her cheek.
"That's so cute" Natalie commented.
"Well Brad if this is what you want I suppose we can't get in your way" my dad responded.
Alice's hands wrapped around my neck as she pulled me into a hug and my hands automatically wrapped around her waist in return.
We soon left to go back home for a relaxing night, where we watched movies endlessly until we fell asleep.
