Feel Lucky to be Near Jnaneswari

May 24, 1995

Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu

Dear Parents,

Divya conveys her namaskars. All is going on well in this cool hill station. We have reservations for 31 May to go to Anandashram – five of us but not Jnaneswari, as she has to look after the ashram activities. After ten days in Anandashram I will proceed with Karunamma, back to Shanti Ashram in Andhra Pradesh state. By 15 June I should be back.

Days are passing smoothly. I finished the big job of organizing the Library here, which was hundreds of books in a pile since about 15 years. Now all is nice and neat, with subject sections and neat index catalog. Also I am still helping Jnaneswari with typing some letters she dictates to me.

I get time to spend a few hours a day in the cave to meditate. But here they emphasize to feel God’s Light and Love all the day long, in whatever we are doing. Then only we will be able to have a calm mind and one pointed concentration when we sit to meditate.

I feel lucky to be near Jnaneswari, who continually takes great interest in looking after both my outer comforts and developing spiritual inner experiences. God is always looking after us!

I hope all of you are enjoying the limitless joy of the Divine.

Love,

Divya
