To release anger play rugby.
A few days ago I was with my friend and I got asked by a boy named Kane if I wanted to play rugby. I said maybe. Then we went on the oval with an rugby ball and about 3 other boys came with us. There ended up with Brayden, Kane, Callum, Seth and I playing 3 against 2. Playing rugby releases all your anger. It helped with me.
